The dealership had Ice-Cream on this Saturday afternoon – with Free custom specialty Ice cream sandwiches made on-site and offered to the whole floor and all the customers. This made more of a family setting and helped lighten up what could be a tight sales floor. This turned out to be our icing on the cake, on top of our purchase! Did we mention, Free unlimited car washes/vacuum at any/all Sewell dealerships comes with this purchase!

I found the truck I wanted at Jerry's Chevrolet while I was searching the internet. From the time I called the dealership and talked to Don the sales experience was based on what I wanted and needed in a truck. When Don realized I needed special equipment he suggested the perfect item.
The orientation was also very good. Sarah was very helpful and interested that I knew and was comfortable with the dealer layout and that I know how to successfully set all the options the way I wanted them set.
This was a very pleasant buying experience. Don and Sarah were a great help with this process. I will certainly return here again.
False Advertising 3 days - Emac
This dealership advertised a new Buick Encore 2 days in row at lower than sales price. Went in to dealership the 1st day and the Salesman blamed it on a internet glitch, basically blamed it on GM. Checked the internet the next day and the prices where lowered again, I called and the same excuse. Felt like I got shamed just to get me into the dealership. Should have made them honor there pricing, but I won’t be back.

Women BEWARE! Gateway was THE WORST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I went alone since my husband had to work thinking it wouldn’t be that bad but I was WAY WRONG! First round of negotiations with Bill and his finance team they started out with the MRSP price. I told them no, here is the advertised sale price and that’s where we start. Bill didn’t seem to like that.. maybe he didn’t think I did my homework on the truck.. so he went back to his finance guy & came back but had added in ridiculous fees and low balled my trade. I told Bill no, that wasn’t going to work and try again. He snickered at me, shook his head and said things like “it’s just simple math”. He went back again and he came back with an even more ridiculous offer- Bill and his team at Gateway obviously didn’t take me as a serious buyer. I’m sure if my husband had been with me, he wouldn’t have treated me that way, saying thing like “maybe it’s too much car for you”. But this NIGHTMARE gets better.. when leaving I asked why they gave me such a low offer on my trade..Bill told me it was in excellent condition except for that long scratch down the drivers side. I was shocked to go outside and sure enough they had put a 24 inch scratch down the drivers side door which WAS NOT there when I drove it in! Extremely upset, Bill told me “yes it was there, Amy”. Back and forth he was arguing with me outside the dealership until I just LOST IT!! Then all of a sudden he gets a magic solution and buffs it out!!! Never in my life have I seen a tactic like this used to low ball my trades! It was some type of black rubber compound to make it look and feel like there was a deep scratch on it. No apologies from Bill he just said “it must have rubbed up against something back there.” So upset at how I was treated I told my husband who emailed there general manager Jamie Juarez, with no response from him either. So save yourself money and a big headache and drive a little further down to HERITAGE GMC in Rockwall. They reasonably negotiated with me, gave me $3k MORE for my trade and I got exactly what I wanted!!
This incident happened 9/5/18- and never heard a single response from them so this must happen often with this dealership. I know companies pay for reviews but this one is for FREE! I would like to tell Bill, Jamie and the finance manager that yes I do know how to do “simple math” I am a CVICU nurse so I use “simple math” daily and I would LOVE to send you a copy of my bill of sale from Heritage GMC Rockwall so you can see exactly what you laughed at.
Frustrated trying to get my title... - Auto
Bought a car off Autotrader. Paid cash by wire transfer and a cc deposit. Flew my mechanic to inspect. Dealer was very accommodating as they spent several hours allowing my guy to check out. Even lifted it on a rack and had one on their mechanics available for questions. Salesman told me he would send my guy back with title. He didn't. Two weeks later I have no title. Where I live I have 7 days to register or there is penalty. Total frustration with this dealer! Life doesn't have to be so difficult.

Carlisle Chevrolet Buick GM C Cadillac in Waxahachie, Tx. I had a concern about the vehicle I was given and i called to speak to the General Manager Ronald Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson refused to speak to me and yelled the entire time on the phone. He told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say or change his mind. I cant believe Carlisle's allow a person like Ronald Ferguson to be their General Manager and treat customers like he treated me. Carlisle claims customer satisfaction. Well I believe the General Manage Ronald Ferguson didn't get the memo because he sure was very very rude and refused to hear my concern. I must admit the sale person Dustin was very nice very curious and polite. Eddie the fiance person was also polite but I question his interest of the customer. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the General Manager Ronald Ferguson who was very very rude and disrespectful.

DO NOT BUY A CAR/TRUCK HERE! I made the mistake of choosing this place to buy my first new truck and was highly disappointed with their customer service. From my dealings with Mike Durant, salesman Diego, finance guy Kevin, and even Amber Khan with my license plates I was repeatedly lied to. From top to bottom this place employs habitual liars. I drove 110 miles only to find out the truck was not the actual listed price on the internet, still agreed to purchase with little help from Diego my actual salesman. Once in financing Kevin got me to agree on a monthly payment then right as I go to sign my signature the price goes up not once but twice!! I should have walked out then but after 4 hours I wasn't coming home empty handed. They sent me home with no papers showing my finicall agreement so after 2 weeks of me calling 5 different times they sent me a scratched out piece of paper with numbers on it. Then after waiting 2 months I called to see if my plates were in since my paper plates were to expire in days, they said they had been sitting there with no thought on their end to call and notify me. I asked her to send them to my house then after 1 week they still had not shown up so I called again and she stated they were mailed the previous week. I finally get my plates after multiple calls only to find out they overnighted them after I called upset yesterday . So now I can honestly say this will be the LAST TIME I ever do business with or even recommend this place to anyone . Consider yourself warned!!!!

I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

They found a fuel delivery problem that 5 previous dealers failed to diagnose.Very thorough and took system completely apart until discovered small cracked plastic fitting. Greg in the service department, took the time to locate the problem and effect the repairs.Most other dealerships live and die by the diagnostic codes. "No codes then there shouldn't be a problem." We had a problem. Greg found and fixed it. Over the last 5+ years, I have bought 5 vehicles from Southwest Buick GMC, for myself, wife and daughters. Always a great experience. They also give a straight up price, no stereo-typical dealership run around, and never any pressure. GMC and Buick products are high quality built, and very well designed.
