The service at Napleton Lincoln in Glenview is great! I was offered the choice of either having my car picked up at my home and given a loaner while my car was being serviced or dropping my car off and given a ride to wherever I needed to go. The service team is friendly and they were happy to review all of the functions on my Lincoln,since I needed refreshing on how everything worked. I've had cars that were supposed to be luxury vehicles before, but my new Continental puts them all to shame. This is the type of comfort I've always wanted!

100% better experience than the last dealership I got my last car at. Usually buying a car is an unpleasant experience that I dread.. However, this time around it was super quick & easy. My car salesman Will Foster was such a standup guy. He was up front and HONEST. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal, he got me a great trade in on my Chevy Malibu! I contacted Dan in November of 2017 about the new Navigator, he was on top of why I couldn’t find one anywhere yet. They weren’t out yet!!! He contacted me a couple times about them before they were released wondering if I had any questions that he might be able to answer,which I did and he always had an answer for me. When they came out finally he contacted me, and we looked all over the area for the one I wanted which we couldn’t find. I was hesitant on ordering one and when I finally did he helped make the process very easy. As a procrastinator, I waited till the last minute to order and when he found out the date I needed it by he wasn’t sure he could get it done. He searched for one already in the process of being built and found one that he was able to change order on and now hopefully it will be here before I need it. He’s been nothing but helpful and if it’s not here on time my wife said she’s buying a minivan instead, so let’s hope it arrives. Thank Dan for helping.

Brought the car in to get checked out. Found a bunch of problems. I got the major things repaired. Communication was good, until i called about the final bill and when would the car be ready. I was charged about $200 for nuts, bolts, screws and or washers. Really??? For pieces that should have came with the parts. I’ve never seen anything that has to be installed that doesn’t come with the items needed for the install. That’s $200+ dollars than i was quoted. And that’s with a warranty. Still paying over grand.
Keep on truckin' - Ford Forever
We recently brought our F-150 to the service department for the 150000 service. We wanted belts, hoses, brakes, and the oil cooler / air conditioner serviced. Marv called us several times while the truck was being serviced to confirm if we wanted a particular item replaced. The work was done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. We will be going back to Fieldhouse for future service work.

I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. I think every company should teach there employee the way to talk to people that don't know much about cars. So in the future I will go to them for all my services I need done. They don’t stand behind their word - Dmax2464
Extremely unhappy with the way they do business. I bought a used truck from them. They said that they would do whatever is takes to fix the truck and that they would make it right. So we did the deal, they fixed one of the two issues. I brought the truck back after the second issue didn’t get fixed, they “fixed” the issue again and no sooner than pulling back in my driveway the codes were back. Now they say there is nothing more they can do for me. I WILL NOT buy anything else from this dealership!!!

Tried to buy a new model from this dealership and they could not estimate a delivery date. I knew more about how to track a VIN with Ford than they did! I waited patiently for 8 weeks, and every week I would bug them to find me a "dealer trade" in the area but it was never successful. They were also never able to give me any window (approximate) for delivery. My car was dying, but they would not give me a loaner so I would wait. I ultimately found a gently used demo at another dealership, and cancelled my order. As soon as I called to cancel, they offered me a loaner! Imagine that... I have since gone there for service, and so far it's been acceptable service-wise, but I wish Ford would more thoroughly test their software before releasing "upgrades" that just cause buggy behavior in their My Ford Touch system.
