We had a great experience with Cain and Jessica. It started with straight forward pricing. We decided to take the BMW experience a step further and signed up for the perfornce center delivery. Cain set thing up, and agreed to take us to CAK the day we needed to go to Spartanburg. Of course we had bad weather in OH, and our flight was cancelled. Jessica was able to get us to CLE, and we made it out safely and had a great experience. Cain and the team there were great to deal with.

I just leased a new car from Classic BMW and it was truly a pleasure. They had the vehicle ready and all the paperwork ready for signature. The business manager went through all the terms and business agreements before signing and then off to learn about the new car.
