Completely taken care of - JamesPalmerTV
Justin Gasman and Joe Cleland handled everything I needed and then some. Joe knew everything there was to know about the car I was looking at and Justin made everything in the process as smooth as it could be. And on top of that, the entire process was handled very quickly.

Great service - kaesha
I would like to thank everyone that I've been interacted with at Markley Motors. BJ Wilhite who helped me find the car that I wanted. With my first vehicle purchase I was a little scared, but he treated me just like he would have treated his daughters friend (if that makes any sense at all) Overall I was very happy.
The service has definitely shined three year after purchasing my car whenever I bring my car in for routine oil checks, tire patches and everything inbetween. I want to specifically highlight Andrew Martinez who I see almost every time I come in. He is always happy to see me and goes over my bill and explains anything that I have questions on and lets me know what work will need to be done at my next visit if there is anything besides an oil change. I'm definitely a chatty Cathy so I like that he and I can chat about vacations and weekend plans.
I would also like to thank Nick, on 8/25/18 he helped me get checked in and called me with questions about my windshield wipers and was genuinely very polite.
Lastly, thanks to the guys that work on my car, they're the real MVP's that make sure my car's up and running and in great condition

We made an appointment for a Saturday to test drive a pickup we were interested in. Our schedule changed and we were able to go on the Thursday before. As soon as he heard our name, he automatically knew which vehicle we wanted to see. His attention to detail made our purchase go super smooth. Thanks J&JP

Superior customer service after the sale - Arosenoff
Tom Medina delivers superior customer service! Unlike many other experiences, his commitment to his clients doesn’t end after sale. I have had our new vechicle in for service a couple of times since purchasing it. Each time Tom and the staff at King Buick GMC have gone above and beyond to make my appointment hassle free. I was most impressed when Tom offered to deliver my car to our house about 30 minuets from the dealership after the repair was completed. Not only did he drive it to me, he Brought it back with a full tank of gas and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs before he left.
Tom brings back old fashion customer service and values. This is something that is hard to find today and even more elusive in the used car business. We will always buy our vechicles from Tom and King Buick GMC.
Great experience! - 2017 silverado guy
The internet sales team was easy to deal with, and stayed late to get us into the right vehicle with minimum hassle. Awesome experience all around!
Warning - Micah C
WARNING!!!!! I would not want my friends to buy a car here. I purchased a car here. After less than 30 days it had multiple issues (A/C went out and the starter stoped working) that I could not have seen on the test drive. After bringing the car back to them and showing them the issues, they wanted more money in order to fix the issues. I understand that i bought a used car but i didn't expect to have SO MUCH TROUBLE out of it with no assistance form the dealer. I have had the vehicle about a month and have spent over 600 bucks on repairs. Our A/C still isn't working. They may have decent cars here but if you do have issues don't have any expectation of them working with you. I offered to trade the car back to them and buy another because of the issues and they offered me 3 grand less than I paid less than a month ago! If you know what is good for you, you will not buy a car here. I don't write negative posts often. You have been warned!
Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
Disappointment - krikrisam
I took my truck to this dealership because I noticed I was always having low coolant every two-three months with my brand new truck. The following morning, I received a call from the service advisor, stating that I had a head gasket problem which was causing my coolant to slowly leak and sometimes produced steam from the hot engine, and that they need to be replaced. The following day after that, I received another call stating that a dead squirrel got under the hood next to the radiator. The service advisor tried to explain that the squirrel was previously between the radiator and fan blade and by driving the car through their lot, the fan blade killed the squirrel and damaged the radiator. Clearly, my radiator was not busted two days earlier, otherwise, they would have noticed the squirrel the first day they looked under my hood, or the day after that, or noticed coolant on the ground before calling me to tell me about the head gasket problem. I believe that they parked my truck in their lot over two nights, and a squirrel made its way under the hood. Moving the truck from the lot into the bay killed the squirrel, undoubtedly.
They made me pay to fix the radiator which was almost $1,800. Not only was this not my fault, but to make matters worse, they overcharged me. I called two other GMC dealers, Medved and Suss, as well as an independent shop and they all quoted $1300 for the same service. I explained this to the manager and his only suggestion was to file a claim with my insurance, because parking the truck in their lot is not covered by their insurance.
I would like everyone to know this dealership is not reputable and does not represent GMC very well. Check your car very well if you leave your car there overnight. They have a lot of squirrels running around.
Horrible finance department - jcook2013
We had a wonderful experience with the sales men (they get 5 stars) but a horrible experience with the finance department. We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer.
Update - The manager of the dealership called to apologize, he stated he would take care of us at the 5,000 mile marker so I will update after that happens.
Price changes after you submit your purchase agreement - Victimofalpine
I approached a vehicle And we made the purchase agreement I submit the application and they said somebody was looking at the car that I was interested in. The vehicle listed what 30 miles on it which is a brand new one. They also mentioned the car actually has 5000 miles on it instead of 30. And they said if I pay $2000 more than I could buy it. Well honest people do not do business like that . They are literally fishing people.
AVOID! Thousands of $$$s in repairs in first 7 months - sdfsddsf
Bought a used Jeep Wrangler here in Feb of 2018 that had only 37K miles on it. Before even receiving the title (in first 100 miles driving the car), my Slave cylinder failed on the way to Steamboat Springs w/ my entire family in it on our way to a ski trip. Management did refund me for the service bill (after initially only proposing to cover half of it!), but the stress and lost day of a family vacation sitting at the autoshop still left a sour taste in my mouth.
Fast forward to Sept 2018, still just 7 months (and under 5k miles driven while owning the car) after buying this car from Grand Kia, now I'm again in the auto shop after losing engine power. I've been without my car for a full week and am now faced with a $780 bill to "troubleshoot" replacing the cam shaft position sensors. If this doesn't work, it'll mean the car requires an entire camshaft replacement, which could be in the thousands of dollars in repairs (which may or may not be covered by my limited 12 month warranty they gave me).
These guys sold me a lemon. Camshafts are something that are rare to go out even on 120K+ mile cars. Mine has 1/3 the miles and has now required these two large repairs totaling thousands of dollars.
I very much regret buying a vehicle here and would not recommend making the same mistake I made. Look elsewhere, this place is rated 1.2/5 on DealerRater.com and 2 stars on Yelp. The 3.6 stars on Google is quite the embellishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Superior Customer Service - JWC
Excellent honest service. I am from another state and had to have my Jeep serviced while traveling. Image a appointment and received superior customer service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. I wish my hometown dealership had the same level of service.
