Purchase 1 new tire - JaniceMKC
Called service department to request that tire be available prior to appointment. Employee and I verified the exact tire that I currently have on my MKC and he told me that he would order the tire and contact me when available. He returned my call to let me know when the tire would be there so I could schedule when it would be convenient for me to come in. It worked out perfectly and I was in and out in about an hour. Very happy😀
Keep on truckin' - Ford Forever
We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru
I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
