My fiance Jeff and I came in today (3/24/18) and had an awesome experience with Louis Polos. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We felt he went above and beyond for us and that is hard to find in most people. He went as far and holding our baby and playing with him while we called progressive for our insurance information. Having him as a salesman was pleasant and I will most definitely be returning!

We we're looking online for sometime and as soon as we asked for more information on the car we liked within 5 minutes we had a call from Chris. He was very nice and helpful over the phone. The next day we went to the lot and we're greeted by Greg. Greg was super nice and no pressure what so ever. It was the end of the day and all the banks were closed for finance but the next morning Greg called and said he could get us at the payment we wanted. The thought of car shopping made me cringe because I did not want to deal with anymore lying sales people. To put my mind at ease, I called a friend, who highly recommended Dave Ewing because he has always been so good to my friend and her husband. I called Dave and he invited me to come in that evening. I was amazed that Dave actually took the time to listen to me and did not try to sell me a vehicle I did not want. He also listened effectively about what I can afford monthly. He did not try to sell me an outrageous monthly payment I could not afford. In fact, he and his sales manager was able to give me a monthly payment much lower than I was expecting. YAY!! I did not feel pressured. Dave did not make me feel as though he was just selling another vehicle. However, what Dave did do was a build a friendly professional relationship, without lying! Expensive repair, problem not even fixed after 10 days. - james
Took Piaggio scooter in for repair, it had under 100 miles on it. Ten days later they said it was repaired, $ 175.00 in labor, they said they cleaned carborater real good.Drove my scooter home that day and the next day it would not start! Called dealership and they said maybe needs a new carborater, they will pick scooter the next day and give me a price on a new carborator. No one ever called me back and no one picked up the scooter, what a joke, piss poor way to run a business
