I purchased a Nissan Titan on Saturday. I am highly satisfied with my purchase experience. From start to finish this was one of the best vehicle purchases I have been apart of. My salesman Robert was top notch. Thank you Grubbs Nissan.
Best car buying experience - Schizofilly
I went to test drive the Titan XD with the Cummins motor. I left with a new truck. Bryan Farmer greeted me quickly and was eager to help. There was never any pressure to buy a particular vehicle and Bryan seemed to genuinely care about me getting the right vehicle for me. The most impressive thing was that he didn't have an answer for every question. He was looking up answers to my questions during the test drive. That is so much better than getting bad information. Go see Bryan.
Gunn Nissan Feels Like Family... You Know, the Cool Ones! - GibEvets74
This dealership is, quite frankly, the best dealership I have ever done business with! My wife and I were in serious need of a vehicle after our trusty, used eco-sized SUV finally gave out. We decided to check out Gunn Nissan of Denton after I received a car finance notice from a creditor. One of the things I noticed at this dealership immediately is its entire atmosphere is open and welcoming; we saw individuals whom were having their vehicles serviced sitting in a waiting area with huge clear windows, and some of them were observing the work that the mechanics were completing. The entire staff seemed warm and attentive… we were offered beverages and snacks like we were at a party. Suzie, the Sales Associate who assisted me with my deal, was bubbly, fun, and very helpful. She asked me what type of car I was interested in right away; she never appeared to have a "secret agenda" to put me in a car I didn't want... I was in control the entire time, never feeling pressure or persuasion to do anything other than what I wanted. The selection of vehicles they have is great; I test drove several makes/models with no hassle. I had my mind set on a used SUV, but the mileage values for the makes and models I test-drove were a little higher than what I was looking for. I then transitioned to brand new Nissan SUV models, but the selection of SUVs was just a bit outside of my sticker price range (I had already done my homework, and I had decided that I wanted a vehicle for less than $23,000 at total- sale price).
That's when I met with Josh, the Credit Counselor. We went over my credit, and we reviewed a host of credit scenario variations, discussing APRs and monthly payments. Ultimately, I decided on a 2018 sedan and we applied for financing. In no time, the deal was made! However, Josh felt that I could get a better interest rate and lower monthly payments if he had a little more time to negotiate (I had initially gone to the dealership toward the evening hours). I accepted his offer to further assist me. By the next day, an even better deal was made which significantly lowered my interest rate, saving me nearly $100.00 a month! I met with Trey, the Finance Manager, and finalized my paperwork that day. Suzie handed me the keyless remote to a 2018 Nissan Sentra, and I and my wife drove home happy with the purchase and overall experience... and I did this with NO MONEY DOWN! I've had my car for just over a month, and I can't express how great things are; great car, easy payments, and friendly, professional, hassle-free service. Thank you, Suzie, Josh, and Trey! Awesome job, Gunn Nissan of Denton!

Very Disappointed. - ReasonableGuy
Very Disappointed, I brought my car to Courtesy Nissan to do diagnose/multiple inspection on my car and it went well, and yesterday im trying to prepare my car for a long drive, and found out that they installed the lug nuts on my car in wrong way and it was stuck on the bolt. Brought my car back to them with the receipt, and the guy Donie refuse to fix it unless im gonna pay for labor, even though they're the one who messed it up. He didnt even bother to bring the car to the service shop inside. Very disapointed with the customer service...they care about the labor cost and money the customer will pay and deny to fix what they messed up. Hope this thing will not happen to you guys.
Bait and Switch Pricing Tactics - Dishonest - Cash Buyer
WARNING Autotrader shoppers. The salesman was nice. Management changed price as I sat there. REQUIRED $2,500 reconditioning charge! Would not sell at advertised price.

Wost Dealership ever - Khumgee
Yesterday I went to Crest Nissan Dealer ship and we agreed over the phone/ texting the car price. By the time I showed up their the sale guy Cole completely deny the rate which we already agreed.
At the top he showed him self that he is way smatter than any client. When I requested them to call the manger and he showed up with the same attitude ever worse.
I found these people doesn't care about you time and money all the focus about their commission.
I stepped out from the dealership and even they used some misbehave comments on me.
Be advise to all to make you homework first to get this dealership. Bcuz all the need commission and doesn't care about you money or time.
Bad Experience - KarthikD
Today i bought a 2018 Nissan Sentra SV from this dealer, but the dealer gave the vehicle with 563 miles driven vehicle. Atleast when they sign the deal, they should have informed about this. They didn't say anything about this. At the time of delivery, when we ask about this, they are asking me to take a vehicle with 1755 miles.I can understand its a new vehicle, but they would have told this before..they have showed the vehicle with 50 or 60 miles, but given the one with very high miles. Moreover we found many dirts in the car, the Sales Rep asked us to find the dirt and the car went for cleaning 3 to 4 times. We felt very bad about that. I agree those are the only dealer providing the low price for Nissan cars than all other dealers. That's why we are coming to them and there should be some negotiations and anger..but i'm expecting them to be little friendliness to the customers..
Terrible customer service; ridiculous waiting - Nissan No More
I have been going to this dealership, on and off for over 7 years. I somehow have been influenced by the myth that a dealership service center knows your car better than anyone. This last appointment has now put me over the edge to never come back. I waited 4 hours (7a-11a) to have a service center lead tell me what I already knew about a dashboard light. Never once did he come to update me on any progress and he brushed off my wasted time by trying to defend that “it took them some time to diagnose”. 4 hours??? If that is acceptable wait times for this dealership, coupled with a terse look I was given by the lead when I told him I was not going forward with the repair, and you have finally given me a reason NEVER to return. And that’s how I am rewarded by being a customer of 7 years. Though this was not the first time this place made me wait induely and I have dealt with poor professionalism by their service center employees. It’s unacceptable.
Terrible Terrible customer service - tiffany09
In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.
Very disappointed with the process. - Nelson m.
Bought a new Titan, love the truck but, no one could tell me anything about the warrantys that I paid extra for or evan the standard Nissan warranty. Stopped in a few times to find information but got the run around "oh, that comes with your welcome package that's mailed to you" well it's been over 45 days no information or welcome package. So I called, got the " oh, we have a new person working that department in another location" thinking about letting the truck go back to Nissan finance and deal with the back lash
Do NOT BUY here! EVER!!!! - Gregory Don Frederick
These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!
Not Good... - TheTruthPrevails
I try to always have something "nice" to say..... Well, due to the pathetic customer service, lies, and just the inability to connect to clientel - this one, Clay Cooley Galleria, is bottom of the barrel. Not at all impressed, rather extremely disappointed. Check Yelp, etc reviews as well. Good Luck. 👎

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
