I reached out to Axelrod via their website and Seth Calig called me right back. I explained to him I lived local and wanted to buy local and was honest with him about the other ads that I have seen I told him to give me an Out The Door price and within the hour he called back and ran through the numbers. I couldn’t t believe it as no other dealership was willing to do that. no high pressure and was willing to do what it took to earn my business. I already take my Acadia their for service and have been pleased the price was a bit high and thanked him for his time. He called me back with another strategy and we came up with a fantastic deal. My son is graduating and this was for him. My son was ecstatic and LOVES the car!! Thank you Seth and Axelrod for a great experience. I have two more sons and looking to the same hung in two and four years!!!

This the first time I bought a new vehicle without actually seeing it. (Internet Sale). When I made an offer, Bob McClain came back with additional savings of about $1000 less than I offered. (GM Conquest Cash for switching to GM?). Financing was easy and without the usual push to sell warranties and protections...and a decent rate for less than perfect credit was found. A nice experience w no surprises. Expectations exceeded.

Nice enough dealership with decent selection of new and used vehicles. Salesman was fairly new and could use more experience but he was polite. We had scheduled a date and time to finalize the purchase of vehicle but the process took 3+ hours. Was passed off from salesman to waiting room while waiting for the financial contact to pick us up. We waited and waited and waited and waited. Took way too long.

The service that Lambert GMC provides is always excellent. They get the job done right the first time and on time. This is the only car dealer that I have found that I can trust with my car or truck. I normally do my own oil changes and most routine maintenance but I can't buy the oil and filter for the price they charge to do the job and they include tire rotation. This is why I always return to Lambert to buy a new car or truck.

My husband and I had a really good experience with the Ron Marhofer dealership and this was mainly contributed to my sales rep Terry Maxson. Terry was very patient with me, responded very quickly and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. We live approx 14 hours away and found the car online. The car was transported using the company the dealership recommended. The car arrived looking exactly like the pictures on the website. We’ve had the car approx 2 months and we waited to write the review to solidify my experience and ensure there was no mechanical issues. Here are some additional details about our journey that may help someone else. 1) Paid cash for the car by wiring the money to their bank from our bank. This was their preferred method. 2) We did not hire a mechanic 3) The only visibility we had in purchasing the vehicle was the pictures online and Terry doing FaceTime 4) The reviews on the transport company was horrible. We did not see this until after the reservation was made. We did have a cancellation option but opted to have faith that it was all going to work out for our good.

In my opinion I was not given all the information to help me make the best decision that was best for. In my opinion I feel that because I am a WOMAN this dealership took advantage of me, I would not recommend using this dealership. From the sales person who helped me, to the finance manager that talked to me in a very disrespectful way to the general manager who was not interested in customer service this organization is unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone
Lied to about inspecting and service pre-owned vehicle - kenithb123
Buyer beware with used vehicles. We drove up from Columbus, Ohio to purchase a used 2014 Expedition. Was advised by sales that it was in great shape and had been serviced, and needed nothing.... Drove it straight home and parked it for 30 days until my wife’s lease was up on Feb 3rd. After the lease was turned in, my wife started driving the vehicle only to find the wiper arm was broken? So I took it in and was told the front pinion seal was leaking. I had them both replaced, only to have the oil change required message come on the cluster. I call and spoke with Frank White (used car manager) who flat out lied to me and told me it had been serviced. I asked for a copy of the inspection and service and reluctantly agreed to email it to me. Well I got it finally 3 days later all to find out exactly what I thought. The repair order has “No work performed” as the correction to the used car inspection, the oil change and the detail. This dealership is a joke, it will scam you and lie to you, then the General Manager Adam Morris whom I assume is probably part of the family won’t call you back. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB and to make sure anybody who plans to buy a used car from them knows they are liars.

Bill Harris dealership in Ashland ohio is the best dealership I have ever visit and I have been visitiing dealerships for over two months looking for the right vehicle. It took 50 miles to find my fit. Truly amazed with Scott Harris wonderful personality and Nate Bowles excellent salesmanship who went over and beyond for me. I was completely sold with the attitude that was being displayed “WE GOTCHA”. Everything I requested they came back with an option or a solution. I have the Philosophy “if you are a solution-to someone or something “ you will always be needed. I definitely need a Nate Bowles and Scott Harris phenomenal people skills that shouts and demonstrates they really care. I thank GOD for you. You had to be Heaven sent. I will purchase again and will be spreading the good news to all the people I know. Thanks guys for giving me the keys to the ignition so I can go steer others into your LOT.😝.
