I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. Looking to purchase a new pickup for one of the owners of the company and learned that we should have had a fleet number in order to get a better deal. John Bralek of Junction Auto Sales walked us through the process and saved us a substantial amount on this truck. We will definitely be back to this dealer and John Bralek specifically for the time and effort spent on this purchase. We purchase a number of vehicles every year and will make him our go to guy.
Rude and rediculous - Carperson
Saw an ad on autotrader. Thought that's too good to be true. Called to verify knowing they could be using some military discounts or something and to make sure it was available. Talked to a Dan he said it was and it was priced correctly. Get there and some lady comes to greet us then deals with us on the wrangler. Can't find it when we get there. Claims they can't sell us that one because of a title issue. We drove a similar vehicle then asked to look at some numbers with two different possible trade ins. Did not have them drive our trade in so I expected the offer to be a bit low. They were at least 2k lower on one and over 4k lower on the second. My cars are we maintained and worth way more than what was offered (KBB pricing and I looked at what dealers are selling them for). I know they need to make money. I got up and left and was obviously upset. No manager even said anything to me. I know if you leave a dealer upset most managers will chase you out the door so you at least have a chance of coming back.

I was unable to get enough time until today to call. When I did, Bryan explained to me step by step what was done (cabin air filter). Being that I am terminally ill and in a wheelchair with breathing issues, it is highly important that my air inside the vehicle stays fresh (filtered). Once Bryan explained the process with me being a former mechanic.. I understood and was very easily able to justify the cost of service to my beloved Chrysler.

Contacted Fred Martin about finish coming off my 2017 Ram Rebels front bumper. They got right on it and told me to see Mike in service. Mike saw it right away and took pictures of it and sent it to FCA. Couple of days later it was in getting fixed. Mike went the extra mile for me. He got me a courtesy car because it was going to take a few days. Bumper looks great. Great team. I know it was a small thing but it bothered me. I am glad that Mike and his team took it seriously.

Would not service my brand new Chrysler because it was not purchased from Kasper. Even offered to pay for repair just wanted it documented by a Chrysler dealer and fixed. I have has great service from Kasper Buick, but avoid Kasper Chrysler Service Department.

I took my new Jeep Cherokee in because it was slipping out of gear. I was told it just needed a computer upgrade. That didn’t solve the problem and when I called to take it back in I was told they didnt have anyone available to work on transmissions that their mechanic was on leave and wouldn’t be back for two months. I tried to schedule for then and was told to call back at that time because mechanic may not be back. Very rude!

Went in for an airbag recall fix. No issues pulling in. When they are done with service my airbag light is on. Now I am expected to pay to fix that and I didnt mess it up. It was just a coincidence.....yah. They didn't do it but just came on...come on.
Shady service. They would offer to pay for 1/2.....why would they not fix it totally since it wasnt broken prior the them working on it.....

I did the car service and oil plug fell down and oil leaked and car shutdown and stuck in car for more than 2 hours in the center of road with small kid. The salesman I worked with, Howard, was not only difficult to work with, but was arrogant and made the process uncomfortable. It seemed he knew of some of the issues with the vehicle because both test drives were done in town, under 35-45 MPH, and both times the highway was avoided per his instruction.
When I picked the vehicle up, the dealership had promised detailing and paint touch up, neither of which was ever completed to my satisfaction. I left the vehicle there and when I needed a rental car while work was being done, I was given a car without cruise control. Upon returning, the work promised wasn't done.
I would never work with this dealer again.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.

I bought my 2006 Chevrolet impala LT from this dealership and it will be the last car i ever buy from this dealership and i will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership. All my problems started 2 hours after the sale. Dealer said clean carfax report and car went through 110 point inspection. Night time and no headlights, discovered both headlights disconnected and harnesses stuffed into fenders. Next day went back to complain about battery sounds like it's weak, anti-freeze leaking, transmission fluid leaking. Service dept. checks it out and said battery is fine, and no leaks. I explained that the fluid is on my garage floor and car almost didn't start that morning. They said everything checks out. So i leave and sure enough get home and the next day on a Sunday,battery dead so i purchase new battery from autozone for $154 and install it myself, then i put car up on my ramps and find both fluid leaks, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. So next day i call GREAT LAKES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM and am told that they will reimburse me for battery. So i drive back to Kingsville and explain to service manager where his techs can find the leaks, That i don't know how they couldn't see in the first place. Then manager at Great Lakes then explains that he is only going to reimburse me $80 for my new battery. Total BS since i told them the problems. This all happened within the first three days of owning this car. They did replace transmission line and water pump. But still it just aggravating.
