I went into this dealership open to buying a car. Upon arrival someone greeted me immediately and took me to the car I requested. They allowed me to take the rims off of another 2018 Camaro I spotted with out a second thought. Negotiating the price of the car was not exhausting or painful at all (unlike my previous car buying experience). The used car sales manager (Robert) ensured that I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time even physically spot cleaning the front seats to my expectations. He was great and veryyyy personable. He made my experience one of a kind and I appreciate it.

My daughter took her vehicle to the dealership in Denton. They kept the car overnight (and used nearly a 1/2 tank of gas in the process) to try and find the problem. The only solution they had to her car stalling was to replace the negative battery cable. The very next day the problem occurred again but they were unable to fit her in. I called another dealership several hours away and they quickly scheduled her in and identified the problem within an hour.

I went to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle I found on car-gurus. When i arrived they said they had to get it delivered BC it was across town. I just assumed that it was at another local dealership. After an hour and a half wait I asked where exactly was it. They said it was in Tyler, which is was an hour away. So i asked why it was in Tyler and they said it was being used as a display. So i told them that is OK, call them and tell them to hold it there because I had to drive through that town to go home. After three lies the truth finally comes out. The financial manager had it at his home and had been driving it. Initially I was told that it was for the weekend and then when I asked for a picture of the odometer to see the difference between the listed mileage and the actual mileage, I was told he'd been driving it for a week. I get the picture a few hours later and it has 2k miles more than what it was supposed to and the dealer told me the guy had it a week. Later I find out from the manager that it was 2 weeks. So, after being lied to repeatedly, they did deliver the vehicle to me which was nice but the guy who drove it the 1.5 hours to me SMOKED in it!!! I called and complained and suggested they pay for the vehicle to be detailed. Oh, BTW they never cleaned it to begin with. There was still residue from spilled drinks in it, dirt in the bed etc...
I was told the vehicle was in "immaculate" condition. No tears in the leather or chips in the paint. All were lies. There is a tear in the leather, chips & scratches in the paint.
I like the truck, despite the issues with it. It's been 2 weeks and the dealer will not take my calls, he's always with a customer or something, but never returns my calls or texts. He is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with, and thats saying something. Absolutely stay away from these people.

I took my truck here for a front end noise. They said they fixed it, sure enough the next day the noise is back. They kept it for several days and said before it was fixed. Then I started having s problem with exhaust. I made an appointment they 4 days before I wanted to bring it in and made sure they could look at it that day, they said yes for sure. I got off work early the day before and decided to drop it off so they had extra time. No one mentioned there is no shuttle on a Saturday which is what day my truck would be ready so I paid Lyft to take me there right before they closed. Once I get there I was informed they never even looked at my truck, but they could hurry and put a mirror on that I was going to buy separate from the exhaust issue- so here they are quick to sale me something but don’t want to handle a warranty problem. They never once called Friday or Saturday and never said anything when I called to ask service about a shuttle. So basically my truck just sat there then I had to pay to pick it up. The service advisor could have cared less. I will never return to this dealer and will not ecommend them to anyone.

NO COMMUNICATION, NO FOLLOW UP, ADVISOR WENT DAYS WITHOUT RETURNING MESSAGES. HIS MESSAGES BACK WERE VERY CURT BORDERLING ON COMPLETE RUDENESS. VEHICLE WAS THERE FOR WEEKS WITH US BEING LEFT IN THE DARK MOST DAYS AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEN SERVICES PERFORMED THAT WERE SPECFICIALLY TOLD NOT TO BE DONE. I have really given Friendly Chevrolet's service department the last opportunity to service my vehicle I purchased the vehicle and that part of the transaction was perfect. I can't say the same about the service. I went to get my car serviced today and I noticed for the second time that they stated my tires were rotated as they did on the last visit. The issue is that I had wheel locks placed on the vehicle and no one asked me for the key, but the invoice showed that the wheels were rotated. On my visit today, they stated they rotated my tires again. I questioned it because I purchased custom wheels and they annotated that the tires were rotated again. When I asked the service person and the technician stated that the tires were rotated. I advised them that it was impossible to rotate the tires because no one asked for my key to unlock the wheels. They apologized and stated that would take the vehicle back to have the tires rotated. In the meanwhile, I spoke with Micah Springer who lacks minimal customer service skills. He proceeded to tell me that if I knew that this occurred in the past, why didn't I say anything when I brought the truck in. Well sir I expect you to do the job that you stated was done. Also you may want to be sincere when giving an apology and look, the person in the face and I am not your brother so don't call the customer brother. How about this. If the technician sees that there are custom wheels on the vehicle, they should ask for the key. How dare you try to put the responsibility of rotating my tires on me when it is your job to ensure that what is supposed to be done is done. So this makes we questions if any of the work that is on the invoice was completed as I am not a mechanic and can't verify that it was completed. After all this and about 30 minutes I look back to see that my truck is parked and waiting to be worked on. appt was at 1145. I arrived at 1119. It was 1 pm and my tires still weren't rotated. At this point I asked for my keys and said forget about it. This place literally sucks and needs a customer service overhaul. Give me a call and I will give you a consult for a fee.
P.S. I spoke with Cesar prior to leaving. He knows customer service and Micah could learn a thing or two from him.

Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.

Most horrible car buying experience I have ever been a part of. I bought my son a car from here and thought I got a pretty good deal, only to have the dealership call me days later to say Cap One backed out on the loan. When I called Cap One to determine the issue they said congrats your loan went thru this morning. After confronting the dealership with this information they continued to lie and make it seem like it was my fault that the deal didn’t happen and said Cap One denied the deal. After pressing more people for answers it came out that they priced the car too low by mistake and didn’t want to take the loss. So break my sons heart because of your mistake? This is exactly what they did. They got all gangsta on us saying we couldn’t leave with the car, but tried to sell us on some other piece of junk. Long story made short, they lied to me from the beginning by listing the car at $7,100 online only to jump it to $9,200 in person, then we settled on $8,100 but when I signed the paperwork it said $8,200. That was just the beginning of the lies. I have never been told so many lies in 1 hour. After I exposed them for lying about Cap One backing out they finally said we reserve the right to refuse the sale of the car if we want to. In my opinion they should have let my son keep it. If I ever get my down payment back I will use it to hire protesters to stand at the dealership and let people know to beware of dealing with these guys.
