Absolutely amazing place to buy a used car. This is because they go so far the above and beyond standard, I couldn't imagine wanting to try another dealer. I would probably drive 250 miles plus to get a car here. I worked with Omar as my salesman, but the whole team is great.
They did everything they could, got me approved for my car loan, even talked to me and helped me make sure I got the warranty best for me.
I boiught the car and was setting up the Onstar on the way home, and it wasn't until after closing (a couple hours) that I realized the passenger front speaker was blown. It was really an intermittent problem (loose connection), thus why they did not notice. But when I called in the morning they gave me no hassle, and we setup an appointment. They shuttled me to and from the shop so I could get it done while at work, and the service people even replaced the speaker, although I knew it was just a wire issue, just to ensure I had no issues.
A week later, we had an ice storm. I was getting used to the automatic windows going full up and down (come from older cars), and I ended up frying my window regulator and popping the window off the track. I didn't know about the regulator at the time, but I called and admitted it was entirely my fault, not theirs, and asked if they could get me a price to get the window reinstalled on track.
They had me bring it in same day, gave me a personal demo to drive myself back to work. And then fixed it, window regulator as well, and didnt charge me for it. And as I said, that was clearly on me, not them. They take great care of their customers, and when they do their sales followups. They don't appear to be hunting for customers so much, as feel genuinely caring of how you're doing and how the car is going. Of course as a business it is a followup for referalls, but they seem so genuine, it feels great when they call.
Absolutely marvelous place. Cars are GM certified which is amazing, and expensive if you were to do it yourself. I'd recommend this place to anyone. And as I said. I love the team I've met, but I can personally say, Omar is a wonderful salesperson. Based on what I said I was looking for, he listened, and ironically brought the car I saw online that I came in for, without me telling him. He listened that well to what I needed. I originally intended for him to bring it, I try it to ease the sale approach, and then request that car, but he heard what I wanted.

It was ok nothing to write home about. My service person was not personable. I love my sales person Mr. Pettway, every time I come in he speaks and checks in with me, to make sure we are okay with our car. The service department needs a lot of help with being personable with people. Last time in November they didn’t top my fluids when I got my oil change. Time before that my service person I believe Don went searching threw out my car for the wheel lock. All he had to do was ask me.

Fortunately, this was all still covered under warranty. The work was done very professionally, without complaint or foot-dragging. GREAT SERVICE! I never expected to get such awesome service at a dealership! I went in for an oil change (no appointment necessary I might add!) and they found a leak by the transmission. I was offered a loaner while they looked at the car and that whole process took like 5 minutes. So easy. The next day i got a call that my car was done so I went to pick it up. Turns out it was the oil pan seal leaking and since it was a default in manufacturing he had GM pay for the service! So so awesome. Best experience I have ever had with car servicing in general.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone , the service is horrible along with the communication , every time that I have dealt with this dealership my experience has been very unprofessional no one returns your calls to let you no what is going on with your car you call the service certain and all you get is the run around and a lot of different stories , they will close for today and no will notify you concerning your car and you are left to figure out how to get to work or how you are going to take care of your business without transportation , I will never come back there for service or refer any one to do busy at this location at all I have made written complaints as verbal complaints and all you heard is that I am sorry and sometime sorry doesn't get it ,I had to miss work today because I have no transportation I was not offered a rented or anything I will never do business with Ed Rinke again in life I am done.
