Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We never felt pressured, no games or gimmicks. We were shown multiple vehicles even though it was pouring down rain. Lloyd really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. All staff was extremely friendly as well.

They did an excellent job on the detailing my truck. It’s a bit expensive, but after a two thousand mile trip, they earned every penny of what they charged. I went in to trade in my 2008 Chevy Silverado through the Costco auto program. My wife and I had already been to several other dealerships. Sean emailed me back per Costco guidlines and promptly set an appointment. When we entered the dealership we were immediately greeted very professionally and they found Sean for us. I told Sean what I wanted, but also laid out a scenario that I didn't think possible to get out of the upside down on my wifes car. In the end Sean and Eric worked very diligently for me and my wife and we ended up purchasing a 2018 Malibu and Leasing a 2018 Camaro. They did not push or use hard sell techniques. Sean. Eric, and the group at Ray Huffines Chevrolet listened to what I wanted, knew how to treat their customers, and worked to get me into the vehicles I wanted. I am a tough, smart, shopper that is tough to please. I have never had a good auto buying experience until know. Bob Tedford Chevrolet is as good as it gets when it comes to car dealerships. A local family run business that cares about it’s customers. I had a great buying experience and they worked with me on every part of the deal. James, their General Manager, goes above and beyond with the sale to ensure their customers are happy. They don’t use pricing tricks online to get customers in the door like some other dealerships I visited, and I still received a great deal. In the days of to too many dishonest car dealerships, this is the one you want to shop!

Had a buddy and his wife purchase 2 new Fords from Holiday Ford which they said was a great experience, so I decided to try their Chevy dealer for my new truck. Rachel was fantastic! Within an hour of my online inquiry, I had estimates on my 2 trades including a motorcycle. Everything was simple, fast and easy. Everyone was polite and low pressure. Holiday also has the best prices. Since my purchase, I have recommended the dealership to 3 co-workers / friends shopping for new trucks. They are worth the drive if you aren't local.
Stay away if you have warranty work - Ericmd
I have taken my truck to the shop over 10 times for warranty issues and they always deny my claim until I persist. They told me my engine was fine until I insisted it was not. They eventually admitted that it was shedding pieces of metal and they replaced some internal parts instead of replacing the engine. 2000 miles later I bring it to the shop because every time I check the oil there are 5 to 10 metal slivers on the dipstick. They admitted that my engine was shedding pieces of metal and had major issues but also told me that they can’t do anything until the engine seizes up on me or fails completely. I have a baby on the way and I do not want to be stuck on the freeway with a seized up engine. I only have 25,000 miles on the truck and it is only three years old. They should’ve replaced my engine 3000 miles ago rather than just replace some of the internal parts that had the most damage. They also admitted that my steering wheel is clicking when I turn the corner but said there is nothing they can do. They will always pretend you’re crazy and your vehicle is fine if you request a repair under warranty

I went into this dealership open to buying a car. Upon arrival someone greeted me immediately and took me to the car I requested. They allowed me to take the rims off of another 2018 Camaro I spotted with out a second thought. Negotiating the price of the car was not exhausting or painful at all (unlike my previous car buying experience). The used car sales manager (Robert) ensured that I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time even physically spot cleaning the front seats to my expectations. He was great and veryyyy personable. He made my experience one of a kind and I appreciate it.

I found the truck I wanted at Jerry's Chevrolet while I was searching the internet. From the time I called the dealership and talked to Don the sales experience was based on what I wanted and needed in a truck. When Don realized I needed special equipment he suggested the perfect item.
The orientation was also very good. Sarah was very helpful and interested that I knew and was comfortable with the dealer layout and that I know how to successfully set all the options the way I wanted them set.
This was a very pleasant buying experience. Don and Sarah were a great help with this process. I will certainly return here again.

My daughter took her vehicle to the dealership in Denton. They kept the car overnight (and used nearly a 1/2 tank of gas in the process) to try and find the problem. The only solution they had to her car stalling was to replace the negative battery cable. The very next day the problem occurred again but they were unable to fit her in. I called another dealership several hours away and they quickly scheduled her in and identified the problem within an hour.

I took my truck here for a front end noise. They said they fixed it, sure enough the next day the noise is back. They kept it for several days and said before it was fixed. Then I started having s problem with exhaust. I made an appointment they 4 days before I wanted to bring it in and made sure they could look at it that day, they said yes for sure. I got off work early the day before and decided to drop it off so they had extra time. No one mentioned there is no shuttle on a Saturday which is what day my truck would be ready so I paid Lyft to take me there right before they closed. Once I get there I was informed they never even looked at my truck, but they could hurry and put a mirror on that I was going to buy separate from the exhaust issue- so here they are quick to sale me something but don’t want to handle a warranty problem. They never once called Friday or Saturday and never said anything when I called to ask service about a shuttle. So basically my truck just sat there then I had to pay to pick it up. The service advisor could have cared less. I will never return to this dealer and will not ecommend them to anyone.

Worst experience i've ever had with a GM dealer ever! The lack of follow up on simple emails or phone calls is unbelievable to me. Told my salesperson from the beginning i wanted to buy the car today. Spent the day waiting on him and then when i'm getting ready to drive over there he emails me saying they sold the car?! really! Maybe if Juan would have answered the phone when my credit union called they could have sent over the drafting instructions at the end of the day, had them rushing because of his lack of follow up.
Loaner Dept is Rude and No Loaner - Signal27
I will not waste my time with the Service Dept T Friendly due to the Rude and unhelpful Loaner Car Dept. I had a loaner scheduled and they did not give me a loaner. They tried to use the excuse that my insurance would not cover the loaner. I set there and listened to them tell other customers that Friendly’s insurance has $1000 deductible and that applies even if your insurance deductible is lower. Then, they try to sell the customer $14/day coverage to waive the deductible. So if they’re using their insurance, then why do they deny me a loaner. They come up with excuses why not to give you a loaner. Loaner dept also sets there and bashes customers behind their back, as I set there and listened to them. Very unprofessional, both the girl and the guy! Definitely, will take my car elsewhere for service. The free 100k mile oil change and rotation is a good deal, but not worth the hassle of waiting a long time. On a positive note, John Ballard, service advisor, was very nice!

Carlisle Chevrolet Buick GM C Cadillac in Waxahachie, Tx. I had a concern about the vehicle I was given and i called to speak to the General Manager Ronald Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson refused to speak to me and yelled the entire time on the phone. He told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say or change his mind. I cant believe Carlisle's allow a person like Ronald Ferguson to be their General Manager and treat customers like he treated me. Carlisle claims customer satisfaction. Well I believe the General Manage Ronald Ferguson didn't get the memo because he sure was very very rude and refused to hear my concern. I must admit the sale person Dustin was very nice very curious and polite. Eddie the fiance person was also polite but I question his interest of the customer. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the General Manager Ronald Ferguson who was very very rude and disrespectful.

I recommend NOT working with this dealership or any Clay Cooley dealerships. Customer service is horrible and they have no respect for customers, especially women. I worked with Sales Manager Matt, at first he seemed to be very helpful; however that changed the moment I decided the car deal offered was not the best for me, he was very disrespectful. I have small children and would prefer a car with dark interior. I started the paperwork on the new car with a lite interior and last minute thought I should shop around to for what would best fit my family's needs. With already making the down payment, I notified the dealership that I would not be moving forward with signing the paperwork. I then asked if they could process my refund for the down payment. I was told no, "our policy is to only process refunds on business days". That did not sound right to me, so I asked for a copy of the policy, in which they could not provide. I asked once more if the refund could be processed and I was told "no you have to come back on Monday because it is after business hours". My response was "that is strange because you process the down payment after business hours, yet you cannot process the refund until business hours?" I asked once more, if the refund could be processed and the response was "just get someone in finance to take care of her, because she is ridiculous". The General Manager and Assistant General Manager were standing near, witnessed and heard the entire conversation, including the policy lies and derogatory comments, yet they never once said anything. After leaving in tears, I received a very rude text message from the Sales Manager Matt the next day that stating "you are colded blooded for not taking the car deal...that made me look like a fool to my company, do not call me to help you with a car ever again" (see image below). Not to mention the car, a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu, would not start when we tried to take it for a test drive. I had to go get jumper cables to give battery jump from the car I was trading in, just to get the "new" car started.
