I had a great experience with Theo and Justin. They were so polite and courteous. Yes, they are salesmen, but they did not pressure me at all. They just provided information. I had two really hands on kids under three, and was buying a minivan by myself. I thought that the salesmen might try to use that against me (ie. being distracted). They were fun with my kids, but didn’t prolong my visit once I said I wanted to buy. Their price was the best within 500 miles of McKinney. We came to an agreement about price literally within 5 seconds—again no pressure, no tricks, no feeling like the other shoe was about to drop.They are so good I will recommend that my friends and family on the metroplex drive there instead of the Honda dealership three miles from my house. From start to finish I had nothing but the best experience even in a stressful situation—created by car buying with young kids. They were fantastic and I could not recommend this dealership enough. Each employee I met seemed happy to be at work and like they liked their job. They also seemed to care about your experience.

Mr. Wolfe is an exceptional salesman. He is easygoing and really cares about his customers. He definitely went out of his way to help me get myself and my son into a new Honda. We had been driving an Accord that had over 160,000 miles on it and needed costly repairs. I am a single mom and my son has special needs so he really wanted to makes sure he got us into a car. He did just that and I am so glad I was lucky enough to get Mr. Wolfe as my salesman on that particular day!

I have a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite, that had a strange issue. Sometimes and at total random with no rhythm at all, it wouldn't recognize that the gear stick is in park, therefore, it will not let me lock the vehicle and/or a system start warning indication would pop up and it wouldn't want to start. Since, this would happen at random, it was hard to have the issue reproduce when I would take it to the service department, so there was a little bit of a guessing game. Eventually, I ended going there 3 or 4 times within a 2 week period. Finally the problem got diagnosed right and the repair was done, however due to all the hassle, I was given a very huge discount on the final repair bill. The actual issue was close to $500 to repair but in fact I only paid about $170 and the rest was discounted to make it up for me. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and how it was handled. I understand that it's hard to diagnose an electrical issue when you can't reproduce it at the time of diagnosis. Everyone was extremely professional and I truly felt I was in good hands and they were doing everything they can to make the repairs as fast as possible and they were accommodating my situation as much as its humanely possible. Initially my service advisor was Victor Segura and due to a family emergency Victor had to leave for several days, but he made sure to hand over my repair history to Joe Robert. They are both AWESOME. I couldn't have been any happier going anywhere else or dealing with anyone else. They are both extremely knowledgeable and very mindful and caring of the customer. For any future incidents, I will be going back to see them because I know I wouldn't be in any better hands. I recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco %100. They have gained my full trust for all my service needs.

I am awful with names. I went to meet John Santos to look into the possibility of buying a car. Unfortunately due to bad weather i reached the dealership before he did and was greeted by a Mr Gutierrez. I can't remember his first name so sorry. He called John let me know he was on his way and asked if i mind he started the process. He listened to ehat i wanted gave me some advice. We worked together. John did arrive, but he sat with us and didn't try to take over. Mr Gutierrez found me the perfect car. I really wasn't expecting to leave with a new car. John also have me a hug when he saw me crying. This was the first cari bought by myself since my husband passed, i got emotional. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to any who want to purchase a vehicle. Thank you.

Extended warranty cancellation - Darwin
I traded in my Honda 2016 CR-V in South Florida that I have bought from Freeman Honda and I've contacted Freeman Honda to have cancel my extended warranty, they've asked all the information that they needed and after several weeks they have done nothing.
I been calling for several weeks to speak with any one in finance department even I have left messages and not luck, honestly I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service, sorry Honda company but this is not the way to treat a customer that just recently bought 2 brand new Honda vehicles.
Very disappointed and very upset for this situation and I hope that someone from high level office could read this.

I went on line, found the car we wanted and made a deal. Drove an hour and a half with checkbook in hand and wife to drive the new (Used) car home. They added a "Dealer Prep" fee of $2,485 to the agreed upon price. Finally came off that. Then the sales manager, Tony Mirto and Marcus in the finance department wouldn't call me back. I provided drivers license and insurance card as requested. Still don't call back. Then while I wait to confirm all the paper work was done before driving back to the dealership, I was text that the car was no longer available. Worst car buying experience in my life. I would not recommend this dealership or dealing with Tony Mirto, Sales Manager. I am amazed to see that non of the employees I worked with are listed below.

We had been to several dealerships this morning; but none compared to Honda of Fort Worth. Dominic was so nice and there was no pressure whatsoever. I always dread buying a car because of the pressure but Dominic was a peach and presented none whatsoever. Thank you Dominic for a great buying experience. It was worth the drive from Dallas and we would do it again.
Bait and Switch on payments... - Ray
Purchased vehicle. Delivered Car and Signed Agreement/terms and now they want to higher the payment and interest rate post delivery. I refused to alter the already written terms. Now they texted my cell: "we are reporting it stolen, get ready for the police." Really??? SMH....I wonder what the OCCC will think about them not honoring their agreements and then threatening law enforcement on me because I wont go up in payment and rate!!
Unprofessional and Rude - qsarkies
Don't waste your time here. These people are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I called about a used car they had and, since I live a couple hours away, set up an appointment. Assuming that they would at least hold the car until my appointment time, (they failed to mention that they wouldn't hold it), I headed there. I arrived nearly an hour early for my appointment and THEY HAD ALREADY SOLD THE CAR! Wouldn't it be common courtesy to call me and let me know that they were selling the car? Yes, of course, but they didn't bother! When I arrived and found out I had just wasted two and a half hours worth of gas for no reason at all, I asked to see the manager. Of course then they try to sell me something else that's almost double the price, appraise my truck for $1000 BELOW blue book trade in value, and refuse to budge at all on the price of the second used vehicle. These people are highly unprofessional. The salesperson I ended up looking at the second car with was also rude. She made it sound like I was being ridiculous for expecting them to hold a vehicle for an appointment.
I wouldn't have been upset if they had told me when I set up the appointment that they had a first come first serve policy, but of course they did not.
Incomplete oil change - GiselleM8
Last Thursday I made an appointment to have my oil change and to check on many other things under the hood of my car. And got a report that everything was good and the oil change was completed. Yesterday, while I was at Autozone I had their men do a usual check under the hood, while I shop, and soon enough I’m told and shown how little to no oil my car has and that there are no signs of any possible leak. And again I had to buy oil to fill up. Never ever will I come to Honda of Denton to do an oil change, or any service check of that matter. Now I’m worried if the airbag recall (that they told me to disregard) is the next thing I should definitely be worried for.

They checked my credit and waited over 30 minutes to tell me a price that was more than advertised on the website. And why do they always want to call and talk to me right after I leave? If I was looking for an apartment to rent, would I get my credit history checked first, before given the price?
Salesman told me 25K OTD, but it was 27K OTD. Wasted hours.
