We purchased a XT4 from Sewell Cadillac Grapevine on Oct 31, 2018. We love our new vehicle but would like to warn people to be leary of financing through the this dealership. We had been approved for a loan before we purchased our vehicle but Brett convinced us to use their financing that would run our credit once but would look at 12 vendors. We were given a horrible interest rate that was 1.5 pts higher than we could have gotten on our own. The disappointing part was the fact that we called less than 12 hrs later to question the rate and did not receive a call back until the second business day after and we were told nothing could be done. We found a refi within 6 hrs which will save us money but cost us time. The even more disappointing factor was receiving NO response or acknowledgement from Justin Nichols, General Manager when we expressed our concern. We have always wanted to have the Sewell experience but won't do it again unless our future encounters are more positive. I would also suggest ignoring the reply your negative posts will receive since it is apparently a waste of time and Mr Nichols administrative assistant's standard response to the many negative reviews.

Carlisle Chevrolet Buick GM C Cadillac in Waxahachie, Tx. I had a concern about the vehicle I was given and i called to speak to the General Manager Ronald Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson refused to speak to me and yelled the entire time on the phone. He told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say or change his mind. I cant believe Carlisle's allow a person like Ronald Ferguson to be their General Manager and treat customers like he treated me. Carlisle claims customer satisfaction. Well I believe the General Manage Ronald Ferguson didn't get the memo because he sure was very very rude and refused to hear my concern. I must admit the sale person Dustin was very nice very curious and polite. Eddie the fiance person was also polite but I question his interest of the customer. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the General Manager Ronald Ferguson who was very very rude and disrespectful.

I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.
