My car was in for some warranty work, and it took over 6 weeks to be completed. No loaner provided, no reimbursement for my rental car expense. I was in the market for a replacement, and the pricing offered was a joke. They offered a demo model at as much as I paid for a loaded new model from a different manufacturer.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean showroom, and they helped me into the car that I wanted. The options they offered and the pricing breakdown were well explained. Everything was done in a timely manner and I drove off the lot in a wonderful new car.

Considering my car sat at another dealership due to my motor being locked up for 3 weeks without being looked at or anything, my level of frustration had reached its max. On a whim i called Feldman and explained my situation. My car was picked up from the other dealership and sent there. Within a couple of hours they called me with the diagnosis and plan. Fortunately, for me what happened fell under a recall and Hyundai was responsible for costs. The Feldman service department was able to install a new motor and job complete in 5 days when the other dealership couldnt do in 3 weeks. Hands down this service department is the best! They were easy to work with, very friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended them to all i talk to and will continue to! Thanks for everything you did!!

Never felt pressured into my purchased. Never felt like I was being rushed. Don took the time to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and that I understood everything. Was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.
Extremely rude salesperson/dealer - Sonakshi
Mr John (may be Jon) Paul at the Subaru showroom in Southfield was extremely rude today when my husband and I visited the showroom to have a look at Subaru WRX . After seeing the car we sat down to discuss the other details. While a negotiation may not have been possible , a simple “sorry, not possible” would have been a great way to say no to the price that we were quoting . He instead decided to shake hands with us and say that we were wasting his time. We were literally asked to leave that way.

Most unaccomidsting rude service department. Would never get another vehicle from them.No service provided on Saturday other than oil change. Very female unfriendly and unaccomidsting
