I arrived at Huffines at 9:20 am, and had returned to my home (20 minutes away) at 11:30 am. Less than 2 hours to acquire a new truck. Adam Ortiz handled the front end sales in a very professional manner. Mikael Hays handled the back end paperwork (thumb-drive paperwork at that) as expeditiously as could be imagined.
Instead of just Quick, I should also stress that this was Easy. This was my first visit to the Huffines CJDR dealership. I didn't call in advance or know anyone there. I will return.

This was by far one of the best car purchases I have ever done. Lonnie Smoots was my salesman and he did an excellent job. He gave a lot of helpful tips to help with the experience. He was well rounded in his approach to selling us a vehicle and made sure to find the vehicle we needed to fit our budget. I found this dealership through the Ram website. They had the exact vehicle I was interested in. I was contacted by Internet manager-Kris who answered my questions and set up an appointment.
I drove 124 miles to get there. On my arrival, Salesman-JT was waiting on me. We took a test drive and he was able to answer all my questions.
JT got the deal I wanted. I met both of the Mr. Elder's who treated my like I was an old friend.
When its time for another Ram, I'll be back!

This dealership is under new management. I dropped in just after the new group took over. Having purchased dozens of vehicles over the years, I have to say, these guys are great! Every person from sales, to finance, to management was right there to make this easy. The GM took time to make sure I was taken care of and they have followed up with me several times after I purchased the vehicle. Service department was great as well. A few minor issues were immediately resolved and they put me in the same vehicle while they had mine. A rare treat to purchase a vehicle without feeling like I was conned.

The absolute worst service every. If there was a 0 star I would chose it. My driver took my 2015 Ram 3500 in for service and got a quote of $1200 to clean my egr and replace a key fob. After sitting on my truck for more than a week and promising completion dates, they finished the work after a week and a half. My driver went to pick up the the truck and they gave him the wrong bill twice and pull out the wrong truck. Finally they bring out the bill matching my truck and it was more than $3200. This was $2000 more than what the initial quote was. The service guy said they fixed 3-4 other things on the truck so thats why the bill increased. They said I called them and told them to fix everything wrong. The only reason I ever called to the dealership was to check the status of completion and I continuously got the run around about the completion date. I NEVER told anyone to fix everything that they found. My driver spoke to the service manager and they figured they were doing us a favor but knocking off $400 from the bill for some thing we didn't ask for, but we didn't ask them to fixe the 4 other things either. Crooks.

Found a truck online for $45k went in to purchase and Josh comes back with the paper work & the sales price was $49k plus other things dealer added on bringing it to $51k. When the where told No Thanks the salesman Josh sends a text message about how his time was wasted, & that his children says thank you to people like us!!!!

We were driving to Galveston and we hit something in the road ... driving a Honda. We pulled in explained what happened and ask them to check tires and air them up. They put the car up on the rack and inspected underneath and aired up all tires. Thanks Bert!!

I went to this dealership to look at a Jeep that was listed on their website. Once I located the model I was looking for I told a salesman that I looked at this vehicle on line and I like the options and price. After the test drive he asked me to fill out an application, I told him that I didn't want my credit pulled until we agreed on numbers, he agreed. Needless to say we didn't agree on numbers so I left, and purchased a vehicle at another dealership. Two days later I am notified by my credit service that my credit was pulled by Grapevine DCJ.
