I thought they were gonna deny me and I would be stuck with a crappy small dealer that gets your for your money. Javier called me and said I can help you come see me today so I took that chance and it was the best decision I made! He knew exactly what was best for me. He did not try getting more money by getting me a crazy expinsive car. They all were so friendly and amazing! Javier got me my car. Mike in finance was awesome and fast at the paperwork. Lisa was so nice and helped with my insurnce. I couldn’t be more happier.

I have to thank all the wonderful men that helped me get into a nice vehicle. Bryan Farmer, Ryan Russel and Dustin Rodgers. These three men worked very hard to find the right vehicle from my want list. Not only did they meet my needs but went above and beyond in making sure I got what I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with as well. They took the time to show many several vehicles and I am happy I drove away in my Nissan Rogue. It was not the color I wanted but, had everything else I wanted and needed. Took my car in for standard maintenance-oil change, tire rotation, battery check. Needed battery. Not really surprised there. All work done satisfactorily.
Told me a brake light was out. Wanted to charge me $75.00 to change the bulb. This is highway robbery of the highest order. I told them that was ridiculous. They simply changed the bulb. Cost $4.99. No labor charge for this. Discovered it was not the bulb but a loose connection somewhere.
STAND UP FOR YOURSELF IF SOMETHING SEEMS SUSPECT. QUESTION EVERYONE ABOUT EVERYTHING. IT IS YOUR MONEY!!

Manager named "Sal" was highly arrogant and rude person and lied in front of my 8 year old kid for $500 price rise saying its a computer mistake!!! I bought the car for excellent service offered by Diego - the most humble person I met in long time. Diego was the only reason why me and my family baught a car from them! However, the owner had left me a voice message saying its Diego's fault!!! They are so shameless that they are making Diego scapegoat here to protect there manager Sal who did not hesistate to ask me to walk out even after I signeda paper for car purchase since manager Sal did not wanted to honor the deal. So shameless people!!! Sic!

In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.

Dealer refused to give me loaner as I don't have full coverage, so I added full coverage to my insurance and got a loaner, after I got home the director of service called me and threatened to report the loaner as stolen, Even though they were still working on my car.
$100 worth of windshield wipers + scratch in service - HouseDivided2018
I have been a loyal customer of Auto Nation Nissan Lewisville for years – this is my third car from them, and I’ve sent countless recommendations their way. They’ve officially lost my business over an outstanding lack of customer service. My husband brought my Rogue in for a 20,000 mile service before I left for a road trip, explaining to Jessie our service tech, that I had to be on the road no later than 5pm and that we didn’t want anything done to my car other than the 20k service. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle, the invoice was astronomically higher than the agreed upon price — Jessie had taken it upon himself to add almost $100 worth of “top of the line” windshield wipers to my car plus labor, without any prior authorization to add them to my vehicle. Due to the rush to get on the road, we paid and decided to deal with the issue when we returned on Monday. Upon receiving the actual vehicle, we noticed a 2-inch-long deep scratch along the rear panel that was not there before dropping the vehicle off for service.
My husband called and asked to speak with Pete, the service director who ultimately said we couldn’t prove the scratch happened in service, and that he would only refund two of the three windshield wiper blades because “one was manufacturer recommended.” That’s not acceptable, none of the blades should have been applied to my car because it was never authorized in the first place. Then Jessie called, arguing with my husband. He stated “when your wife brought the car in, I told her that windshield wiper blades were a part of the package.” Well, my husband brought the car in – I didn’t. Three days passed and neither our credit, nor any phone calls were returned by Auto Nation. So I escalated to Dustin Osborne, the General Manager.
When my phone call to Dustin was unreturned, I asked the receptionist at AutoNation for her help, and she emailed him, ccing Pete – explaining the situation. Within the hour, I had a phone call from Pete saying we had a refund for the windshield wipers but still not addressing the scratch on my car or even apologizing for this 5 day wild goose chase they sent me on. Dustin Osborne has yet to reach out and acknowledge the situation either. Auto Nation doesn’t care about taking care of your vehicle or about your long-term business. Take your money somewhere else!
False diagnostic results without doing any diag test - Blanca
Don't waste ur time & money. I took my car to Nissan dealer thinking they were going to be honest and they were not. The diagnostic test was never done and the service that was being recommended was replace transmission and 2 other things totaling $6800 to fix. I took it to aammco transmissions and found out that it needed a tuneup and transmission was fine. I only,spent $900 to repair and works great. Don't ever trust Clay Cooley service. They are liars, theives and have the worst reviews I have ever seen. I don't give them any stars.

These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!

Buying a car from Clay Cooley Nissan has been the worst experience and if I had to do it over again I would not!!! The finance department will screw you over and then when you call them out on it their "customer service" rep chimes in with not customer service whats so ever and they will drag out the process of their screwing you over so long that you won't get any of your money back!! DO NOT GO HERE...RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Pathetic from top to bottom. Clay Cooley should be embarrassed!

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
