Morris's Tompkins was are salesman for me and my wife's new vehicle, he took the time to go over every detail inside and out on our new vehicle even helping us to set up the little thing like registering our vehicles through the Sxm Guardian system. And also to be noted me and my wife are from Houston and my father recommend me to come down to Plano Tx to do business with them and I have to say it was all worth it.
And also when the other salesmen by the name of Adam help me with my initial process on locate my truck so even though he was in my final salesman she actually took the time to locate my truck I would highly recommend this place to buy a new or used vehicle.

One of the mechanics lost my locking wheelnut socket, so after 30 minutes of looking for it and taking my truck back to the garage, still couldn't find it, so they desided to try and match one up so that i could use it in case i have to change a tire. Was told that if they find it that it would either be mailed to me or they would give me a call.

We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!

This dealership is a godsend! My Grandmother, Kathy, originally bought her car from another dealership that was a nightmare through and through. We knew her vehicle needed some repairs from how it was driving but after being told 3 times by the dealership that she purchased it from that there was nothing wrong with it, she didn’t know what to do since obviously that dealership had zero integrity.
Luckily she was referred to Toliver Dodge in Corsicana and words cannot express how amazing the experience was. Her service advisor, Jon Peeler, listened to her very intently and assured her that her concerns would be addressed with the utmost care and boy did they ever! She only had a few weeks left on her power train warranty which worried her but not after Jon and the mechanics got ahold of her vehicle. They completely rebuilt the transmission and fixed her oil pan leak along with some other needed repairs in record time and assured her that they were here to help if anything else should arise. It’s sad that the dealership she originally purchased her “certified pre-owned” from would try and take advantage of an old woman like that but thankfully Toliver Dodge, Jon and his team came along and sent her into the Holidays with renewed spirit. Seriously, no matter the drive, this place deserves your business!

Worst dealership ever. Purchased ram 2500 9.10.18....as of 11.15.18 still dont have my new plates. Temp plates expired. Very shady sales manager. They use a lot of shady sales tactics which i called them out on and my salesperson agreed with me but said it is policy....my ram was supposedly certified. It had broken seat belts, no coolant in engine, not detailed, smelled terrible, missing parts to jack set, no service records provided, tires inflated to twice the max rating, no cabin air filter, squeaking brakes, rattling ac fan.....when i called about the issues i was told by the sales manager, "i guess we are even" then he told me i mislead them on a service light on my trade in even though i provided paperwork from 3rd party ASE mechanic regarding error code and replacement estimate.....the sales manager told me the cost would be 4 times the quote......they also told me they completed recall repairs on my new truck but at my first oil change at a different dealership it hadnt been done....they took 2 months to pay off my trade in resulting in me getting charged late fees and toll charges for a vehicle i no longer own......now when i call bossier no one will let me talk to the general manager....no one will call me back.

Best dealership in Arlington. I spent over 10 hours a day for 6 days trying to get a deal on a car. Ever single dealerships talk to you like you stupid and play these dumb games. This dealership said they wasn't going to play them games they was going to give me a good deal. La'porsha came out and she was friendly knowledgeable and willing to make this my last dealership. She gave me a trade in price that was so good I didn't have to negotiate, it was more than what I wanted. The car I bought had low miles and was the cheapest within 50 miles. If you want to get a new or used car and you tired of the games, you tired of the salesman's thinking they'll Einstein and you some brainless person. Well go to this dealership if you want to trade in your car they going to give you a good prices, if you want to buy a pre-own car they going to have good prices. I wanted a new vehicle. Drove many cars suvs and trucks at many dealerships. Waxahachie Ford was unsurpassed. No pressure, just answers and suggestions. I am turned off by salesmen who want you to do everything they say instead of trying to find what I want to do and who don’t know how their vehicles work. I wanted adaptive cruise control and many test cars didn’t have it. Also some salesmen told me where to turn and got back to dealership before I could experience the cruise control even if it was on the car I was testing. Many didn’t know if it was stop and go cruise. Many didn’t know which cars had it.

I only had a test drive with this dealership. I did not make a purchase. I have 2 complaints. The first is when I was shopping online I received a code for a $50 gift card with a scheduled test drive and I never received it. I’ve inquired about it several times and received no response. Secondly, about 2 months after my test drive I received a toll bill for a vehicle that the state of Texas shows was in my name for 3 weeks. The Texas DMV has record that I purchased that vehicle from Dallas Dodge. I also received a notification from carfax that the vehicle in question was recently serviced. I never signed any loan or title documentation with this dealership My personal information was used to commit fraud by someone at the dealership. A quick search online shows that the salesman (Valentine Daniels) is still employed there and the dealership nor the corporate office has rectified the situation. They never apologized or admitting to doing anything wrong.

He was low-pressure and didn't strong arm us when we said we wanted to test drive other cars first at other dealerships. This approach did not go unnoticed and we knew after driving other cars that this was the car for us and the salesman for us. He's got a bright future ahead and we would easily recommend working with him to anyone!

Worse Veterans Day ever!! After negotiating a deal for two days I was told that I wasted their time. Albert the sales person was very professional and went out of his way to make the deal happen. Kyle the manager on the other hand was very disrespectful and belittling. So I submitted my trade on the Frisco Dodge website and asked Kyle why they wouldn’t honor that value if it’s on their website. The vehicle was a demo and I was told from the get go that it would discounted and I qualified for additional savings. After the second night of being there for 3 hours, Kyle finally came out to tell me that no more discounts could be added. So I asked about my military discount that’s advertised and also about the value given for my trade on the website, Kyle said “So! I can’t honor it. Where do you work anyway or do you work?” I asked him what does that matter? Do I look like I can’t afford it? He knows I’m a Veteran! And I should have said that I have held a professional job for 23 years but I let him talk and I should have put my foot down but instead but my tongue. Kyle went off on me in front of a showroom floor full of customers just because I didn’t tell him where I work and I asked for my military discount. Then he proceeded to tell me not to waste his time nor his sales person but never apologized for taking up my time.
What a way to celebrate Veterans Day!!! Please don’t do business with this dealership because they clearly have no respect for your time, Veterans, not saving you money and will be very disrespectful if you don’t agree on their terms.

Not a fast friendly customer service dept. There is no one there to meet and greet you in the drop off line. I always have to get out and go find a service advisor. When you walk in the office, there is still no greeting and all the employees seem to think they are invisible and don’t acknowledge you.
That’s just part of my problem with their service. I took my car in for a check engine light. First time was an easy fix, was told to bring back if the light came back on.
When I returned i was informed I need an appointment, enterprise was out of cars, and they were backed up. Also having a 2013 and no extended warranty seemed to be a mark against me. Service advisor very rude and inpatient with me when I continue to defend myself for not having an appointment for a random check engine light. My mistake expecting friendly service like the week before. Would like to give zero stars for friendly service.
