You only need to know two words when you go to this dealership. SAM SMITH. My wife and I have bought 39 cars in our 42 years of marriage and we actually enjoyed this purchase experience more than any we can recall. Sam was amazing from start to finish. We were treated very respectfully. We were not passed from one person to another. Sam took ownership of the entire transaction and did it all with ease. We found out that Sam has been selling cars for a long time and his experience shows. There is a reason why he has been top salesman and rated the highest salesman in customer satisfaction. Sam went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. I just wish we would have found him years ago! My advice is that if you are really interested in a car at SEWELL, ask for the BEST! SAM SMITH! You will not be disappointed! Oh, by the way, Sam put us in a 2017 Cadillac XT5 that only has 6K miles on it at a fantastic savings!

This will be as short as the salesman was to me. I live 9 miles from this dealership and had been looking online for a few weeks. I stopped by after work and talked to a salesman for a few minutes describing what I was looking for, he took my trade in information and took pictures and told me he would email me some listings and give a quote for my trade in. Ended up I had to call them the next day and ask where the emails were and the quote. finally got the quote (from a different sales guy) which was 2k less than 2 other dealers I had been talking to, then he was very short on the phone telling me they didn't have what I was looking for when I hadn't even finished telling him what that was. Now I have to drive 65 miles to another dealer to get a truck. I would never recommend anyone that I knew to go to this dealership. For $40,000 I would think they would try and take care of what would have been a customer.

OK, so after 3 years, one engine tear down hoffpauir marble falls, one engine rebuild hoffpauir burnet, then an engine replacement again hoffpauir burnet. Three dealers which now include Hoffpauir Lampassas and $8000.00 my truck is still parked six months after getting the engine replaced, with electrical problems that the burnet hoffpauir told me to simply pull the fuses( which didn't work the battery still dies. The dealers keep shuttling me between themselves and claim no responsibility as they are sold. Now ( I am an electrician) I decided to try to isolate the short myself, finding out that I have 9 wires in my main fuse box that are grounded and creating a 10 volt parasitic draw on my system, why they couldn't find this is beyond me as they are Chevy certified mechanics So now my problem is I want a schematic for my truck from the dealer so I can verify and try to fix this issue and they tell me to simply google it. Or if I come in they might could print me up something. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THIS DEALER. If you do and are not satisfied they will simply send you around to 3 different dealers all claiming to have no responsibility and to have been sold and refuse to honor anything after that sold date etc and so on.

I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.
