While I didn't end up with the ATS coupe I was considering, my experience was outstanding -- thanks to Mark Young. He is completely professional and especially knowledgeable -- which is much too rare these days, as I have too often known much more about the car I'm considering than the sales person. And Mark was completely responsive, without any pressure, and very efficient in getting to me all the information I asked for or needed. I walked into Prestige Cadillac at 5 min before closing knowing I probably wouldn't be able to test a car I was interested in. I apologized for being there at closing and was immediately welcomed in and told "we aren't closed until our customers have left". I was introduced to Henry Flakes and the same message was reiterated!! I proceeded to do the test drive and loved the car and left later that evening having purchased the car. Brian was also there to work on the financing angle as well. I returned the next day to sign and get my car but I didn't have anyone to drive it out for me. Henry didn't hesitate and arranged to drive my car to my destination and I returned him back to the dealership. My destination was 40 miles away! This dealership, especially Henry, went above and beyond my expectations!!! Great job Team Prestige!!!

Waited an hour to sign for my car when we had made an appointment to be there at a specific time. Tech guy showing us the car knew nothing about the car. They only had one key so now have to deal with that. Everything about our experience was awful. We just got apologies. We were about to walk out the door and not buy the car.
2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit
This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.

The finance guy and the salesmen undervalued my trade in, and over priced the car they wanted to sell me. Even after I told them I was disabled living on 18K a year they pushed and pushed to close a terrible deal. I have nothing against someone making a living and a company making a profit but anyone who tries to rip off the disabled deserves that special place down under where it's hot.
The salesmen tried to tell me they set prices by Kelly Blue Book. I checked the blue book value and when I told him that he then all of a sudden would not discuss prices over the phone.

Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service.
