Extended warranty cancellation - Darwin
I traded in my Honda 2016 CR-V in South Florida that I have bought from Freeman Honda and I've contacted Freeman Honda to have cancel my extended warranty, they've asked all the information that they needed and after several weeks they have done nothing.
I been calling for several weeks to speak with any one in finance department even I have left messages and not luck, honestly I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service, sorry Honda company but this is not the way to treat a customer that just recently bought 2 brand new Honda vehicles.
Very disappointed and very upset for this situation and I hope that someone from high level office could read this.

My experience with this dealership was totally different from any other dealership I have visited. Charlie Martinez was my sales representative, and he did an amazing job of finding a car that met my needs and budget. Before I left, I notice some white paint on my car and informed Charlie about it. He told me to come back in a few days and he would have someone get that off for me. I come back a few days later and Charlie true to his word had someone get the paint off. Not only did he help with the paint situation but he also had my car washed and put gas in my tank.
Marcus McCrae assisted on the financial side by explaining my options ,contracts,and addressed my concerns. He was very patient with me with all my questions and gave me advice for being a first time car buyer.
Both of them were friendly and their willingness to help me exceeded my expectations. I did not feel pressured one bit about buying the car like at most dealerships. They definitely made my first car buying experience nice and easy, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!

We live in Oklahoma and were visiting relatives in Dallas for Thanksgiving. Initially we were greeted by Arvin, who very kindly came to assist us even though he was with another client at the moment and then introduced us to DP, who was very kind to the whole family, including my children. DP was very patient even when my kids were crying because we were leaving our old car!
At the end, both Arvin and DP helped us transfer our belongings from our old car into the new one, answering all our questions.
Next day we returned to make an extra key for our vehicle and even though it was close to closing time, Danny Grimaldi and DP helped us through the process.
Especial kudos to Danny because in the past he has been very honest and helpful. When our keys to our vehicles stopped working, we went to our local dealer in Oklahoma City and they were trying to makes us pay $85 for each key. While visiting relatives in Dallas and went to the John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Danny told us that no new key was necessary and we only needed to replace the battery!
He even let us pet his amazing dog Lady Liberty!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LUTE RILEY HONDA! I am VERY upset with all of the problems I have had with my 2016 Pilot since I purchased it from Lute Riley Honda.
I am so upset that I feel I must share this with everyone I know so they do not get in this situation. Do not buy a car from Lute Riley Honda. After you finance your car and they get the money they forget about you. I have tried to get my Honda Pilot Fixed at least 5 times. The last time I had the Lute Riley Service Department attempt to fix my Pilot. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor working on my Pilot. WE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LUTE RILEY. THEY SHOULD FIX IT AND NOT MAKE ME FEEL AS IF I AM BEGGING TO HAVE IT FIXED. They made money off the extended warranty. BTY, my Pilot is still not fixed.
Some of the Problems I am having:
The Infotainment system crashes and freezes. Sometimes it plays Bluetooth from phones not connected to it.
The computer glitches. For example, shows 0 miles when it has a full tank, will not start, when started there is a light show for about five seconds they it starts. It also locked me in the car and would not let me out. I had to hit the manual unlock about 20 times. There is more, basically a gremlin in my electrical system.
When the computer is acting crazy the Pilot runs very rough.
The Gremlin causes the following; intermittently locking me in the car. Computer needing "rebooted" car running rough/losing horsepower on acceleration, stereo/Bluetooth not working. Just to name a few.

Never visit this place. Customer service is way poor. I had simple question about audio code: and I call services and talk to Joe. Joe make me feel like it's too much for me to ask for help and rude as xxxx. He even made the comment as I answer my own question without let me finished talking. I ask for manager and she is same as joe poor customer service. Instead of listening my question she just ask me what type of car I have.. I guess this is the type of customer service are being trained and accepted only at this location. Very disappointed. Never visit this location again..
