The service that I received was exceptional. I called on Friday and had my car in on Saturday. The heater was not working correctly. I work in Fort Collins, so, it is hard for me to have my car in the shop during the week. Peyton came in on Saturday so he could look at the situation. I think the issue was the update needed on the computer system. Everything was updated and I was on my way. The staff was all very professional.

Took my 2017 F-150 in for service and had a great exerience. The service writer was ready for me at the appointed time and had me back on the road in no time. Mr Ruwart chatted with me and made me feel like family. Briant my salesman remembers my wifes name as well as mine. (I have bought from other dealers where you have to reintroduce yourself each time you go into the dealership.) The other salesfolks always make an effort to greet me as well.. The office staff, and parts department folks always take a few moments to greet and chat with customers. I have always received great service from Laramie Peak Motors and always felt at home while visiting the dealership.
I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. It is well worth my 115 mile drive to be treated this well. I have the option of driving 3 miles to a local dealership and be treated like crap. I choose Laramie Peak Motors!

This is my second time buying a vehicle from Loveland Ford and they are one of the best car dealerships in Northern Colorado. I worked with Pat Seery on getting a new Explorer and this was one of the best experiences that I have had with a dealer. Pat is very low keyed and no pressure on buying or test driving. He gave me the best deal upfront without the haggling back and forth. Thanks again for the great experience at Loveland Ford, I will for sure be back and work with Pat again.
Sold me a lemon and knew it - Hendrickson construction
I purchased a used 2002 Ford F-350 in December of 2016 from Glenwood Ford. The truck had high mileage on it but the service Dept had inspected the vehicle and said everything was good to go. Immediately after purchase the vehicles developed a oil leak. I took the vehicle in to have the oil leak fixed and $8700 and 5 weeks later my truck was out of the Glenwood springs service Dept. Apparently their first Inspection of the vehicle was not very thorough. The truck has now been back to the shop 3 times in less than a year. The latest oil leak was going to cost me $7000 to fix. I asked the dealership to give me a fair trade in price for the vehicle and I would purchase a newer model f-350 from them. The truck has been at the dealership since July and they just called to tell me the work is complete to put the vehicle back together and that I need to pay an additional $378 to get it out of the shop. No trade in value, nothing from the sales Dept. Do not trust this dealership as they use the old bait and switch methods used car dealerships are known for.
Horrible and a pure nightmare - Mommybell84
My husband and I bought a vehicle here and we haven’t had it a month and painfully regret it . The first night we brought it home , all was well or so we thought . We wake up to a giant xxx puddle under the vehicle and a it had to go for several days for repairs right off the bat . It had A broken radiator. my husbands had to return to Afghanistan and he usually handles these things , the check engine light has come on and we haven’t even made the first payment . We have 3 children and need this vehicle , it’s the only one we have ; this isn’t the what we wanted when we bought this vehicle . This isn’t the burden I wanted when choosing this vehicle from your dealership . So now while I try to figure out what on earth is wrong now , how on earth I’m going to get it to a the show , get the kids to and from school , drs appointment and deal with the this , I haven’t even made a payment on this giant piece of crap you sold Our family . So while how does it feel to take advantage like this ? Hopefully pretty crappy sir . It feels pretty xxxxxx for us on our end sir

On her trip to California my wife had her car serviced at Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE for a fuel pump. When she got to Ogallala her car broke down again. She took it to Jason Zoellner Ford to have it looked at. Turns out that Anderson Ford in Lincoln, NE had not only done a crappy job installing the fuel pump but they didnt even replace the fuel filter despite the fact that they said they did.
Not only did the service people at Jason Zoellner bent over backwards to help my wife get the fuel system working properly, but they didn't charge her a penny. That's right they felt so bad about the horrible experience that my wife had at Anderson Ford that they did all the work for free.
It is dealerships like this that make me want to drive across the country again just to buy a car from them. If you are considering going to the dealership I would recommend them 100%. Its nice to know that even in this economy there are still good people and good dealerships out there that put people before profits.
I can not say enough good things about this dealership.
