I came in looking for a new car. They do everything in their power to get you in a car. They are very friendly in the beginning because they want your sell. They make it seem like they really on your side
However there are some things I didn’t care for . The car ended up going in my dads name . The financing process was very unorganized. My dad has an account with on of their financing company he was asking questions in regards to the company and the financing manage I. My option was very rude and his tone came off irritated when my dad was asking questions. My dad is also in his 70s so you would have though a little more compassion would be present .
Also when I test drove the car all the pieces were in the car . However after purchasing one of the main key features that was shown to me ( a mirror console cover) was missing . I immediately reached out and the sell instantly claims he doesn’t know what I’m talking about even though he used to work for the same dealer and make of my car. It has been almost 3 months and it still has not been replaced . It may sound small but if I sign for a 35,000 plus vehicle I want everything that was shown to me during the text drive .
Not to mention after driving off the lot my brakes are bad and the ac all of sudden stopped blowing hot
If you pick this deal please get your car checked someone else to Insure everything is correct

Check engine light came on and made a same day appointment for 530pm. Arrived and Mile was waiting on me, had my truck in the repair shop in less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he had a loaner truck waiting for me because they needed to order a part for it. The next day Mike called me and told me the were waiting for the part and he would call me when it was repaired. 2 days later my truck was finished and ready for me to pick it up. Mike was waiting with my truck when I got there and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes

Bought a used vehicle here. Has been in the shop 3 times in the 3 weeks that we have had it. The guy above all the salesman is so rude and made every experience feel like it was our fault and talked down to us. He got called out on his crooked lies at the end of it. We will NEVER do business with them again. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the guy. One guy ruined it all. Oh and the rental they set us up for? Closes before we can even get there.

I Received a letter in the mail OFFERING to buy my truck to bring it up to munday Chevrolet that they will buy my truck for $52,635.00 even if I don’t buy a truck. They offered me $7000,00 less and would not give me a print out so I could think it over. Said they won’t do that it’s in the system. Seems Really shady to me. Also the guy who sent me the offer would not even meet up with me. -Rodney Crow- .

This place is a dying breed really as the name on the sign means something because they still own the dealership.My moms salesperson Amy Mcguigan was exceptional and I would highly recommend you ask for her if you want a pleasant no bs experience. This was by far and away the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever been a part of.Scott Kaufman one of the managers was awesome too..Donnie Buckalew even came by and visited with us as well,most dealers wouldn't bother to take the time.If you are in the market for a Chevy or a used car I highly recommend Buckalew Chevrolet.No hidden dealer fees that a lot of dealers charge to pad their bottom line.
Letter from Chevy abouot a defective part - No more Chevys
Recently I recieved a letter from Chevy corporate office of how there was a defective part identified and if already replaced Chevy will reimburse me. Actually the letter has NO CHARGE capitalized and in bold. The letter goes on to explain to complete the claim form attach invoice and receipt and send to the dealer. Parkways, Joe Miller, promptly called to say that they would not reimburse my $100.00 deductible because I happened to have another defective part installed that had to be ordered from a previous service call. SO let me sum this up:
Chevy solicted me to send in my claim.
Chevy now wants to argue with me about rimbursement they offered in the first place!
Still own a 1999 Chevy Silverado, last 3 trucks were Chevy. Last three cars were Chevys, two of which were purchased at Parkway. Will not be shopping at Parkway again!

I purchased a vehicle from Robbins Chevrolet in October 2017. My salesman was Muin Ahmed. He did a great job and sold me the vehicle I requested. On July 13, 2018, I contacted Mr. Ahmed advising him I was interested in trading in my vehicle for another vehicle. He responded that day by emailing, "Happy and honored to hear from you, will get on it right away and let you know" Did receive an email requesting mileage on my vehicle. Since that day never heard another word from him and my emails ignored.
FYI... I highlighted 1 star because that is required to continue. Finally, I will not comment on any other associate or service at Robbins, only Mr. Ahmed's failure to communicate.

I am not one to leave a review, ever. After the entire process of trading a vehicle at this place, I had come to the conclusion, that car buying, and selling can leave the consumer very vulnerable. Long story short, I signed a contract on 10-10-16, and the finance guy didnt get the deal done untill days before Thanksgiving. I was told they were waiting on tax return documents to come back. After doing some research myself, that was in fact untrue. My trade-in had a loan at a local credit union, and the loan was showing to be late due to the pay off not being received for almost 2 months. I took a big hit on my credit score with the payment not being made. Then, the icing on the cake was getting a call from the finance manager (Mr Herrera) that I needed to come in and sign a new contract, because the original numbers wouldnt work with the bank, and this time around I needed 1000.00 down to complete the deal. I said no, I just want my trade back and want to be done with this place. He screamed at me over the phone that they didnt need my money, and went on and on about how they lost so much money on my deal. Which he then later called and apologized for his behavior on the phone, Im guessing someone heard him yelling at me. Once again, not my problem, I just wanted my truck back. I went back up there the following day after work, (mind you, its quite a drive) with my small children to resign the paperwork. Not one apology, not one sorry for the inconvenience, but rather a confused almost rude finance guy. He was in a hurry to get me out of there. Finally after almost 2 months of driving a vehicle I wasnt even sure that I owned, I was done with this place. I wasnt someone going in with a bad credit score, or needed a last resort, I was shopping here because I had heard great things, so I went. It was a nightmare, and did I mention I went through this process 9 months pregnant? Needless to say I wont recommend any of my clients/friends, I cant imagine anyone having to go through that nonsense. On the flip-side, Khan was super nice, and not his fault the finance department was horrible.

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!
Questable repair work - Not Happy
I have a 2016 GMC Denali 3500HD with less than 25000 miles brought to dealer with steering box leaking and a lot of play in steering and while the truck was in for service I let them do a oil change and lube. They replace steering box and change oil. Picked up truck and drop off my 2014 GMC pickup for a/c blowing hot air. Still had play in steering. Got under truck to take a look, notice steering box leaking grease and no boot covering shaft coming out of steering box, splash plate covering steering box area was warped on one side and bolt hole areas were cracked and fracture, and truck was not lubed during oil change. Returned truck to dealer to get above fixed. They now said it’s was a wore out idle arm so they replace it and adjusted toe. They replace boot on steering box shaft (which they forgot first repair) and splash shield.did not lube truck again. Play in steering gone but now have a vibration in steering wheel witch I didn’t have before. Without them test driving now the problem is my tires. Being a xxxxxxx to prove a point I went to a tire dealer and purchase 6 new michlen tires (1800.00) same as tires that come on truck witch only had 25000 miles. Return to dealer made them test drive and they said problem still tires and they need to do a 140 dollar road balance. And ask when do I wanted to make a appointment. The service advisors can do all this without checking the work already done by a mechanic that can’t even replace parts without forgetting some. And as far as getting it lube you have to tell them 3 time. I only asked twice because they do not grease unless told to. It’s my mistake to think they would lube truck when paying 225.00 for a lube and oil change without being told to grease grease certs. Quick lube did it for free. A/C on 2014 another long story.
