Our family hasn't bought a car in over 10 years and the sales staff made the buying experience a great one for us. My husband visited the dealership 4 times before purchasing our new vehicle. From the salesmen to the used car manager everyone was helpful. These guys really know how to build a relationship with their customers and treat you like a friend. No hassle and no pressure from the moment we walked into the dealership! It is nice when you can leave a dealership and feel excited and happy about your latest purchase. After visiting several other dealerships this one is highly recommended!!

The New word for Shady is Howard Orloff in the Dictionary! - Living Right
Jeffery Orloff has a huge integrity problem and he grooms his staff to fall suit. He has a high turnover rate of employees I believe because of this corruption. If you are a old guard or a mainstay like his service manager Greg Urban he is just as corrupt, rude, shady and cut throat and he is given the green light to do it. When you walk in the place is beautiful and elegant but buyer Beware!!! Its all a cover up. They are pretending to be a respectable business in its image and presentation but they are undercover pimps and shysters! If anyone says anything good about Howard Orloff on here is either:
1. They were coerced to do it!
2. They were paid to do it
3. They never had their vehicle serviced.
Jeffery Orloff has countless opportunities to do the right thing and walk in integrity and he adamantly choses not to do so! To me he is another Bernie Madoff I feel sorry for his family and everyone who possesses the Orloff name. The Orloff name has been reduced to common thieves!

Worst service ever!!! I took my Jaguar in for a tire change and to have a new key programmed more than 2 weeks ago. They still have my car!!!! They are unable to program the key. The new key should have been there the day my car went in - we had set that up a month prior. But the key was not there. Then they supposedly ordered the wrong key. Then some part of the car responsible for talking to the key went down while they were trying to program it.
But worse yet, when I called the main Jaguar 800 number (what an awful experience on its own . . . . . . ) I was told that no one from the dealership had opened a case for technical support. Wow!! 2 weeks and no one from the dealership has opened a case with the Jag technical experts to resolve this.
My Jaguar right now is a VERY EXPENSIVE BRICK. Can't drive a car if no keys work. Disgusting!!
Horrible shopping experience - RR3703
I arrived at the dealership ready to buy, and was interested in a Land Rover. After waiting for over 20 minutes, a man named JT finally emerged and seemed annoyed, as if I bothered him by asking for his assistance. On the test drive, there was awkward silence and tension in the vehicle. When I asked the price, JT quoted me a price that was $1,000.00 more than what it was listed for online. When I attempted to negotiate, JT became angry, and when I said I wasn't going to pay that price, he literally yelled at me, saying "I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO!" Having purchased 2 Land Rovers from that location several years ago when it was owned by Auto Nation, I was treated like royalty. The sales and service staff were outstanding. I had high hopes for my new buying experience, and couldn't be more disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman, and will definitely take my business elsewhere.
