Outstanding Service - ranchdog
Mr. McDade is probably the most professional Service Manager I have ever met and I am in my 70's. He is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it in a very timely manner.
Tommie Vaughn in Columbus, TX stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was just a stored code that caused the engine check light to come on. The cleared the code and it came back on before I got out of the driveway. Then they said they didn't have the required mechanic to diagnose it. Will never return to this dealership and suggest anyone reading this review stay as far away from that dealership as they can.

Ronnie was great to work with. He listened to my needs and found me a truck that's perfect. I totally recommend visiting Ronnie when you are looking to your next vehicle.

Newest dealership in Pearland! - Codius66
After receiving a letter in the mail to buy my car for a good price, I took the bait and called. Bobby was very cool, and to be honest, sounded more like a football coach than a sleazy car salesman. There was NO pressure and didn't even try to push me into a new car! I took a look at the inventory on the lot and began to fall in love, but did not move further immediately, but warranty for life had me interested . All in all, this was one of the best car experiences I I've had out of my 6 vehicle purchases for my wife and I.. even the finance guy was nice and not pushy. There was one guy who came in to talk numbers who made me uncomfortable and made me feel
Like I was at any other dealership, talking fast and moving numbers around like a Vegas dealer. Being very impatient and hot tempered, I almost collected my car keys and went home. Ultimately I purchased the truck of my dreams and one week later, I saw my old car on their website for 2k more than they bought it for...however, that car was about to need some work so I feel it was a fair offer. When the time comes, I'll buy mor cars from these folks.

Top Notch Customer Service - pfulcherjr
Mr. Lundy has been selling my family vehicles over the years and he has yet to disappoint. He is exceptional at meeting the criteria that you are looking for in a vehicle. He has great knowledge of all inventory currently on the lot and will work diligently to make sure you are completely satisfied with your selection.
Even after sale, he goes out of his way to make sure that you get the service you need whether it be parts or service. We are grateful for his service to us and his commitment to make sure we are always satisfied.

Amazing Experience, Can't Say Enough - feld3943
After spending the last two weeks searching for the car I wanted to buy I decided on the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I spoke to several different dealers that wouldn't give me a price over the phone and insisted that I come down to play the dog and pony show.
I ended up finding a low mileage unlimited I called down and I spoke to Obie. Obie actually wheeled and dealed with me over the phone. He ended up getting his manager Cesar, on the phone. Cesar ended up giving me a pretty good deal and I decided to go come down to the dealership and see if we could close the deal.
To be fair, I didn't have the best credit score and they offered me a decent rate in the single digits. I had to go home to get them a paycheck stub and by the time I returned, Cesar informed me that he found a new bank that offered me 2% less on the interest rate.... Who does that?
I can't say enough about Obie and Cesar's professionalism. They treated me like a person and it was a win win for both the dealer and myself.
I LOVE my Unlimited!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion Team Dodge is a A-1 dealership.
New Jeep Wrangler - Taylor
Just bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership. It was a great experience with everyone involved! The salesman were helpful, and the finance department was quick, and not pushy at all. I was not hassled about anything extra that I did not want to purchase (i.e. Extended Warranty). I will say- go online for better pricing first, before you go to test drive.
Easy Purchase - artrecia94
My husband called Lee Brown to get us a new family car because he purchased a car in the past from Mr Brown & it was a great experience for him. He bought our last car from another dealer and they messed over us and Lee Brown and Gulfgate Dodge were able to get us out of that mess into a New Dodge Charger. We are grateful and will send our family and friends to get their cars & trucks from him... thanks again.
Horrible Customer Care - CWilliams1224
I was looking at purchasing a truck from this dealership and I have talked to many dealerships the past few weeks however never been insulted the way I was here by the sales manager. I had 2 immaculate vehicles (even complimented by the sales rep and manager) that I was willing to trade in, only to be insulted when I told him his offers were too low based on what other dealers offered me. This is absolutely not a way to do business with any customer but like he said they are a “small dealer” and most likely will stay that way considering the customer care I was shown. It’s truly a shame because now I won’t even entertain the idea of driving 6 hours to try and negotiate a deal. Thanks Martin Dodge for saving me a trip to a dealership that only is interested in profit.
Exceptional customer service - Tarine
I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Texan Jeep Dodge Chrysler. The staff was very professional and courteous. My salesman Tomas was so helpful and he listened to my vehicle needs. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and I am in love with my new purchase. From the sales to financing department I was treated as a valued customer. Thank you Texan for making my car buying experience exceptional!
Best car buying experience !!! - Awalker28
I drove 2 hours to come to Winnie Dodge and it did not disappoint. Jason Roberts, my salesman was awesome! Got me the truck I wanted with all my aftermarket request with no hassling. It was an awesome experience buying a vehicle from him. Financing department was wonderful to work with. All in all I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. I will be back for future purchases
Best Experience - Conde99

An excellent experience overall - Leeway85
After searching for a second hand Wrangler I found one from here listed on CarGurus. I went to check it out after work and was admittedly put off initially by how it looked but the salesperson, Reginald, reassured me the vehicle was not even 2 days on the lot and had not been cleaned yet (when I picked up the car the following day the detailer left me speechless with how good it looked). They were eager to make a fair deal and not at all pushy, plus I found the staff to be genuinely pleasant willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer was taken care of.
Great Experience... - Larry
The people at Tomball Dodge (Louis & Darrell) have always provided great service. They are honest on what needs to be done and have been very helpful when it comes to the amount of time required to get the work accomplished. We were taken care of from the time we walked into service all the way through to when we went to check out. Everyone was gracious and friendly. We will definitely be using their services for future and highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
Oil change - Robertjean
The service upon arrival was excellent. The wait wasn’t uncomfortable and my vehicle was returned to me in a reasonable length of time. The pricing seems a bit high, but nothing I can’t live with.
Great Vehicle Pricing - AR
I have never been to a dealer where the salesman have been liars and cheats I dealt with 4 different salesman here and none of them could give me 100% of their att. I was being juggled around made me wait hours to make the purchase and treated me lousy. And there sales managers where very unprofessional will never go back to deal with anybody at the spring location. As for their service dept that is different those guys there are the real deal when it comes to awesome customer service those guys there know how to take care of a customer.
Sales mgr./ finance did it to me again - Shonuffbigdaddy
This is not a dealership I would recommend black folks to visit. So I wouldn't get a refund/overpayment the dealership sat on my approved deal for 32days.if I was blond haired and blue eyes I would have receive 1st class treatment. The dealership could use a make over (diversity in all areas of the dealership).I am waiting to see if I will receive my $378.20 refund i will give another review when i receive my refund.
WORST POST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER - vellison123
I purchased a used Mercedes from the dealership here Thanks giving weekend. We looked for a huge name dealer for a reason. I was expecting to receive the upmost honest fair used car buying experience here. I was very clear ( have it in email) in asking the sales dealer if there was anything mechanically wrong I was advised there were nothing wrong with the car just cosmetic. There was also a tail light error on the car. When the salesman was asked he only advised that the car needed to be reset. After speaking with a very, rude and obnoxious sales man DENNIS FOLEY he responded “you bought your car 5 mths ago ...(Anyone who can count knows it’s been 3 1/2) what do you expect. He was uninterested in letting me speak at all. He was almost angry I was telling him about an obvious pr-existing issue. Next I spoke with a Steve Wolf - GM who I’d thought be concerned about selling of a lemon but he was also not interested in anything I had to say. Speaking over me stating the words AS IS AS AIS….. Exclaiming it is an AS IS vehicle "should I mail you what you signed? I explained I did not know about this until I took it in for a oil change at the MERCEDES DEALERSHIP- In a degrading way asked me why did I buy the vehicle , asking me why’d I wait. I tried explaining to him again that I was unaware of the oil leak and the tail light malfunction due to the fact that it was noticed for the regular service maintenance visit. This was how I knew. I explained to him I was told there were no leaks on the car and nothing mechanically was wrong. Bottom line communication with this dealership was dishonest. If I ask you about any oil leaks and mechanical issues this should be upfront. Instead it was hidden, tail light malfunction and an oil leak. They covered this up pretty well. Now we are stuck 3 mths later with a 3k repair costs while these dishonest people believe they can get away with it. I bought this 2006 car with only 61k miles. They clearly knew this was a lemon, Instead of being honest they would rather make a quick $$. Any smart business man would understand it takes just 1 person to burn to loose thousands in business, money and reputation. I expected better …… The GM STEVE WOLF is standing by " AS IS - however if I asked you is there anything mechanically wrong with the vehicle and if there are any leaks we are aware of and if I point out why is there an error on the tail light - the responses should've been honest. - Plain and simple these responses were not.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
Service Department is Disappointing!! - Vickey Johnson
Be prepared to wait. Please call Chrysler Care at 800 247-9753 to let them know of your concerns. This has to get better and this is a start. I have a 2017 Chrysler and I have brought my vehicle in three times for the same problem. I have waited over 3 hours one time and today was 5 hours. Unless we start complaining to Corporate we will continue to wait for long periods of time for each visit. Again please call the above number to let Corporate know.
Buyer beware especially if your a victim to the flood - Kspeakes
This has been the worst car buying experience of my adult life. I would be sure and check your contract and have your own financing when dealing with this dealership. The young man was nice but I would not recommend him in the future. I was asked to sign the estimate showing sales tax etc. On th estimate I was being charged for wheel locks which were not on car and window tint which is not on the car.
The vehicle is 2015 and marked up by at least 5-6k dollars. This is not how you do business especially after a natural disaster. Because I need a vehicle I went ahead and bought it. I will not recommend this dealership in the future not even to my worst enemy.
Excellent Customer services - Luissy
It was amazing get my truck with Carlos Paredes, it was smooth and quick, I have so much thanks to Angel In finance he make my deal right in the terms that I was needing. Thanks for the hard work
No upfront notice of diagnostic charges/overpriced estimate - Undisclosed Upfront Diagnostic Hostage Fees
Had our car towed to dealership for estimated repairs on a throttle body replacement. Service person did not identify any upfront diagnostic charges at estimate request. Upon receiving estimate for parts and service, respectfully informed service person I would like to check with secondary repair shop. Found expert shop to do same repair for 2 hours less quoted labor time, a free loaner car, and an overall savings of over $200 on a $600 repair. Upon contacting the delaership and politely requesting when the vehicle would be available for pick up by a towing company, the service person stated she would release the car when a $110 diagnostic fee was paid. Paid the hostage fee and moved the repair to the better source. Shady and shallow business practice. Don't blame the service person, appearantly - it's the dealership policy and business model.
