My visit on 3/19/18 was suppose to have been a service visit on my 2012 Kia Optima for my fog lights but while I was waiting I decided to talk to a salesperson on what my options would be if I wanted to do a trade and that experience with my salesperson Danielle Lewis was awesome she was very informative with what I needed to know and with that being said I left Southwest Kia with my new 2018 Kia Optima I feel very blessed, thanks again to Danielle.

When we went into Van Griffith Kia on !0/3/16 we had no intention of buying a new car - we only wanted to take a test drive to compare the Sorento vs the Hyundai Santa Fe . What we found was that the Sorento beat the Santa Fe hands down in comfort , style , and mpg. Still , we had planned on getting our new vehicle through the Sam's Club / TRUEcar program . We already knew what our guaranteed savings would be through the TRUEcar dealers . We also knew what our trade was worth based on kbb.com. Our salesman, Eden Palmer asked if he could try to work out a deal for us . It never hurts to ask . To make a long story short , they matched the savings from the TRUEcar program and gave us fair value for our trade. And , we didn't need to go to Ft Worth or Dallas for our new vehicle . I found the car I wanted on kia.com that happened to be located at the Central Kia of Plano. I applied online after using the payment calculator to get an estimate. Less than 2 minutes after being approved online John Nassiff, the sales manager at the dealership, called me to discuss details. He was very informative and not pushy at all. At the same time his offer beat out what my credit union was offering for the same terms by a large margin. I was able to pick up the car the next morning experiencing the smoothest transaction I have ever had at a dealership. There was never any pushing of unneeded services or add-ons, price was right and exactly what was agreed on via phone the night before, they even bested the phone deal with additional perks I was not expecting. The car was detailed and waiting for me so with the help of James Bowers (sales person) and the finance manager whose name I cannot remember (sorry) I was able to get in an out quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership based off of my personal experience.

8 months. E I G H T months is how long I’ve been going back and forth with this NIGHTMARE of a company. They lie through their teeth the moment you walk in and they don’t stop. I bought a car from them in June of 2016 with 3,000 miles on it and since, I have had said car sent back to them within the week of buying for A/C issues, had to fight with them to give me the spare key that came with the car, and have STILL yet to receive ANY of my contract or information on the $2,500 warranty I was bullied into. Their turnover is outrageous and when you call, you get hung up on. Every. Time. If you’re looking to buy a car, DO NOT GO TO A CLAY COOLEY LOCATION.

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!
