This is my second visit to SW Kia for scheduled maintenance on 2018 Kia. Service has been consistent with no surprises. The managers weren't bad. The recptionists were kind and cordial. The mechanics are happy to leave a job half finished. Pete the service advisor was terrible. You better know your car before taking it in for service. Use anyone but him.

The purchasing process was great and salesman was awesome. And the the finance department failed to pay off my trade in which reported late on my credit and cost me $250 out of my pocket after the sale! Even worse the supposedly one person that could have done something about this would not get on phone or call me back! There are too many car dealers around to put up with this.. stay away!

The salesperson was great and patient. He listened and delivered. I was almost ready to sign when the finance guy ruined it all. I needed to upgrade my car for business purposes and told the dealer several times how much I loved my car and how much i didn't want to trade it in. It was my dream car that I wanted for years and last year I made it happen. While working on the final deal with finance I mentioned maybe I should hold off until i can pay down my car a bit more and he said "You mean the VW... that piece of crap?" I walked out right then and there. I love my car. Not a single ding. Perfect condition. Well taken care of. It truly is beautiful but I need a 4 door for work. I can't believe those words even came out of his mouth. Sorry to the sales person who spent 4 hours with me, was wonderful, and just lost his commission because of a rude person in finance!

This dealership should be shut down. I paid cash for my car only to have them tow it while I was a the grocery store. They said I still owed $3500. I DID NOT. Instead of calling they choice to illegally tow it. Then I had to fight to get somebody to check the accounting. Once they figure they were wrong. They could not find my car. When they brought it to me the wheel was warped. The tow truck.pulled it out of the parking space sideways. I was paralleled parked. They had the nerve to bring me back the car that the tire was warped and wobbled when I drove it also they stole my prescription sunglasses and cell phone out of the car. This place is evil they are liars they're thieves they're counting practice should be outlawed. Do some math on your contract and find out that they added extra insurance without telling you. If you bought an as is car. Check the numbers.....you have a good experience but if you get a bad one you will pay.. save yourself the worry there's other dealerships..record all conversations you will need it when they lie to you. I have to say the buying experience was good. It's what happened afterwards that wasn't so good. I bought a used 2015 Nissan Murano on a Monday night. I had the car back up there Wednesday. I told my used car salesman that I wanted to return it because I needed something dependable. He told me that wasn't an option but he could get me in something but I would probably be taking a big hit. I let their service department look at it and they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. Well I told then to send it to Nissan to check it. They told me I would have to make the arrangements but they would take it. Well, they missed my appointment because no one took it. Nissan has checked my car and they are having to replace the transmission. I haven't heard not one word for Kia. No apologies...nothing. Most dealerships would back what they sell and give you a trial period. The paperwork hadn't even gone through when I wanted to give them their defective vehicle back. They said it was my problem. Horrible customer service!!!
