Went into the dealership on a whim. Looked at 2 cars just to see what they looked like. Then was about to leave saw a Nissan Rouge. The price was out of my budget. But we decided to look at anyway. Fantastic looking car. My 17 yr old daughter instantly fell in love with it. So the salesman asked my price range and I told him. Knowing the car was out of my price range he decided to check anyway. After some figures were thrown around I decided that my final number is all I can give and no more. He made my last offer to the owner. The owner proceeded to talk to me and he agreed to my terms. Totally a shocker but we got the car. I made one call to my bank and the deal was done. Truly a lightning bolt struck me in the heart. The owner a true professional and made my 17 yr old daughter totally shocked with the purchase. Being her first car she will never forget her first car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is about to buy a car to look at the dealer ship first. Hyundai of Baytown did me and my daughter an excellent deal. I started going to this dealership a few years ago because the Hyundai dealer I had bought from had a horrible service department. I’ve had great experiences with the service team over the last three years. Yesterday I had my Tucson appraised and spoke to the sales department. Syed showed me the new Santa Fe and all the safety features. I was so excited but it was a little over my budget. The salesman Syed and sales manager Brad worked on the deal last night and this morning. They were actually able to work with me and get me in my dream car. The whole experience was unlike any other car buying experience. They were very straight forward and able to explain the different options. I am thrilled about my new purchase and although I am planning on keeping this car for awhile I will definitely be returning to Demontrond for future purchases and the service of this one.

I was comfortable not pressured like other dealerships to buy a car. Mr. Gavin Ally was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he showed me. He had a nice personality. He answered all my questions. If he didn't know something, he went and found out. The other team member who did the paperwork was very professional and efficient.

The waiting period for the service to be performed was acceptable and the price tha I paid was reasonable. I don’t use quic oil change places because my car has a protective plate over the under carriage and it has 9 bolts that must be removed to get to the oil drain and filter.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Do not get your car serviced here. Will never go back. Had an appointment for 9am today for check engine light and then state inspection, dropped car off at 8:15am, and before the shuttle took me to work I saw them pull my car in. Got no response or updates on my car, called them and was on hold for 30 mins, finally got through on my 4th call, lady took down a message and had the service guy call me back. He called me back at 3:40pm and said my car was next in line. Why schedule an appointment if nothing was done to my car? What were they doing all day? Got off work and went to the see the status of my car at 6pm, they still didn't look at it yet. For check engine light don't you just connect to the computer and see what's wrong? I picked up my car and taking somewhere else. This happened to when I took my car for the airbag light. They said they had to order parts and would call me when the parts arrived. This was in September. I took my car to Texans Hyundai and they fixed it in 1 hour. Wasted a whole day and other reviews I've read it's happened to other people before and the GM just replies for them to contact him. If I was a GM I would reach out myself to see who dropped the ball. Do not get your car serviced here unless you can wait for a few days and don't need your car. I wouldn't even take my car back there if they offered to pay for everything and a loaner car. Horrible service.
