Today, a beautiful Lincoln MKC was delivered right to my door by Eva Meade. From start to finish, Eva was fantastic. She was professional, kind, extremely thorough (especially with the tutorial for this old lady who " didn't get it" over and over - and never lost her wonderful sense of humor. I would not hesitate to refer Lincoln of Troy and, especially, Eva Meade, to anyone wanting a wonderful purchasing experience. I purchased 2 vehicles from their used car department. The sales team was great I would recommend them in a heartbeat, unfortunately I would not recommend their service center, trust their used car inspection or even rely on the owner to step up and resolve the issue in the name of good customer service.
I bought 2 cars both have had issues. The first car has been in the service center twice and still has the same problem plus an additional noise that it shouldn't have.
The second car has several issues and hasn't even been looked at by the service center. I was told not to worry about it because it is still under factory warranty so I should take it to the Chrysler service center, even though Chrysler didn't sell it to me.
The service center acted as if I was an inconvience to them so I called the owner who said he would call me back because he was with a customer. I never received a call back from him but instead got a call from the sales manager who stated that the owner said he would buy both cars back. I don't want to sell my cars back I want them fixed.
Sales people are great but I would not recommend Northgate Ford and lincoln.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

I have delt with Al Liparoto every two years, for many years and I am always pleased with his very pleasant attitude and great personality. He strives to get me the car I am looking for and want in a car. Ilove my car, so thank you Al. I am truly going to miss him one day when he decides to ever retire. So Al, you must stay there forever, lol.

I took my care to Imlay City Ford as there was a great deal of road noise. I had had a previous problem with my shocks and struts and knew that the tires had some chopping from that issue but the road noise had increased and I thought perhaps a ball joint or wheel bearing was worn. After initial inspection I was told that the tires were shot due to uneven wear. This was expected and known to me. I was also told that the rear stabilizer bar was worn and needed replacing. I approved the repairs and received a quote for the repairs. Later on in that day I received a call stating that the tech had found that the right from wheel bearing was no good and this was not found on initial inspection. I authorized repair of this item also as I had suspicions that there might be an issue with these components. While repairing the wheel bearing the tech performing work stated and I quote from the bill "right front outer tie rod...separated during wheel bearing replacement". They told me that they would get the part in and the car would still be done that day. The part did not come in and the car was not completed until the following day. The service center also told me that due to having to replace the tie rod I would need a four wheel alignment. I told them not to break anything else while they were "fixing" my car. I had to borrow a car for work as mine was not ready and I need my car for my job. When I picked the car up the person who took me to the billing window was very smug and did not offer any sort of apology for the extra time or expense to fix the vehicle. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again and I will strongly recommend that others who are considering dealing with them look elsewhere. Worst customer service experience ever.
