I have been dealing with an awful service department over the last couple of days. And it reminded me why I love Texstar Ford so much. Sam, Brett and everyone person you deal with at that dealership is first rate.. It just doesn't get any better! To bad they don't sell Jeeps, my life would be so much easier.

Having bought both my truck and my wife's car from Bob Tomes (twice) I always return to their Service Center for scheduled services. Both cars were serviced this week. Scheduling was simple and convenient, dropping off vehicles was easy - very polite and attentive - customer facilities are great (I was able to work online from waiting room) and transport home and back is available if needed. Many thanks to Chip Cox for being professional, efficient and friendly - explaining everything I needed to know and answer my questions honestly. See you for the next service.
Worst Service Experience - 00000
Went in for an oil change tire rotation and balance after keeping my truck for 3 days overall (several trips back for problems) I now have 4 scuffed rims and 2 with huge gouges in them and my oil light is now back on. The service manager and Johnny Murray will not do anything to resolve my issues. Not to mention I was treated very poorly by the service manager this has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Very disappointed in the local ford dealership

This dealership is the absolute best!!! Chris Stroud went above and beyond on this deal. They started out $2k higher on my trade than anyone else. Worked with me to get one car sold and the other traded in. Searched tirelessly to find the exact vehicle I wanted and went to get it! Put me in a loaner vehicle while they looked. Very professional. Very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. We are customers for life!!! BUY LOCAL!!!

I scheduled an appointment online. I was never contacted to confirm the appointment.
I scheduled an appointment for a first oil change from a vehicle I purchased from this dealership, which was paid in full. I also scheduled for a windshield replacement.
Service providers had no idea why I was there, who was scheduled to help me, and could not help replace the windshield.
I work at night, which means getting an appointment during a time I am awake is challenging.
Having arrived at a prearranged time, where workers are not aware I am arriving, cannot help me with an issue, and did not let me know that they couldn't help me fix and issue is incredibly upsetting.
I accepted the oil change without the windshield replacement. This service took about an hour, which is what i would expect from a dealership. The service person was nice and apologetic about not being able to help with the windshield.
I was later called by phone the same day, unsolicited, to rate the service I was provided a previous day. I had no service the previous day. The caller seemed unaware that the service was provided the same day. This call interrupted my sleep as I work at night.
I cannot express how deeply, incredibly deeply, disappointed in the service I've received at this dealership. I attempted service in person before the date I scheduled service and was told there would be a 3 hour wait minimum. This is the second vehicle I have purchased. I will not be purchasing another from this dealership. I will be actively discouraging those that I know, and come across from making any vehicle purchases or service from this location. Any aftermarket alterations that I need or other that I know may desire, I will directing to any other location. This experience has been wholly unacceptable.

Made an appointment to get an oil change. Simple enough... Just an oil change. It took them 90 minutes to do a 10 minute job. The service writer was rude when I asked for a status update on my car
Never never never use that service center. They are a disgrace to the company name.

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!

I am the 67 year old mother of Drdaddy and I lived this bullying given out by Chas Bayer all because I did not buy a vehicle from him. He told me how I had betrayed my community even though he had a ford saleman on staff who had been told twice I was going to buy a new car and nobody even gave me a courtesy call. He then continued to lecture me for 10 more minutes and then at the end he made the following comment as I recall, "if you aren't going to trust us to sell you a car, then you had better just not trust our service department." I took that as a slight of hand threat if I tried to bring my new little Fiesta in for service which he is bound to do. I have been encouraged by others in my city to write the Ford Motor Corporation concerning the bullying of the elderly which as soon as I can get the addresses I plan on doing. I have never bought a car from any other town and was racing a clock for special financing when they never even contacted me. My son was trying to buy it from Georgia as I am not car buying sauvey and when he called to react to Mr. Bayer's bullying of his Mom, he was also threatened by him to move it to the street to settle it. What happen to a simple,"gee, we wish we could have had your business but we dropped the ball this time, but next time don't fail to use our service if we treat you right. I will never go back to this dealership as long as this "man" is in charge since he would bully a senior citizen and other people in my community best be warned.

I purchased a Nissan Maxima from Michael Bull. He assured me that their mechanics had done a thorough check of everything on the vehicle and it was excellent. For some reason, I actually trusted him. I purchased the car. The second month I had it, the cruise control stopped working. I had to have that fixed. The mechanic I took the car to to fix the cruise control said that any good mechanic could have looked at the steering column and known that the airbag had been deployed at some point. That was what messed up the cruise control. The trunk no longer closed and latched after the third month. I have had to replace the tires. Now in the fifth month of owning the car, I am facing repair on the voltage regulator or the alternator. I previously spoke with Mr. Bull who was no help. I spoke with Mr. Cole (the owner of the dealership) who could have obviously cared less. Small town dealerships have honest and helpful employees and owners. Not at this dealership. I do not believe I have been treated fairly. I have spent over $1000 on repairs in the 5 months I have owned this 2006 Nissan Maxima that underwent a THOROUGH inspection by their mechanics. For what I paid for the car, I should not be experiencing all of these problems now. No matter the fact that it is a used vehicle.

I found the Ford Expedition I had been looking for online. It was at the Ennis Ford Dealership in Ennis, TX. Jim Brown is the internet dealer and he was so personable and helpful and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us, vehicle was parked out front, clean and ready to test drive. Once we returned from the test drive Ben, the finance manager had paperwork ready and all the numbers were as they promised.
Once paperwork was finalized, Jim took the time to show us all the bells and whistles on the Expedition. He was so nice and down to earth. We would highly recommend Ennis Ford for your next vehicle purchase.
