Wasn't sure what I wanted. I scooped the lot, gave Derek the stock numbers I was interested in, he literally ran to get the prices of all of them and knew a few thing about each of them. ( there were about 10 I was interested). Fell in love with the price of one, it fit in my budget, Derek said congratulations and started the process of my purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the car, was able to get it washed and ready for me, found someone to walk me through all of the tech stuff, made sure I got all the incentives possible and I was on my way to finance dept. no surprises, everything was just as I had been told. This is the second car I have bought through Derek. AWESOME GENTLEMEN.

My experience as a purchaser/lessor of cars for over 45 years is that this dealership is thee worst I have ever experienced. Misleading sale tactics/pricing; incomplete lease and warranty disclosures and non refund of a cancelled warranty are a few of the issues. I have been trying to get a $595 refund since I leased the car in 2016 and have gotten nothing as of today.

2014 Chevrolet camaro in for service for misfire .After more than a day of trying to diagnose problem they decide its carbon build up and do nothing but clean valves. Return vehicle to me 2 days later saying its fixed. Dont even make it home and car starts shaking and losing power. Take it back next day and im told their computers down cant do anything. Dont offer to take vehicle in so i drive it home with a misfire. Terrible service with obviously unqualified mechanics.

Not so sure. Brought my Kia in for oil change and recall and lurching of the car. Only oil change was done. Was told a part was needed in re: to lurching and when part comes in recall would be done. Waited patiently a week and then called and no one knew what part. Since waiting a week, had to wait longer for appt. and lurching to be fixed. Was concerned about safety of driving car with lurching.
It was resolved, however, I have an uneasy feeling of returning for service. I never had any problem before this time.
Don, Service Mgr, was very apologetic, however, still unsure of coming back.

I am a third-time car buyer at this dealership, and used to have trust in them. From the beginning, I informed the salemsan that I didn't want a beige interior. I told him many times. As I chose a make/model - SLX Turbo, I test drove the car He told me it was the only one on the lot. I was supposed to understand that this was the car I was buying, even though it was never stated. Also, my previous car was shipped from another dealership so it meant nothing that this dealership has no other SLXs, it would come from another one. In good faith, I signed all the paperwork, and went out to the car with everything finished - the car was black with a beige interior. I yelled out loud becasue I was shocked. The salesamn said it was fine because I had the protection plan. I had no idea what to do. I should have refused the deal right there but I felt pressured by him to take the car. I drove it off the lit assuming we could fix this problem Monday. I emailed both the salesman and owner. Then I spoke wiht the owner. I was informed that there was nothing else I could do and was stuck with the car. He offered to pay for half of my remote start, which should have been included in a 36,000 car. I said thank you but I would handle it. I feel betrayed and frustrated that they were not honest since I trusted them. That was the last car I will ever buy from them and Kia. They do not care about a customer relationship, which they say they do. They were shiesters and I will share this information with the Better Business Bureau.
Unreliable new car and unprofessional GM - AllyB
In September, when my husband and I bought our new 2018 Kia Sportage from Napleton Kia Elgin we had a great experience. Well fast forward 6 months and we have had nothing but a nightmare. The brand new car we bought has more that 9 separate issues, some minor and some more concerning like it not starting properly. I have been patiently in and out of the dealership for weeks and have a claim filed with Kia corporate. Steve Napleton, the GM of this dealership has a lack of concern or respect for his loyal customers and doesn’t stand behind his product. When my husband and I first met with him about our options with getting rid of this new car that is broken, he tells us he has no control and pushes us off to somewhere else.
Weeks continue and I have more problems and I continue to contact Steve. While they were very helpful in providing a loaner for me( which they should) their attitude and communication is horrendous. After picking my car up AGAIN the other day, I find that my invoice papers are incorrect. The dates are off and over 100 miles difference on their papers versus my odometer. They had put 230 miles on my car. Yes, I approved them driving it to test it, but 230 miles!! Ridiculous! I immediately called and talked to Steve Napleton to express my concern. Once again he tells me I just need to call back tomorrow to speak to service manager. NEVER an “I’m sorry this is so frustrating for you, I will look into this”. Nope! Just acts like this is no big deal.
I explain to him that this is unacceptable and he needs to have more awareness of this things going on at HIS dealership. His response..
He tells me I am RUDE and disrespectful and that if I want to talk to him I need to treat him like a human and not like dirt on the bottomed of my shoe.
That is a quote! WHAT!! At this point I am in tears and in SHOCK! First off, I’m not yelling or swearing and I have EVERY right as the consumer to be frustrated. Since when is the GM the victim? Not only did the car they sell me not work, but then they don’t help you and actually scold you for THEIR issues. This is the WORST customer service and absolutely the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life! I will NEVER go back here nor to any other Napleton. Beware! This dealership is full of disrespect, crooks!

after arriving at a mutually agreeable price, I proceeded to sign all paper work and discovered that an $800 charge was included in the billing for after market paint protection. i told them that i did not order this service and would not pay for it. the manager took offense , became belligerent, and told me that they would not complete the sale unless i agreed to this fee.
i wanted the car and complied .
