Everything went well. This dealership estimated a few weeks longer lead time on the delivery of my ordered vehicle than the other 5 dealerships I talked to, but the vehicle came in a few weeks sooner than they estimated, so it seems the other dealerships were more accurate in their estimation. This dealership was able to get me incentives on the initial quote for the new vehicle while other dealerships couldn't. I was the person buying the vehicle and handled the whole process, but upon taking delivery of the vehicle with my wife present, they seemed to be dealing with my wife exclusively, which I didn't appreciate. I didn't bring my wife to handle the delivery for me, I brought her because I can't simultaneously drive two vehicles home.

Parts Department manager Tom stepped up when an expensive, non-returnable part that I ordered for my vintage Dodge Nitro did not work out. The part was ordered correctly, and everything looked great on paper. But it was somehow not the correct part for my vehicle. Tom discovered root cause of the problem, dealt with the supplier for me, and quickly arranged an exchange for the right part. This could have been an ugly situation, but Tom handled it with grace and professionalism. He went the extra mile, and that is rare nowadays. Thanks Tom!

We came 8/13 and met Joe Scovoronski in the Body Shop, went over 3 things we wanted looked at while they had the car. Advised windows were stuck down & car needed shelter in the event of rain. Joe advised they would call us when it was ready to go to the Service Dept. Explained my son was out of town & that we had about 8 days until car was desperately needed back. I called in after 5:00 8/15 left message, I received a call from Joe first thing 8/16, he moved mountains to get the car looked at, much sooner than originally advised, 4 calls later on the SAME day, with the break down & cost, and a few more questions answered, Joe advised car was ready for pick up today after 5:00. We have been coming to Sterling Dodge for YEARS and NEVER received this kind of service!!!!!!

Well originally found the car on the internet. Cannot remember what site it was but that don't matter. What matters is a service that I received after contacting them. I was debating going look at it or not it was a hundred miles from me. And I happen to check the Carfax which stated it was done by a local car dealer which is only about 5 miles from me. Lou Ricci of Taylor. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joe sitting at the first desk. And I inquired about the car he says yeah that's a car from one of our sister dealerships cool I said. So we handled all the paperwork and transaction rate at the Taylor store. Between communication with Joe and Dwayne at Marlette Jeep and Chrysler dealer in Marlette Michigan. They managed to get me a fantastic deal into play. So I took my trade to Marlette Michigan which was a nice long Cruze about 2 hours. And met Dwayne there at 8:30 in the morning we finish the transaction. I got to drive my new ride home I cannot think of a better way to test drive a car. I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.

Easy new car purchase. I worked with Lucy. I live 1-hour away and she found exactly what I was looking for and delivered the car to my doorstep. I never visited the dealership! I signed paperwork at my dinner table. I ordered on a Saturday and received the car on Monday. Lucy honored the pricing discussed on the phone to the penny. My personal life has been upside-down lately, and I did not plan on buying a car at this time but had no choice. Lucy and Matt did everything possible to make the best of the situation. This dealership had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Our salesman was very nice. The guys in the showroom were not friendly or accommodating. No one here seems to know how to greet a customer. I’m standing here waairing for a plate and no one has offered me a place to sit, even though I was told it would be 10 minutes. Not to mention the loud and unprofessional conversation happening as we were working out the details with our lovely salesman. Lastly, the finance guy was up selling to my husband and me and we weren’t interested. But he pushed, and tried to make us feel foolish for not getting gap coverage. My husband got the car he wanted at a fair price. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be returning.
