Service excellence!! - DNorris
I was in town on a visit to Denver, me and my family stopped here for an oil change upon being greeted by Jon the manager. He and the staff here were more than ready to make us feel at home while waiting! This service visit was a great experience. Wish that we had a Larry H Miller back home! Thanks Jon and team.

Pleasant experience, John is great, so is the new management - ALC
I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!

I had a great experience buying my Jeep from these guys. My sales consultants name was Ash and he did a fantastic job in getting us in and out of there as quick and hassle free as possible. He did a great job explaining all the features of our new Jeep and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

From start to finish I felt that the employees here cared about me and my happiness. I bought my daughter a car here last month and she loves it!
Poor communication - Alex3000
I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper plate. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership.
Horrible - salidadodgesux
Any good reviews are probably fake. They do not care about their customers and will take any opportunity to royally **** you over. Go anywhere else!
Misleading sales practices. - CindyM
I went to my local dealership, Whites Energy Motors looking to get more information on a Jeep Compass. We talked to a salesman and took a test drive. We liked the vehicle and decided to go through the negotiation process. We asked about the military discount for USAA members and were told “we can’t stack deals.” They didn’t tell us about any other discounts or deals going on. When we asked about if there were any Jeep incentives they told us about one current offer going on that Jeep was offering; so that was written into the contract. After they gave us their “best the could do for us” speech, we decided to buy the vehicle. We asked if they did financing through our local Credit Union and they said no, we had to be financed through the one they chose for us. After the deal we asked the our Credit Union if we could refinance through them and they asked why we didn’t finance through them in the first place. We stated they told us at the time of the deal that they didn’t use that credit union for deals. So once again they lied about the companies they use to finance.
After hearing from several people and other dealers, I was told I paid WAY too much for the Jeep. I decided to do some research and found the same Jeeps with the same options at a much lower price including on the Jeep website. Later someone in the community was admiring the Jeep and asked what I paid for it and where I bought it, I told them and they proceeded to tell me they had seen the Jeep advertised online at Whites Energy’s Website for 28,200; 4,000 less than what “the best they could do for me was.”
I decided to check it out for myself and was surprised when their website came up with a big advertisement saying they’re “fast, neighborly and HONEST”, it also said in bold, “we’ll match your down payment up to 1,000, no gimmicks through the month of June.” Once again we were told there were no specials beyond the Jeep one and we couldn’t stack deals.
The Jeep listed on their website clearly showed a lot more discounts and all were “stacked,” including the USAA one. And all for 28,254 OAC.
We made an appointment to talk to the sales manager to discuss the details of the purchase. They did agree to give us the USAA discount of 1250. However when asked why we weren’t told of the other specials like the matching down payment up to 1000 we were told “he was regretful he wasn’t there,” and we never received a real answer.
We’re thankful they did honor the military discount but dissatisfied that their negotiation process is deceiving and definitely NOT honest.
On a side note, one of their salesman decided to give out some of the details of my loan and tell lies about what discounts they gave me, all on social media to another person. Unethical and illegal!!
Unfortunately my enthusiasm for buying local has been diminished; this experience has taught me that deceiving people and making a buck is more important than customer satisfaction and loyalty. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Bought used car - Barrett Kilgore
Aaron Mitchell and David hantman sold me a 2007 Saturn and it was quick easy and painless. Neither of them was pushy or rude, as you most often expect from a car salesman. They did an excellent job of informing me about the car.
Jeep eco diesel sv. This morning - Rusty
Very pleasant experience! I believe the person I dealt with was Alec. He could not have been nicer. My service was very prompt and thorough
Rude Unprofessional sales"person" Named Jack - Marc
So just had the WORST experience with a salesman at Autonation Chystler Jeep Broadway. Stay away from this dealership. Matter of fact my experience with Autonation has a whole has left me wondering how or why people do business with them.
Wheel nearly fell off my Durango - gardnpc
During a May 10 routine service, the tech forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I gave them a chance to make it right. Said they would reimburse me for the extra cost of repairs since wheel studs had snapped off the hub. No responses from the GM nor Service Director. Very poor customer service. After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back.
Unacceptable Customer Service and Follow Up - DB
Made an appointment online the week prior to service appointment which was Tuesday at 7am. Dropped my Jeep off the afternoon prior. Service writer call around 1pm. Left message with problem, cost, and get it done by day of Friday. I returned his call and had to leave a voicemail approving everything. No call back. Left another message later the same day trying to confirm he got my message. No call back. Wednesday/Thursday no calls. Friday morning (pick up day) I called at 11am to check pick up time. Had to leave another message....no call back. Went to pick up my Jeep at 3:30pm. Was told the vehicle repair had not been started!! Also found out my service writer was off so wasted call to his line! Left the dealer fuming. Called to speak with the Service Manager. He was busy talking to another “happy” customer. Had to leave him a voicemail. Waited for two hours...you guessed it no call back. I am a very patient and understanding person but my experience with the service department was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced at a dealer. Being prior military I’ve delt with many all over the country. My advice - think twice about getting anything done at this dealership other than maybe an oil change. Also, talk to a live person on any and all required follow up calls.
False Advertising - Mrs. B
Buyer Beware! This dealership uses false advertised pricing and does not stand behind their price quotes even when provided with multiple sources of evidence. Lost a sale and a customer.
Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.
New Management very Impressive - Rockies Girl
I was shocked when I saw the dealership under new management. The lot is so full of great car options and the new sales team really impressed me with their professionalism. Looking forward to buying my next car there.
