Quick and painless! - kyfletch1
Not pushy, very knowledgeable and easy to get questions answered. It was nice to avoid playing the games you end up in at some dealerships. Glad I ended up buying from McCaddon!

From Odyssey to a CRV - Carodyssey
We have been Markley Motors Customers since 1995 and have always had great experience with all departments. Today we turned in our 12yr old Honda Odyssey for a 2018 Basque Red Pearl CRV EXL. Our decision would have been much harder had it not been for Jason Hay. He was highly recommended from our friends who purchased a CRV from Markley’s late last year. Jason is an exceptional salesperson and knows the products very well. We did not feel pressured to commit to anything we were not comfortable with. Jason did all that was possible to make us his highest priority and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He valued our time and made sure our questions were answered and concerns addressed. He is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jason for making our Markley’s experience exceptional. Tova and Frank Aragon
Great job - Nathan Noel

Fabulous business - heyjessay14
The service team is great to work with, makes check in very simple. Great area to hang out in while I wait. Sales folks are great, too. Keeping my business local, and this is a great place to do just that. Highly recommended.

Great Experience- Anne Richardson - Kyled
We’ve never purchased any Chevy products before but this dealer changed our minds.
The entire experience was great.
Anne Richardson was very helpful and certainly not your “typical “ car salesperson.
No pressure, simply gave us information but didn’t push.
Financially, the cost and terms were surprisingly reasonable.
Service team did a great job in short period of time. - lemeron1
Tim was friendly and very knowledgeable on the services I needed and the work was completed in the time he said it would be done.
Absolutely great purchasing experience! - denver781
This is our second purchase in as many years at Johnson Auto, and they’ve both been fantastic! Most recently, Steve Tortorella helped my wife and me purchase a Jeep Wrangler. We went in knowing what we wanted to spend and what we need our payments to be. In a relatively short period of time, Steve was able to help us narrow down our choices and get us the perfect vehicle for our family! Thanks Steve and Johnson’s Auto!

Great experience! - 2017 silverado guy
The internet sales team was easy to deal with, and stayed late to get us into the right vehicle with minimum hassle. Awesome experience all around!
Purchase of Used Vehicle - april123
speechless.......Kelly Denney was our "sales guy".......but with no "sales" pressure just 1000% honesty and truly listened to what we wanted and needed. Even towards signing not being pushy on all these other things they can rack on! if you are ever in doubt please don't hesitate to call Kelly he was and is amazing and i promise you, you will not regret it.
Shady and unprofessional - BB49
Matt and Joe sold us a car and then after the contract was signed, said they couldn't get the car unless we put an additional $2,000 down. They flat out lied, were rude and we hope no one else has to experience this poor treatment and shady business.
Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
DIDNT BUY BUT TREATED ME GREAT! - fletcher.brian
I went into this dealer without much research so took a chance......wanted a truck and found one I was interested in....negotiations weren't too difficult but just wasn't in love with the truck so didnt move forward with the purchase. The one thing I did like is the likeability of the staff.....they were cool, bummed I didnt buy and didnt feel like I was dealing with untrained, disrespectful people. Simply put.....they treated me great.
I had Ryan and joevanni.
Horrible finance department - jcook2013
We had a wonderful experience with the sales men (they get 5 stars) but a horrible experience with the finance department. We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer.
Update - The manager of the dealership called to apologize, he stated he would take care of us at the 5,000 mile marker so I will update after that happens.
Price changes after you submit your purchase agreement - Victimofalpine
I approached a vehicle And we made the purchase agreement I submit the application and they said somebody was looking at the car that I was interested in. The vehicle listed what 30 miles on it which is a brand new one. They also mentioned the car actually has 5000 miles on it instead of 30. And they said if I pay $2000 more than I could buy it. Well honest people do not do business like that . They are literally fishing people.
AVOID! Thousands of $$$s in repairs in first 7 months - sdfsddsf
Bought a used Jeep Wrangler here in Feb of 2018 that had only 37K miles on it. Before even receiving the title (in first 100 miles driving the car), my Slave cylinder failed on the way to Steamboat Springs w/ my entire family in it on our way to a ski trip. Management did refund me for the service bill (after initially only proposing to cover half of it!), but the stress and lost day of a family vacation sitting at the autoshop still left a sour taste in my mouth.
Fast forward to Sept 2018, still just 7 months (and under 5k miles driven while owning the car) after buying this car from Grand Kia, now I'm again in the auto shop after losing engine power. I've been without my car for a full week and am now faced with a $780 bill to "troubleshoot" replacing the cam shaft position sensors. If this doesn't work, it'll mean the car requires an entire camshaft replacement, which could be in the thousands of dollars in repairs (which may or may not be covered by my limited 12 month warranty they gave me).
These guys sold me a lemon. Camshafts are something that are rare to go out even on 120K+ mile cars. Mine has 1/3 the miles and has now required these two large repairs totaling thousands of dollars.
I very much regret buying a vehicle here and would not recommend making the same mistake I made. Look elsewhere, this place is rated 1.2/5 on DealerRater.com and 2 stars on Yelp. The 3.6 stars on Google is quite the embellishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Superior Customer Service - JWC
Excellent honest service. I am from another state and had to have my Jeep serviced while traveling. Image a appointment and received superior customer service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. I wish my hometown dealership had the same level of service.
