I have had bad experiences buying cars which I haven't done in 20 years because of it. But I wanted to check out the Jeep Wranglers to see if they would be a good fit for me which required a test drive. Joel was great! He wasn't pushy, demanding or rude. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying out 2 different models I decided it was a good fit but I wanted some extended time with one to make sure, which Parkway was extremely accommodating and made it work with my crazy schedule. As if that were not enough they really stepped up to make sure I was happy with my purchase in every way. And that's what impressed me most because I am pretty picky! There elite customer service has created a lifetime customer from me!

Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. Progressive is the only dealership that has worked on my car. Each time any work needs done on it, whether it's an oil change or something more serious, they are the only ones I trust to do an excellent job. Whatever the issue has been with my car, I have always been happy with the work. The customer service is professional and very pleasant. This time, it needed front brake pads and rotors. I dropped it off and went home via their friendly shuttle service. When my car was ready, Bill called me to let me know and said the shuttle service would at my house promptly to pick me up and take me to my car. I was even provided with a free car wash! It is a pleasure to do business with the professionals at Progressive. Thank you to everyone!

I was perplexed as to why my service cost 122.00
I was unable to get enough time until today to call. When I did, Bryan explained to me step by step what was done (cabin air filter). Being that I am terminally ill and in a wheelchair with breathing issues, it is highly important that my air inside the vehicle stays fresh (filtered). Once Bryan explained the process with me being a former mechanic.. I understood and was very easily able to justify the cost of service to my beloved Chrysler.

I had a warranty issue with Chrysler that I absolutely wasn't able to solve. They(FM) didn't make any promises, but said they would try to help me out. They far exceeded my expectations! Some of it was luck, but it never would've happened if they weren't at least willing to try. I highly recommend these guys.

I did need service once and the service manager was polite and his promise was not only met but exceeded. That is rare and deeply appreciated. Worse thing is get a great deal and then the dealer has awful service to offer.
I loved the entire experience. Even their finance manager was no pressure, answered each question posed and was very fair on protection products.
I will buy here again if the need presents its self.

I did the car service and oil plug fell down and oil leaked and car shutdown and stuck in car for more than 2 hours in the center of road with small kid. The salesman I worked with, Howard, was not only difficult to work with, but was arrogant and made the process uncomfortable. It seemed he knew of some of the issues with the vehicle because both test drives were done in town, under 35-45 MPH, and both times the highway was avoided per his instruction.
When I picked the vehicle up, the dealership had promised detailing and paint touch up, neither of which was ever completed to my satisfaction. I left the vehicle there and when I needed a rental car while work was being done, I was given a car without cruise control. Upon returning, the work promised wasn't done.
I would never work with this dealer again.
air bag recall - jszmania
Went in for an airbag recall fix. No issues pulling in. When they are done with service my airbag light is on. Now I am expected to pay to fix that and I didnt mess it up. It was just a coincidence.....yah. They didn't do it but just came on...come on.
Shady service. They would offer to pay for 1/2.....why would they not fix it totally since it wasnt broken prior the them working on it.....
Go somewhere else if you can.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.

I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating.
