Let me just start by saying that I absolutely dread the new car shopping/buying process but I can honestly say (and I don't say things I don't mean) working with William Ramirez was about the easiest process that I could have imagined. We began conversing through email (never hassled to call me) and he listened to what I said I wanted in a vehicle and he very quickly responded by offering several vehicles to review. I started the process on a Monday or Tuesday and ended up going into the dealership Friday morning at 9am. From the first meeting, William was very knowledgable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions. We test drove, talked through what I was looking for in a vehicle, the price, my trade-in, etc and we were off to the races. I had already gotten a estimate from Carmax on my trade in plus worked with my credit union to secure financing so I was ready! I told him what I was looking to pay and why. After a few hours, we were the new owners of a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package UNDER what I wanted to pay! I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction and I highly recommend William Ramirez to anyone that is looking to purchase a new Mazda or Ford. He wasn't pushy and I never got the feeling that he was not listening to my requests. Awesome salesman, wish all of my dealings were as pleasant as this one. Kudos AutoNation, William is a keeper!

I came here to buy a new Mazda Miata and it was a pleasurable experience. The people that helped me out were very transparent. When something would take awhile they would let me know. If you are buying a new car ask for James. He's the man you want to talk to. In general this is the place you want to come to if you are looking to purchase anything Mazda related.
Hiley Mazda Caught Stealing, Cheating - Customer
Hiley's customer service is radically unstable. Leadership is lax and unethical. Bought a used car from Hiley Mazda Hurst. Before the purchase, I inspected the car and noted the condition of items like new tires and battery. After the car was service I noticed the tires and battery were different and had been replaced with used items. Additionally, I later discovered they did not change the fluids I paid for. This was reported to Mazda USA and I was reimbursed. Following this awful experience, I've found Hiley has loads of social media and Better Business Bureau complaints about similar issues. BEWARE and be on your A-Game if you have to deal with them. Best advice: Go somewhere else- anywhere else.

I originally went in to window-shop some used Mazda 3s, but Darian Cunningham was able to find a NEW Mazda 3 in my price range and it was a no-brainer. Came back later that evening go do paperwork and was out of there in no time. Tommy in Finance literally wrote out all of their warranty programs and add-ons and made it very easy to see which ones were going to be useful and which weren’t.
Later, there were some minor maintenance issues and we couldn’t quite agree on who was responsible for it. Mike Domenico helped out here and offered to take care of it, which was incredibly helpful.

These people are rude and are all about one thing taking advantage of your situation as well as your money. Chacon Autos picked up my car due to no proof of insurance even though they stated if I did not provide my own they would. They have a trackers on the car as well as will shut them off on you do not purchase here. Now they will not return the car and are asking for very personal information that was not even asked at the time when the car was purchased. They do this so they can keep your payment and down payment money and tell you to your face this is a "BUY HERE PAY HERE" meaning they can do what ever they want go to your local bank or dealership!!!
