I am an older customer and wish to commend the service Adviser Jeff Mauldin for the his help in trying to find out what the irritating growling sound was I had in my Uplander Van. He was patient and understanding. This was the third time I had attempted to take the auto in for service to cure the sound. ( Each time before, something else was done in service, but could not get the van to fail so the growling continued---not on a continuous basis,---- but it made me nervous !!!)
After searching for sometime, the service mechanic Angel , solved the problem after a test drive when
finally the auto decided to fail so he could hear the sound I was complaining about. I am a happy customer thanks to the great service,

She is very friendly, always has a smile on her face, and is always willing to go that extra mile to assist customers. I had to take my truck in for warranty work on Feb. 26, 2018, and when I went to pick it up the next day, I noticed that Leigh had been moved up to a service advisor. She was not the one who initially assisted me when I dropped the truck off, but was there to assist when I returned to pick it up. She is so friendly, and so eager to make sure the customers get the help they need. I feel as though Leigh is a great asset to your business.

It's as easy as 123 at Jupiter Chevrolet. Purchased a 1 owner truck built up as driven from a certified technician and in prestine shape. Go to yelp page for all my pics of bills, correspondence, and loaner cars I've had to stress to get. Good news is I paid over 20k for my big truck and I get small cheap cars to drive and they never have gas. Neither did my truck when I drove it off the lot Nov 3 but maybe I'm overreacting to the shop having my truck almost more than I have, and with gas prices being so high I guess customer service should take a back seat. Also, I have put a little over 100 miles on my truck so Jupiter probably did their due diligence when making sure they put customers over profits and ACTUALLY CHECKED IT.. So again, customers service should take a backseat because I did hit triple digits in miles and trucks break down. You know what.. Jupiter Chevrolet is right and I AM THE PROBLEM. The techs at James Woods know their stuff and will fix your vehicle for sure. That said, they are so EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE I pretty much expect them to come back with $2000+ worth of stuff to be fixed every time the check engine light is on. I'm tempted to take a perfectly working vehicle in there under a fake name just to see if they come up with a whole list of things that need to be replaced.
So if you don't worry about dropping huge amounts of cash, then go here. If not, try someplace else. Or better yet, don't buy Chevy's or GM vehicles all together because they will suck you dry eventually of every dollar you have.

I went to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle I found on car-gurus. When i arrived they said they had to get it delivered BC it was across town. I just assumed that it was at another local dealership. After an hour and a half wait I asked where exactly was it. They said it was in Tyler, which is was an hour away. So i asked why it was in Tyler and they said it was being used as a display. So i told them that is OK, call them and tell them to hold it there because I had to drive through that town to go home. After three lies the truth finally comes out. The financial manager had it at his home and had been driving it. Initially I was told that it was for the weekend and then when I asked for a picture of the odometer to see the difference between the listed mileage and the actual mileage, I was told he'd been driving it for a week. I get the picture a few hours later and it has 2k miles more than what it was supposed to and the dealer told me the guy had it a week. Later I find out from the manager that it was 2 weeks. So, after being lied to repeatedly, they did deliver the vehicle to me which was nice but the guy who drove it the 1.5 hours to me SMOKED in it!!! I called and complained and suggested they pay for the vehicle to be detailed. Oh, BTW they never cleaned it to begin with. There was still residue from spilled drinks in it, dirt in the bed etc...
I was told the vehicle was in "immaculate" condition. No tears in the leather or chips in the paint. All were lies. There is a tear in the leather, chips & scratches in the paint.
I like the truck, despite the issues with it. It's been 2 weeks and the dealer will not take my calls, he's always with a customer or something, but never returns my calls or texts. He is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with, and thats saying something. Absolutely stay away from these people.
They don’t care about warranty issues - likearollingstone
I took my truck here for a front end noise. They said they fixed it, sure enough the next day the noise is back. They kept it for several days and said before it was fixed. Then I started having s problem with exhaust. I made an appointment they 4 days before I wanted to bring it in and made sure they could look at it that day, they said yes for sure. I got off work early the day before and decided to drop it off so they had extra time. No one mentioned there is no shuttle on a Saturday which is what day my truck would be ready so I paid Lyft to take me there right before they closed. Once I get there I was informed they never even looked at my truck, but they could hurry and put a mirror on that I was going to buy separate from the exhaust issue- so here they are quick to sale me something but don’t want to handle a warranty problem. They never once called Friday or Saturday and never said anything when I called to ask service about a shuttle. So basically my truck just sat there then I had to pay to pick it up. The service advisor could have cared less. I will never return to this dealer and will not ecommend them to anyone.

Keith Jackson was absolutely great. The finance manager Ryan Odiorne is a complete joke! nThey do not honor the pricing listed on their website. They were trying to sell me a vehicle that was way over priced. Basic model for 22k. if I was in there asking for a hybrid I would have been ok with that price. I am a loan officer who finances vehicles all the time. This establishment is the one I hear of that adds extended warranties without letting you know. My customers end up paying twice for a basic model car. I went straight to Rockwall TX after this waste of time and got the deal I asked for. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Barely a 1-star.... I had to really give this some thought on what I wanted to say about this place and the way they treated my wife and our autistic son.
From the get go it was a horrible experience for her and I went back the next day trying to make it better for her and didn’t really get anywhere besides BS from the finance guy and the sales manager who tried to make it right with a “maintenance contract” but was still a bunch of BS. The best part for her was a young lady and I don’t remember her name, but she was very nice to my wife and our son and helped as much as she could.
My wife went in there to simply look around and wasn’t ready to buy without me there with her and they screwed her into signing for a bottom dollar piece of junk little car for our daughter and really raked her over the coals on the price and then in the end charged her almost an extra $3000 in charges or fees that didn’t need to be there.
I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this dealership but if you have to, in the end you had better really pay attention to the fine print and the details… if I had a way to make them take this car back and get my wife back her money back, I would do it in a heartbeat....
Another really bad side of this equation is that I work with one of Clay Cooley’s (the owner) nephews and he highly recommended this place and the salesman and it was a horrible experience from the beginning to the end and we will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place and from this point forward, Clay Cooley Dodge has lost all of my company‘s business as well!! I went back in my records to look and in 2017, we bought 16 Ram trucks, 2016 was 12, 2015 was 18 and I didn’t go back any further....enough said but they have lost ALL our business from now on.
I’ll make it my point in life in every which way I can to post negative feedback on every site that I possibly can find to share our ordeal… I realize not every dealership is perfect & there’s truly not a perfect dealership out there but this place is FAR from it and I will make it a point to prove that to anyone that I can! I’ve bought a lot of vehicles both personal and for the businesses that I run and I have never in my life caught so much BS as we did for this dealership…the salesman Stu and Dustin Payrovi the new car manager.
