Very professional and very accommodating. Met my needs and I never Left the house. Bought the truck over the phone and they delivered it to my doorstep.

Darrick Phillips has went above and beyond our expectations concerning our Morano. He's very professional and his main concern is that we're happy. He always takes care of us from dealing with our oil changes to our tires. Give this man a raise if he hasnt got one already.

Gunn Nissan Feels Like Family... You Know, the Cool Ones! - GibEvets74
This dealership is, quite frankly, the best dealership I have ever done business with! My wife and I were in serious need of a vehicle after our trusty, used eco-sized SUV finally gave out. We decided to check out Gunn Nissan of Denton after I received a car finance notice from a creditor. One of the things I noticed at this dealership immediately is its entire atmosphere is open and welcoming; we saw individuals whom were having their vehicles serviced sitting in a waiting area with huge clear windows, and some of them were observing the work that the mechanics were completing. The entire staff seemed warm and attentive… we were offered beverages and snacks like we were at a party. Suzie, the Sales Associate who assisted me with my deal, was bubbly, fun, and very helpful. She asked me what type of car I was interested in right away; she never appeared to have a "secret agenda" to put me in a car I didn't want... I was in control the entire time, never feeling pressure or persuasion to do anything other than what I wanted. The selection of vehicles they have is great; I test drove several makes/models with no hassle. I had my mind set on a used SUV, but the mileage values for the makes and models I test-drove were a little higher than what I was looking for. I then transitioned to brand new Nissan SUV models, but the selection of SUVs was just a bit outside of my sticker price range (I had already done my homework, and I had decided that I wanted a vehicle for less than $23,000 at total- sale price).
That's when I met with Josh, the Credit Counselor. We went over my credit, and we reviewed a host of credit scenario variations, discussing APRs and monthly payments. Ultimately, I decided on a 2018 sedan and we applied for financing. In no time, the deal was made! However, Josh felt that I could get a better interest rate and lower monthly payments if he had a little more time to negotiate (I had initially gone to the dealership toward the evening hours). I accepted his offer to further assist me. By the next day, an even better deal was made which significantly lowered my interest rate, saving me nearly $100.00 a month! I met with Trey, the Finance Manager, and finalized my paperwork that day. Suzie handed me the keyless remote to a 2018 Nissan Sentra, and I and my wife drove home happy with the purchase and overall experience... and I did this with NO MONEY DOWN! I've had my car for just over a month, and I can't express how great things are; great car, easy payments, and friendly, professional, hassle-free service. Thank you, Suzie, Josh, and Trey! Awesome job, Gunn Nissan of Denton!
Quick closing and great service - Al
Have dealt with George for years, made buying two trucks for my company simple and fast. I would recommend calling George if your in the market for a new truck or car.
" Thanks George"

They were very helpful and nice to me and my wife. And we was able to get my first car from Nissan of Greenville that day
They will lie over the phone to get you to walk in the door. - lgkusse
You have better luck going up the road to Nissan in Rockwall. Way better staff, better deals, so much more professional and an overall cleaner facility. This is regarding the pre-owned side of Trophy Nissan. Terrible customer service. They will tell you a car is available all day but then you will stop into the lot and it won't be there, or they will tell you 5 minutes before you get there.
They will lie and deceive you to come into their dealership just to sell you cars that do not even come close to what you came their to look at. Then when they do wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.
When you call you will hear staff in the background cussing and socializing. This is not an office willing to do business in a professional manner at all.
Slip short Sales Team. Yes, yes until you sign on the line. - Righting the Wrong
I was recently unfortunate enough to have to purchase 3 vehicles in the last year due to two non fault accidents and another for my spouse.
Hands down this was the single most disappointing/learning experience in my history of auto purchasing. All Nissan Dealerships are NOT Created Equal. Good people make the difference!!!
Not the case here my friends. I speak as a former Nissan Group Member.
Mind you I am in my late 40's and this is not my first rodeo.
Yes it was a pre-owned less than 2 years with under 20k mileage asking around 19k for it.
I will admit to viewing this vehicle online (always view in person during optimal lighting) and the photos appeared as if all was good but, once I arrived in person it was completely covered in bird waste.(Black Vehicle)
NO longer Black...Why didn't they wash the car before my almost hour drive to the dealership? This is with a pre scheduled appointment set by the sales office for me to meet the Director and view this particular vehicle. Did not happen.
Met with Jerry Peppers who at first was jovial and pleasant. This tone changed as the contingency list grew once the bird stuff was finally washed off and even though it was now evening I was finding more and more to add.
I actually left the dealership due to the list beginning to seem unobtainable and it was getting under my skin how the whole thing was materializing before me.
I received a call from Jerry frantic asking why I had left, I explained the contingency list was too large and I don't see him honoring everything in a reasonable timeframe. He basically lied and said he give me his word that all item would be honored.
Ready to be done with the ordeal and move on after so much frustration I signed after all.
The next day I found more damage to the vehicle and guess who did not want to hear about it?
Not Jerry, Not the Ron the Manager ,Not the Director who I left several professional voice mails addressing my concerns for the future of his dealership with its current mentality.
Never did I hear back from them after trying to schedule in for even One item on the original list. Number 1-"Buffing the Bird waste stains off"
Number 2-@ drivers window regulator not working properly
Once I finally reached Jerry he basically said to take my vehicle to another dealership to see if I can get the window covered under warranty.
Guess what? I did and Now they get all my business because Lupe and Josh @ Jerrys in Weatherford TX Honored everything they left me in the dirt on.
I have since purchased another vehicle from Jerrys.
Burleson Nissan=Grand Gestures with absolutely No follow through!
All of a sudden now only after I take my valuable time to post a constructive review does a concerning response appear after everything I went through...Too little; WAY too late!
Excellent Service - Bobdabiker
This is my 1st positive experience with an auto dealership of any brand since moving to Texas 5 years ago. I purchased my 2017 Titan at another Nissan dealership and visited another for service and I would walk before I would return to either of those dealerships for purchase or service. Waxahachie Nissan diagnosed the issue with my AC over the phone and scheduled me an appointment right away. They repaired the AC but after I picked up my truck I noticed a different issue unrelated to the AC issue. I returned for what I though was a minor issue and they explained how this could result in a major issue down the road of not repaired. While they had my truck in for the 2nd repair they noticed another issue with my emergency brakes and they repaired that as well. They covered everything under warranty and provided me with a loaner car. They also followed up after the repair to ensure that I was happy with the repair and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend this dealership’s service department.
VERY helpful service department! - clovick3000
The service department is great and after I had a major issue (not the fault of the car itself) they were happy to assist. Easy for insurance to deal with as well, etc. Thank you!
Bad Business and Bad Management - Lwill 1972
Long story went to Courtesy Nissan to Trade in my 2017 Nissan Titan XD for a 2018 Titan Platinum Reserve. The reason for coming was to find avenues to get my truck out of my moms name. I told them straight up that I only want to make a deal if the truck is in my name only. They agreed. They came to me and said we have a deal. I sign my papers and all my mom have to do is sign her docs of Power of Attorney to release the vehicle and it will be out of her name. I drove of the lot a happy customer on Friday July 27. That following Monday July 30 i received several phone calls stating bring the truck back in. I gets off work to see what’s going on and they told me they couldn’t do a deal without my mom co signing again. I said no that’s not going to work but I will try and convince my mom to sign. Meanwhile I told them to take the truck, give mines back so I wouldn’t run no more miles on the platinum reserve. They said no you hold on to it until your mom signs the papers which I knew she wouldn’t well guess what my mom didn’t agree to the finance numbers so she didn’t sign them. Well while all that was going on I still had the truck and running miles on it. The whole process took over a week because my mom lives out of town so it has to come back in the mail. Well when I turned the truck in it had over 900 miles on it by driving back and forth to work and going out of town. Well they were pissed off at me for bringing a brand new truck back with a bunch of miles. Well I told them to take it they didn’t listen to me so hey their finance managers and sales manager drop the ball on that then they try to blame it on me. Then they told me you will never be able to get out of your truck ever again. Guess what I was able to and got it finance with my name only. Too bad I had to go elsewhere to do great business and great customer service. When I say I will never do business with Courtesy Nissan again. Never. Even though I have a Nissan Pathfinder im taking it to another Nissan where I can get better customer service. Oh I forgot to tell u this one. Hey they appraised my Titan XD for $25,500. I owed $41,000 thousand which left me with $14,500 upside down well the platinum reserve had $7500 rebates on them so it knocked it down in half. Then I seen pictures online that they were going to sell my truck for $33,000. Now how in the world my truck is worth $25,500 and u selling my truck for $33,000. Im warning you folks go to another Nissan to purchase a vehicle. Stay away from these folks. Im warning you.
Carlos was great. - Tallon24
Carols was great. No pressure. Easy to talk to. Knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. The sale was quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Used Toyota - arenee1
I just purchased my car from Clifford in the used car department. Everyone was very helpful as courtesy. Jake the manager did a good job helping us get within our budget. I really enjoyed my visit here at Texas Nissan!
Awesome very helpful! - Lola
I took my 370z in today because I took my key out of the key fob and put it in the ignition switch and got it stuck and Stephen King helped me get it out! He was awesome!!! Thank You Stephen for your kindness and knowledge and for helping me out immediately! It’s people like Stephen that keeps me coming back!!! You deserve more than a 5 star!
Terrible Terrible customer service - tiffany09
In 18 years of buying vehicles this dealership has to be the worse. The customer service is awful. The sales girl hung up on us. Took us almost 2 weeks to get our vehicle shipped to us. Once received the transport driver did not pick up the trade in and when I called the dealership still hadn't paid off my trade in load. We were missing head phones and the remote to the tv. I would never recommend this dealership.
Do NOT BUY here! EVER!!!! - Gregory Don Frederick
These guys will lie and lie to you again and again! They are selling hail damaged vehicles as new. They won't even tell you unless you ask for a report stating there has not been any damage to the vehicle.
We are talking about NEW vehicles with 25 miles on them. But they have had extensive glass breakage and hail dent repairs.
They will not tell you unless you ask for a printed statement stating whether there has been damage.
I highly encourage you to buy elsewhere! BEWARE!!!!!!
Takes Advantage of the Elderly - ellenb08
If I could give them a negative star rating I would, and here is why....Last weekend my elderly grandmother (WHO HAS RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ALZHEIMER'S) got an advertisement in the mail that said, "Come on down and see if you are eligible to win a free car." Being a naive and mentally unwell 81 year old, she followed the flyer's advice and went down there to look into this contest... A few hours later she drove off the lot with a brand new car that these xxx holes sold to her. Let me again point out that my grandmother has Alzheimer's and is not in anyway capable of making sound financial decisions, Anyone who spends more than 5 minutes with her would be able to tell that she is not completely aware of what is going on at any given time. So instead of being a decent person and sending her on her way these people instead take her for all she is worth and sell her a top of the line band new car with all the bells and whistles and -of course- all the extended warranties and fancy upcharged xxxxxxxx packaging. These guys had her sign a contract to pay back 47,000 at $750 a month over 6 years which is WELL beyond her means. When we went in to the dealership the next day to talk to them and explain that she is not in her right mind they tried to tell us that a deal is a deal. Finally, after a heated discussion with the manager they agreed to reverse the deal after we brought in documentation from my grandmother's doctor stating her health condition....All of that being said this is the type of people that work at this dealership. So yeah if you want to buy a car from someone who preys on the sick and vulnerable then Clay Cooley Nissan is the right dealership for you.
Not Good... - TheTruthPrevails
I try to always have something "nice" to say..... Well, due to the pathetic customer service, lies, and just the inability to connect to clientel - this one, Clay Cooley Galleria, is bottom of the barrel. Not at all impressed, rather extremely disappointed. Check Yelp, etc reviews as well. Good Luck. 👎
Not Responsive - Von1920
I’ve traded my vehicle in, and I’ve called twice to check the status of canceling my service contract. The first time I called over a week ago... still no response! I called to day and the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and didn’t even get answered by the receptionist. The phone rang, it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up. Very disappointed! They are only responsive when they want to make a sale.... but after that you are on your own! The receptionist has always been not so friendly though!

Purchased a used Maxima in August of 2003. Noticed a vibration coming from the front wheels. Took it to Kevin and explained the noice and he said it was just the brakes. Got it fixed....few months later same thing again, this time it was the brake pads. Got that fixed and then continued this cycle for two years until finally the vibration got so bad that the entire car was shaking. Took it to Thornhill Nissan in Fort Worth because we were afraid to drive it all the way to Urban. Thornhill noticed as soon as the car was lifted up that the wheel on the front passenger side was about to fall off! Thornhill fixed it and no problem since. Of course this was identified after the warranty had expired. Urban Nissan Service is a bunch of money grubbing jerks and they don't care about their customers. Kevin just wants the commission for unnecessary work. DO NOT USE URBAN NISSAN FOR SERVICE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!
