My wife and I recently were looking for a used car. Star Lincoln was the 5th dealership we visited. We told Tim what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car. He was informative and attentive, but he let us take the car for a test drive by ourselves, which we appreciated.

All Ford dealers have Thank you’d from mandagement. .I thought Lincoln would be a better experience than it was.

Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back.
Beware of Service Department - Greg
Took my 2018 Nav in for the 7500 mile service and they said they rotated the tires along with the oil change and standard inspection. The did not rotate the tires because my drivers side rear wheel was marked and is still in same location when they returned it. The work order said they were rotated. Very disappointed with the untruthful service. I am leery about ever taken it back because I can't trust them What a shame, because my buying experience was fine. Never had this problem at my last Lincoln dealership.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
