Here it is 2 years later my 2016 I messed it up and KIA did another miracle for me and let me drive out with a 2018. OH WHAT A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE THANK YOU LORD

Went to Gerald Kia under recommendation of a close family friend. I have to say....it was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly from the start. Quentin Stanley is the best sales person I have ever worked with. I, at no time, felt any pressure to buy anything. Quentin takes the time to get to know his customers, exactly what I would expect from a sales person. I will be going back to Gerald Kia and working with Quentin for all of my future vehicle needs.

Dealership tried to charge me 20% more the the advertised price for a used car listed online. I came in to look at a used car listed at a fair price online. I discussed the price with the salesman while test driving the car. The salesman stated he thought the price was higher but that he did not get a listing of updated prices daily. End of price conversation, I took that to mean the price I saw online was correct. As we were closing the deal, the paperwork he provided showed an increase of over 20% more than the advertised price. After extensive arguing with the salesman, they came within $350 of the advertised price, telling me it was "only $350." I got up to leave, the sales manager stated "are they running away from this deal?" So I argued with him about what an advertised price means. They tried to state the online pricing is "wholesale pricing" even though the website never mentions it. I proceeded to leave. As I got in my car, the salesman chased me outside and gave me the advertised price. This is a shady business practice. In the end, they did honor the advertised price, but with way too much effort from the customers standpoint.

I love going to Kia of Bradley. My family and friends drive over an hour for our services and to upgrade our cars. I feel like Norm at Cheers. Everyone there knows my name. If your not in the market for a new car they make you want to buy one anyway because they're so nice. The General Manager, Darrin always makes it a point to come say hi and make sure I don't need anything. The mechanics handle my car like it's their own. I never feel like I'm being upselled. I've even compared their prices for cars and service to other shops and dealerships. They can't be beat.

We were looking for a Kia Stinger and stopped by Liberty Kia after chatting with David Drumke on the phone early on a Saturday morning. David was friendly and personable and very knowledgeable about the Stinger. We test drove the car and was ready to purchase. David explained the process thoroughly and walked us through the paperwork with ease. Negotiating the price (which is always a stressful event) was easy and stress-free. PERFECT negotiating process. Everything was in writing before we got to the finance department which is headed up by John Hernandez. John is a great guy, easy to talk to and explained everything that we were signing.
We couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. If you're in the market for a new Kia (or used), I would highly recommend Liberty Kia, they're truly the "neighbor's" neighborhood dealer to see.

Visited a few times and drove a few Kia Souls. Had a definite price in mind as this would be a cash deal with a trade in. On final visit drove a Soul that had been listed on Website for $7800 and was ready to do business. This car is one I had been looking at for over six weeks online. Sales person asked what my offer was on car and I told her $7500 cash and my trade in. I was then told the lowest they would go was $10,500.!!!!! I was told the additional $3000 was for taxes and license transfer!!!!! I could not get out of there quickly enough. I would not recommed this dealer to my worst enemy!!!!

Need it repairs to my vehicle.. I was told I had to pre pay for my parts. Had an appointment And the parts were not ready drove hour and 10 minutes and was turned a round. Came back for repairs pay for everything only to find out the job was not complete. Had to go back to show them what was not done and the service guy Bryant was nice enough to give me $50 off the service charges.. That was the only thing they did right because John Cohen Call me early the next morning just to say he wouldn't have given me anything off and With a Arrogant tone of voice we will call you when your handle is ready.. So that's another drive all the way out to their place of business for a handle that I've already paid for.. Lousy business shysters..

Totally disappointed in the level of service I received. After being oversold on the "NVP" package and what it covers, it took over a month for the Service Center to respond to me. This was only after I placed multiple follow-up calls to check in with them. There's no accountability or respect for the customer. After this mess, I will be taking my car to a new dealer for future service.

I went to McGrath Kia to get my oil changed and my tires rotated as usual. When I was done, I went to the sales floor and said I was interested in trading in my current vehicle. After learning more about pricing, i realized that right now wasn't the right time for me to buy a car. I was trying to find out more about what my purchasing options were so sometime in the next couple months I could perhaps get a new car. I had to meet with a finance manager who didn't know what he was doing. He started handing me paperwork. He told me it was necessary to sign the papers to check my eligibility for financing. I very hesitantly started signing paperwork and then I was told I got a really good deal and when we got to contract and started reading numbers he said just sign then took it away. I never had a chance to read what I was signing nor was my head in the right place to buy anything as I am still dealing with the grief of my Brother's recent passing. The sales staff told me I could take the car home for the night.
When I got home, I reviewed the papers they gave me at the dealership, and realized they sold me a car! A car that I simply cannot afford at this time, and a car that initially was supposed to be $27k with a $14k trade-in, became a $30k car with only a $11k offer to buy my existing vehicle. With interest, this car will cost me $51k!
The dealership refused to cancel this deal and I am seeking legal action

. the reason car dealers have a bad reputation.
after arriving at a mutually agreeable price, I proceeded to sign all paper work and discovered that an $800 charge was included in the billing for after market paint protection. i told them that i did not order this service and would not pay for it. the manager took offense , became belligerent, and told me that they would not complete the sale unless i agreed to this fee.
i wanted the car and complied .
