This is our 11th vehicle to purchase in our lifetime; young couple, early 30s. Words cannot express how thankful we were to walk into Crest. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a kind and (later discovered) heavily awarded salesmen named Benny, we let him know our desire to look around and he allowed us to do so without interruption or aggressive sales techniques. Once he noticed my coffee cup was empty, he met us in the middle of the lot to ask to dispose of the cup, not to attempt to create a sale. We chose our vehicle and immediately met Benny inside with a smile and positive demeanor. Before asking us our payment or credit score, he asked if our toddler wanted to play or needed any water or milk. How thoughtful! We went into his office and were immediately met by the GM, Mr. Robb Knarr - he wanted to introduce himself and thank us for visiting that morning; we were shocked to see he remembered us from several Nissan past - Robb always provides superior service.. We let him know we had visited another dealership but weren't happy with the vehicle provided or sales experience received. Robb immediately provided accolades to his sales associate, Benny and let us know we came to the right place for a more personalized experience. Benny left a few times to acquire our choices of vehicles but always asked if we needed anything and if we were OK on time (we had a family event that day); he was never gone for longer than 10 minutes. We left the dealership with a better vehicle at a slightly higher price than their competitor but the feeling of value was far supreme. I have never left a vehicle review but feel the exceptional customer service provided by Robn continued by his award winning sales member with Benny deserved that right. Thank you for taking time to help us choose the best option for our family after a terrible loss following the Hurricane.
Worst new car buying experience EVER! Falsely quoted MSRP - M & M
I do not recommend anyone going to this dealership due to their lack of integrity, lack of respect for my family's and my time and lack of respect of our knowledge. The only reason we went to this dealership was because they are an "authorized dealer" thru the Sam's Auto buying program. We were there for 8+ hours. Were coerced to purchase extended warranties for a lower interest rate. The numbers during the negotiations were not the numbers on the contract. They charged us for dealer add-ons, there are no dealer add-ons! They did not provide a Monroney window sticker - ITS A NEW VEHICLE. We still don't have a second key. We bought the vehicle on 7/29/17. The GM contacted us wanting to resolve our issues and has gone incognito. BUYER BEWARE!!!

In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.

I wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Auto Nation Nissan in Lewisville, TX. As you can see I gave 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to the end. More specifically I would like to give HIGH PRAISE to my Salesman Ken, Sales Manager Rich and Finance Manager Marcos. Not only were they extremely genuine and they were professional. Their approach was quite relaxed there was no pressure from them at all. They honestly took care of me. I left with diginity still in tact. They truly went that extra mile. Finance Manager Marcos took time explain every detail that I was buying. He was very patient to answer all my questions and didn't try to rush me out the door. This wouldn't be possible with the other dealerships that I wasted my time the last few weekends. I must say that this was BEST car shopping experience ever. After doing my homework and shopping around found my 2015 Nissan Altima SL. Mileage under 20k, fully loaded, Remote start with Bumper to Bumper with a lot benefits and I'm one happy car owner.

These people are complete crooks. My son went to buy his 1st car and they lied to him, told him he had to take out all the xtra warranties and gap ins. He's car payment was suppose to be 299 a month and by the time he left it was 500 a month and he was paying 30000 for a 11000 car. I have called and got nothing but lie after lie and now won't call us back amd forwards our phone calls.

On my most recent phone call, he answered, and as soon as I began to speak he hung up on me!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Learn how to do your job properly!

I just had a very dissatisfying experience with this dealership. I was interested in a certified used car they listed on their website. So going from experience with other dealers, I contacted the dealership to verify the car was still in stock and available. I received an email response at 11:45 am letting me know that they indeed had the car and asked when I would be in to look at it. Since I live about one hour away, I told them I could be there by 1:30 pm.
I then got ready and actually made good time, arriving at 1:15 pm. Mind you only 1-1/2 hours after getting the assurance the car was available. Guess What! I get there and they "can't find" they keys. After about 30 min., they tell me that the car was sold this morning... Funny how they had someone look at and buy the car in the 15 min. remaining in the morning after they told me it was available.
Of course they were more than willing to show and sell me other cars they did have. Of course more expensive than the one I was interested in.
Bottom line.... I have had this happen before and will not be making any return trips to this dealership. Regardless of how good of a deal they advertise. They obviously do not value their Customer's time. Be educated ave your money and avoid them.

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
