Awesome! We needed our vehicle serviced and they got us in the next day! Fixed our car perfectly and we're done hours before they said it would take so we didn't have to wait long. The other dealership couldn't even get me scheduled for a month. These are the best people to work with. We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

I'll start by saying my father in-law recommended Napleton to us when they were on Vincennes in Blue Island. We just bought our 5th car through them and it's the 3rd car from Napleton Lincoln. It was Napleton Lincoln Mercury, but Mercury no longer produces cars. Scott Burdelik has been our salesman 3 times now. He never pressures us, but sure does work hard to make it possible to get fine automobiles that we liked but feel we can't afford. He knows our tastes in vehicles and that we need comfort for road trips which took us to Alaska 6 times, and to the Canadian Rockies quite a few times. That said, tells a lot about how important it is for us to have a reliable vehicle. We traded in a 2012 MKZ that never had any problems. NAPLETON lINCOLN in BLUE ISLAND has earned our trust and our compliments.

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
