Outstanding service - VirtuAl
Getting service at Audi Central was truly an outstanding experience. Driving into the dealership in the early morning, I was immediately greeted and checked in, As I approached Jack Busche's desk, he welcomed me and got me situated in a loaner Q5. He explained the normal maintenance to be performed and service updates to be installed. Before leaving in the loaner, I stopped by the coffee bar and enjoyed fine coffee with a snack. Upon my return latter afternoon, I expeditiously checked in the loaner and proceeded to Jack's desk. He enthusiastically walked me through the work done and escorted me to my car and extended a warm "Happy Holidays" good bye. The wife and I are thoroughly enjoying our Q5 and I dare say that the service rendered by Jack and his support team was superb.

Customer services is outstanding in the service department. Advisors are really good explaining items that they will look at and also recommending to the customer preventive and predictive maintenance.

I've been a long time Audi customer. I'm on my 5th Audi and I used to service at Millennium before Sewell took over. The service over the years (after Millennium) was night and day different. I was so impressed with Sewell. I've had to take my 2017 A7 that I purchased new there in 3 times in the past 6 months and I feel like I'm having Millennium flashbacks. I've seen service advisors with dip in their mouth in their office, I've overhead employees complaining about how terrible their customers are and it just seems like the nice "customer service" attitude is gone. I don't know what happened to this place but unfortunately I can't see myself going back.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
