Friendly sustainer service - l0vvly03
Jorge was very helpful and friendly. He made the buying process less stressful and more enjoyable. He helped us throughout the process without giving us any pressure. He even stayed after hours to make sure that we are happy and that we get a good deal. We got the car that we love. Thank you Jorge! I would recommend Jorge to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a car.

ALWAYS a wonderful experience - Kandk9802
I just purchased my 6th Nissan and it’s always been a positive experience. From the moment I pulled in and spoke with David, and also Louis in sales... to working with the manager Jeneva, I never felt pressured to purchase my vehicle. They worked with me and found a way for me to get my daughter what she wanted. They all went above and beyond to make the transaction happen where we were all happy. Even Vern in finance worked wonders with me and made things happen. I already recommend Nissan of McKinney to everyone. Even people who aren’t looking for a car. I have NOTHING negative to say about anyone.
New Car Purchase - Retired-1
Great experience, no pressure, one of the easiest car purchases we’ve ever experienced. Would recommend to try them before going to any other dealer.
Service dept. is just as bad as sales - scotti3lee
I came in for a routine maintenance check up for my Nissan Versa. If I had gone through with all of the recommended services I would have been out about 5,000.
I got my oil changed, and my serpentine belt replaced for 700$ and I came back two weeks later because my check engine light went on.
They told me my throttle body system needed to be reprogrammed and that my car won't be able to start over time. They tried to charge my 2000$ for that. I went to a local third party dealer. They confirmed there was nothing wrong the throttle body system. I saved 2000$ because of them.
They act all nice and courteous but even in the service dept. they are trying make you go broke. This dealership is terrible, please do not go here.
Worst experience I’ve ever had - Calin
Every time I would take my car or something oil change for fixing it will come up with something else today the last String they told me hundred percent fix the car I need it tomorrow did not happen
Carlos was great. - Tallon24
Carols was great. No pressure. Easy to talk to. Knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. The sale was quick and easy. Highly recommended.
They are sleep at the wheel - TDP
I have called and left voice mails, been lied to "oh the trade will be paid off on Thursday" by a desk mgr there. Called finanace dept, accounting dept (not here they are at our honda shop)...all told i am sick if these people and the way they don't handle business. If reputation brings repeat customers they are doomed. It has been like an act of congress for them to payoff a car they have had for over a month.
Never buy from Clay Cooley again. - Neveragain
Bought a new 2018 Rouge, it had a scratch on a fender and two stains. They said they would fix them. They did after about two weeks later. I asked if they would tint the front windows for having to wait but their finance manager,J D said that only if I gave them a thousand on a survey so I said no cause they, finance, didn't treat me good. Never had so much trouble with a dealership. But it starts from the top. Emailed Chase Cooley and never got an answer. Never buying there away. Salesman Chad was awesome. He even offered to pay for my disable plates cause Babatunde got me regular plates.
Terrible Terrible customer service - tiffany09
In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.
Do NOT BUY here! EVER!!!! - Gregory Don Frederick
These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!
Some do care - Bernard01
There's an old saying 'People don't care what you know until they know you care" After a violent interaction with three sales managers at Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas. I had a totally different experience with the Service Manager (Ray Christiansen). I was upset after the violent interaction with the sale managers, so I told Ray ( the service manager) to give me the keys to my vehicle so I could leave. He said, "don't leave because I want to make it right". I told him the only thing that can make it right is for Clay Cooley to pay for the repairs to my vehicle that should have been done before I bought it. Ray said, "leave it here, let me see what I can do". So I left it, about an hour later he called and said the repairs were been done at no expense to me. Thank God for people who do care.
Not Good... - TheTruthPrevails
I try to always have something "nice" to say..... Well, due to the pathetic customer service, lies, and just the inability to connect to clientel - this one, Clay Cooley Galleria, is bottom of the barrel. Not at all impressed, rather extremely disappointed. Check Yelp, etc reviews as well. Good Luck. 👎

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
