Started with service shop as my current jeep had a leaky sunroof. Moritz was the only dealership that would get me in quickly. I had not used Moritz previously but glad I did this time. Will stick with these guys. We had been thinking of replacing jeep soon so we just we're looking around as long as we were there. Started in Used lot and Dave was great. Said he really didn't have what we're looking for but said he would check around. He called and said there was a 2018 grand cherokee on new lot that he could have pulled around for us to see. In the meantime Service called with estimate and that as the game changer. We didn't want to invest that much when we knew we were replacing soon. So... Dave did a great job finding us a vehicle, we liked it so he hooked us up with Bruce on thNew car lot and I now have a "new" jeep. Trade in was great. Dave and Bruce found incentives to get the price where we wanted.
It was late in the day but they never rushed us. We are very very pleased with both Dave and Bruce.
So our visit was first for service but wound up buying and happy jeep owner

I took my jeep for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I also asked them to check my backup camera which works intermittently. The service agent told me the price would be $155. I said ok. I expressly asked them to call my phone and gave them the number. Instead they called my husband, to say it would be ready by 5pm. Later, the agent called and told me my camera was not under warranty, even though it is within the mileage and the time period. He said it needs to be replaced. He had no explanation. He told me the total was $155. He then sent me a text to say my price would be $245. No one told me $245, the only number I had was $155. I called him to get clarification and he was very dismissive, aka you're a woman so you don't get understand. He claimed he told me that price when I dropped it off. I asked where the extra charge came from but he obviously didn't know. I told him I would not pay the extra. When I arrived, the price was $104 at the cashier. They made me wait a very long time to get my car even though it was ready. I didn't have a lot of faith in the service department from a prior visit, but I thought I'd give them another chance.I will never go to this dealership again.

I drove 124 miles to get there. On my arrival, Salesman-JT was waiting on me. We took a test drive and he was able to answer all my questions.
JT got the deal I wanted. I met both of the Mr. Elder's who treated my like I was an old friend.

I test drove a used vehicle with salesperson. The vehicle showed low on gas but he insisted no need to stop...2 blocks from returning it ran out of gas! When we got back he told me he would call me "the next day." One week passed, I called him back, he was "out of town...call the other salesperson." I called and left a message but no return call. Because I was interested in the car I called one more time to person who is associated with my credit union. She assured me she could help. I went with her to test drive AGAIN, and I pulled over to put the top down (convertible). The top wouldn't come down, and had to drive back with whining of broken convertible. She apologized, and told me it would be fixed and she would call me back. Its been almost a week and no call back. The same car is still on their lot for sale. I've purchased over 50 vehicles in my life, but my next one will NOT be from Rockwall Chrysler Jeep Dodge!

The worst I've ever experienced. I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Richardson Jeep. It broke down 2 days later and spent 35 days in the shop while Chrysler Jeep technicians made repeated guess attempts to fix the problem. Eventually, they replaced enough parts that the problem resolved, but were never able to pin point the cause. I called Richardson Jeep repeatedly during this process and, while they offered absolutely no assistance at all, was at least assured that they would make it right in the end....they did nothing. Then I wrote a negative review about my experience with them and someone from the dealership wrote back apologizing and requesting that I call them so they could "address my situation." I didn't call at that time because I had already invested hours into trying to get them to lift a single finger while the vehicle was in the shop and I didn't feel like wasting more time with them. However, the vehicle is now experiencing a similar safety problem and I want out of it before it causes an accident.
I called Richardson Jeep this past Thursday morning and asked them to make it right. They seemed very energetic at first and I thought they were actually going to do something. The sales manager me asked to give him a little bit of time to see what he could do to help. I waited almost 2 full business days and still hadn't heard back, so I called again. He apologized and told me he hadn't even looked at it yet, but would do so and call me back. He called me about 30 minutes later and offered to take the vehicle back for $4,500 to $5,000 less than the average trade-in value I found online and to give me "employee pricing" on a new purchase....
This is what "taking care" of a customer means at Richardson Jeep...sell you a brand new vehicle with a major safety defect, do nothing to help you get it fixed and allow you to pay out of pocket for 35 days of rental car fees, and then give you an insultingly low offer to buy the vehicle back and offer a standard discount available to anyone on a new vehicle purchase from them...They are a gross business. Their offer provided a great way for them to make money off me 3 times, but did absolutely nothing to help me overcome the fact that they sold me a dangerous vehicle that I'm afraid to put my family in.
There are a lot of good dealerships out there. Give your business to them. If you like a price at Richardson Jeep, ask a better dealership to match it. I sincerely regret ever stepping foot inside Richardson Jeep.

My Ford F-150 was hit by lightning and I took it to this local dealership for repairs, which were mostly electrical. It is now well over 2 months later and my truck is still not repaired. Oh, I’ve picked it up 3 times from them, supposedly completely repaired, but it still is not running. I got almost 3 miles from the dealership before it stalled and died exactly like the two previous times that I picked it up. Customer service is horrible. When you call to talk to, the service reps, service managers and the “head” of service you usually get voice mail and many times the voice mail boxes are full. It doesn’t matter much because you seldom get a call back when you leave a message. I’ve given up. I’ll go somewhere else and you should too. It is laughable that they call what they have a “service” department.

For anyone in the DFW area or if you know someone up here, DO NOT look to buy a vehicle from Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I have never been so turned off by a dealership’s unwillingness to work with me! It took all afternoon to get the General Sales Manager to call me back after leaving messages with 5 different people. It took sending a message through the dealership website that wasn’t too nice to get his attention and make him get in touch with me. Keep in mind I am already a customer, not a new customer, and he talks to me with disregard and condescension. I am relatively new to sales as an occupation, but even I know you DO NOT treat a current client that way if you want to keep them!! You cannot tell me that a purchase cannot be undone (especially after only 1.5 business days), you are just unwilling to do anything about it. I will never, NEVER work with this dealership again, and if you don’t want to be treated as just another line item in the sales ledger instead of a person, you shouldn’t either!!!
