We were previously working with Fields Land Rover in Waukesha and they were absolutely terrible. We traveled an hour to work with Lake Bluff and it was well worth the drive! Thanks guys!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Hoffman Estates. From the second I walked in, Patrick Lecinski (sales guide) listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car. Knowing I had a strict budget, I didn’t think I was going to get what I needed/wanted, but with David Lecinski’s help (new car sales manager), both him and Patrick were able to find exactly what I was looking for within my budget! Also, I want to thank John Nelson (GM), James Russo (finance manager) and Kyle (porter) who helped tie it all together to get me into my dream car! I would recommend this team to anybody looking into Jaguar/Land Rover. I can’t wait to work with them in the future!

The general manager, Dan Loose and sales associate, Bryce were exceptionally professional and helpful to make our car purchase very enjoyable. Our relationship with the Patrick dealership started 10 years back. Since then we have purchased two new and two used cars. Out of that two purchases are from the Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville.

As soon as we walked in Sam approach dus was very friendly and accommodating we told him what we were looking for he said he would find a truck and then meet us up front told us we can have a seat and offer us beverages something to eat. Overall it was a great experience. Sam is a great salesperson very genuine, kind and friendly.

No one who works there has any pride in doing a job correctly. They do not care about service customers in any way. They will not ever pick up a phone call, and there is no point in leaving a voice mail, no one will ever call back.
The fact that Scott has a job is laughable.
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
