I easily work 55 hours a week and am pressed for time; so my first maintenance appointment for my vehicle was impossible to schedule. All I did was ask Tom Wolfe, the service manager if he could squeeze me in and he gladly said "Yes".
An hour later my vehicle was serviced, washed, and parked. He is the best and definitely is one of the "Stars" in this business. Thank you Tom and the whole team at Spitzer Mitsubishi.

I found their Genesis G80 in CarGurus. They NEVER told me the car had accident. They said it is brand new so I flew from Massachusetts to Ohio because it was the color I was looking for (White exterior and Beige interior). We did all the paperwork (attached photo). I paid the down payment and deal was done! My plan was to ship the car back to Boston. So the truck driver arrives at the dealership parking lot to pick up the car and as he is inspecting the car he finds out all those cracks and broken tray. (I have attached the photos). I immediately asked the manager and he said he was not aware of this accident! I took days off from my job, paid for plane ticket and hotel and flew to Ohio and they tried to sell me a $60K car with accident with the price of a new car! I asked for the compensation for my trip cost and they refused. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against these cheaters.

I have attempted to make an appointment at Ron Marhoffer twice now, both times with no response and no confirmation. I would have liked to take my car to a specific dealer for it's make, but their inability to get back to their clients has now led me to avoid this place.
