The Emich team and experience with the car buying process was excellent. Jon Mandich, Ryan Meyers and Alex Robinson are the utmost professionals. They made the car buying process, which is something I don't particularly care for much a better experience than I have had in the past. Prior to my visit I had done my homework on the vehicle I was looking for and the options that I wanted. I actually had visited three other Chevrolet dealers that week to narrow down my top choices in the car, the options and the color. The bottom line is that it really came down to who I wanted to do business with and Emich really stepped up their game. I had already done my due diligence on the car, but had a few more questions regarding some of the more specialized features of the vehicle. They were knowledgeable , did did not pressure me into making any hasty decisions and were responsive when I called back with for additional information. As a female, in the past I have felt really intimidated with the car buying process. Not this time....it was fantastic. Thank you guys for everything. Alex Robinson, Finance Manager, was also extremely professional and thorough and expedited the paperwork most effectively. As a Certified Financial Planner I definitely had questions for him. Bottom Line is I will absolutely recommend you to other potential buyers in the future. Thank you all again for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I bought a truck through Steve Rodriguez about 1 1/2 years ago and was very happy with the transaction and the way he served me. I was in the market for a GMC Acadia Denali, so I went back and asked for him, and fortunately, he was available. Again, he was very helpful, pleasant, not pushy, courteous and very pleasant. The transaction went well and the price for my trade-in and the new vehicle were very good and fair. I have gotten my truck serviced at the dealership, and have always been pleased, so I was happy to be able to get the Acadia from the dealership and have Steve by my sales representative. The worst service in all of Denver - Anti medved
They talked a good game but couldn’t follow through. Everything that Larry goble The saleman told me was false. They wouldn’t even fix the issues I had with the car the day after I bought it. Then when they are called on their bad service they lie a little more, hand you off to someone else then get defensive and start yelling at you. Stay clear of Sam ——. He’s a little guy with a nepolian syndrome who shouldn’t be in the position he’s in. He couldn’t handle being critic and lost his composure with a customer which turned to a childish I’m the big guy here as he stands there at 5’. I’m wondering if this is how he treats a majority of People in general or do they as a company handle certain demographics this way? Also spoke with Shannon which she assured me things would be fixed and sent Sam to do her job. Left her a message and haven’t heard from her. The service lead tried to push me to Jeep which I understand with warranty issues but not with the simple things that a common teenage kid can do. Yes I’m sure I could’ve diagnosed my own problems or went to a Jeep dealership but I expected them to stand behind what they said which was the one thing they had No problem disregarding that they would fix any issues within the first 90 days. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to medved do to the way I was treated. It may not happen to everyone but how would you feel if it happen to your family member. Stop giving money to a company that has grown complacent of providing the basic service that all dealerships should. And be ready for the whole religious thing they talk how he’s a good catholic or Larry himself saying he is a good christian. To use God like that is just criminal in its own way! the whole place is a scam unless you have perfect credit, or are a famous athlete, or know someone who works there. the absolute worst service from every department. You could get better service off craigslist maybe even a better car! When you here the word “ medved Certified” please know that means they didn’t look at anything and they will take your money and then tell you to get lost which was exactly what I was told by Sam because I wouldn’t ride in the same car because of how he spoke with me. Very unprofessional and childish like! shannon told me on the phone she would start my 90 days over as of today and add two weeks on it. But tell me how are they going to fix my car if they are refusing to work on it? 🤔. Also why sale a product you can’t fix? Why waste someone’s time for two plus weeks then tell them they should go to Jeep? Also you must buy a loner car something from them cause that’s extra at medved when it’s common curtesy that other dealerships usually provide. That’s what Sam said anyway!

I was unable to buy the truck that day as we were waiting to close on a property a week later. It could have been a long week but Tyler was gracious when I would call everyday to see if the truck was still there. His sense of humor got me through. Kevin was a great sales person to work with. Negotiations were easy and reasonable. He went the extra mile and sent items I left in the car back to me by mail. He was easy to connect with and made the buying process really simple and enjoyable. The finance department moved a little slow and pushed a few extras I didn't want, but not too hard but were also overall pretty easy to work with. I'd definitely go back for a car in future years.

We called ahead. "This is the car we want to look at, can you have it ready?" We were told it was ready. Nope. Hadn't been washed in months. Started it up, poked around, and when we turned on the A/C the compressor shaft shrieked. We left, went somewhere else, and drove home 90 minutes later in a car after a cash sale.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!
