We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

Kevin was a great sales person to work with. Negotiations were easy and reasonable. He went the extra mile and sent items I left in the car back to me by mail. He was easy to connect with and made the buying process really simple and enjoyable. The finance department moved a little slow and pushed a few extras I didn't want, but not too hard but were also overall pretty easy to work with. I'd definitely go back for a car in future years.

Worthless warranty - Lee123
Went in to the service department at Ed Bozart Chevrolet with my 2014 Chevy Volt. It only has 25,000 miles on it. I thought I had a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. .My heat was not getting hot so I took the car in thinking that would be something that would fall under my warranty. Cost me $142 to find out that my heat wasn't working and that it wasn't covered on my warranty. Guess I should have read the small print, my bumper to bumper warranty is 3 years 36k miles. The powertrain warranty is for 5 years or 100k miles. Seems nothing ever happens to the powertrain, it should be covered forever. I'm just outside the 3 years so dealer says tough luck buddy, it'll only cost you $693 to fix the heat. Just proves once again warranties are for suckers; it runs out just before you need to use it..
I got myself $142 car wash out the deal.
I will never buy another warranty.
Your service people are nice to work with Ed Bozarth Chevrolet but I'll have to find another place for my service. $142 car washes are a little rich for my blood

On November 19th we gave Medved a $5000. personal check, put another $5000. on a credit card and financed the rest through them for a brand new Bolt. We were promised to have the car in our posession by the end of November, with a strong emphasis on getting it “sooner”. We have insurance for it, a bill due on the 31st of December, the equipment to charge it ready to go and our free 3 months of serious radio has only 2 months left. They continue to blow us off via texts and phone calls. choose another Chevy dealer or buy a Honda!

I bring my car in tobhave ot looked at for $100 to figure out what’s going on with my car. Turns out they never found the problem that I was talking about after paying them $100 to diagnose it!!!! Ohh and they found other problems $3000 worth. But not the problem I explained to them. I will never go here again or recommend this plays to anyone. Found a better place to look at my car for FREE! Also they found the problem and gave me a way better price to get all my work done. Ohh and when I went to go pick up my car they could not even find it.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

I have dealt with my fair share of car salesmen and finance managers. My husband and I were shopping around for a specific truck that we had in mind. We were pre-approved with Capitol One, so we were aware that we could be approved. We drove an hour and a half from our home to look at a vehicle that was a trade-in from a previous few days. We spoke with them on a Thursday MORNING and went up on a LATE Saturday MORNING. They had yet to put it though inspection even after confirming with us 3 times that we were coming. I spoke with two people Kristi and Edwin, both confirmed my arrival by email AND text message. When we got there, they were SO busy that neither one of them worked with us and had another salesperson? work with us. That is fine, and didn't really bother me, it was the fact that they set us down at a table in the showroom to fill out our own credit app. NEVER in my car buying experience have I had this happen and I have bought FIVE cars from a dealer before. After reviewing our credit and knowing that we were NOT putting money down and were NOT trading a vehicle in they came back at us with an offer of having to put money down and that our payment range for the amount we were financing and our credit was unrealistic. We refused and they went back to play with numbers. I know they didn't try very hard or even come down on the price of the truck (Steve, an employee, had just got done telling us they didn't think it would sell and planned on taking it to auction, therefore at that point we were the better option for them to make money) because they couldn't get anything to "work". Which my husband and I are very self aware of our credit and our purchasing power. We knew xxxx good and well that this was a lie. Needless to say we didn't get a truck from them, and returned to VW in Grand Junction and purchased a truck with a loan almost twice the amount of what Mountain Chevy said they couldn't make work. Oh well their loss and not ours.

I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!
