I came to the dealership simply to take a look at a new addition they had in their stock and at the end of the night I left with a car I've desired for a long time. Doug was the salesman to help me make the decision and work with me on meeting the price point I was comfortable with. Never once did I feel pressured on the buy and his straightforwardness was a welcome attribute to the whole deal. Once the deal was set I worked with Louie to get the items finalized and he was extremely informative and inviting throughout the whole process. Overall the entire staff in the building seemed friendly and the atmosphere was a pleasant one.

We bought a new 2018 Ford Fusion and the deal was very good. Michael Gregg works very hard to ensure his customers are happy with the vehicle and the deal before they leave. I normally do not write reviews, but I have had such great interactions with the staff here that I felt like I needed to give them the credit they deserve. I came into the dealership knowing what car I had in mind after finding it on the internet. Ken, the car salesman greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. I was in the dealership that day for about 3 hours trying to figure out what I wanted to do about buying the vehicle or not. Ken not only answered all my questions, but took the time to interact with my 3 year old daughter who was with me as well. He was beyond patient with me, my daughter and my indecisiveness. Due to the emaculant condition of the used vehicle and Ken’s patient, professional and kind attitude, I ended up buying the vehicle. He was in contact with me 100% until I was able to drive off the lot with my purchase a week later. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. Well originally found the car on the internet. Cannot remember what site it was but that don't matter. What matters is a service that I received after contacting them. I was debating going look at it or not it was a hundred miles from me. And I happen to check the Carfax which stated it was done by a local car dealer which is only about 5 miles from me. Lou Ricci of Taylor. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joe sitting at the first desk. And I inquired about the car he says yeah that's a car from one of our sister dealerships cool I said. So we handled all the paperwork and transaction rate at the Taylor store. Between communication with Joe and Dwayne at Marlette Jeep and Chrysler dealer in Marlette Michigan. They managed to get me a fantastic deal into play. So I took my trade to Marlette Michigan which was a nice long Cruze about 2 hours. And met Dwayne there at 8:30 in the morning we finish the transaction. I got to drive my new ride home I cannot think of a better way to test drive a car. Been bringing my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan here for service since I bought it new, and as a 10 year old car with 200,000+ miles, it needs its share of work. Everytime I've brought it in, the service advisors and mechanics have been thorough, fair and have provided quality work.
I highly recommend and would only buy Chrysler vehicles with the Maximum Care Warranty package, google it. It gives you lifetime unlimited miles mechanical coverage.

This dealership had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Our salesman was very nice. The guys in the showroom were not friendly or accommodating. No one here seems to know how to greet a customer. I’m standing here waairing for a plate and no one has offered me a place to sit, even though I was told it would be 10 minutes. Not to mention the loud and unprofessional conversation happening as we were working out the details with our lovely salesman. Lastly, the finance guy was up selling to my husband and me and we weren’t interested. But he pushed, and tried to make us feel foolish for not getting gap coverage. My husband got the car he wanted at a fair price. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be returning.

Austin Ottino is a great sales person. The service department is subpar at best. We leased a Ram 1500, has it for less than a week and it’s been in the service department and body shop ever since. In order to get assistance with our issues, it took a call to the owners cell phone and 5 calls to Chrysler; and this only resulted in getting people’s attention - not a resolution.
