Great all around experience! - txmedic56
From the moment you walk into the dealership you are greeted by someone ready to help you. I was lucky to make contact with Albert and he helped me with everything. They worked the best deal possible and was able to give me a great deal on my trade so that I could buy my new truck. I’ll definitely be referring anyone looking for a new vehicle to Southfork. Great job!

Drove over an hour....worth it - martines
Drove from Houston after a terrible experience with Beck and Masten. Got more truck for a better price. No haggle needed. No time wasted. Premier Autoplex made the car buying experience AWESOME!
Great Service - JTorres
My car needed service so I called Gulf Gate Jeep and Dodge and talked to Steven Hernandez, he made my appointment and I after work I went and dropped it off.
When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by someone at the service department who opened my door and asked how he could assist me, I told him I had an appointment with Steven Hernandez and he showed me right to his desk.
Upon meeting Steven he was very welcoming and very attentive to what I was saying was wrong with my car, after a while he took my information and said he’d get my car fixed as fast as possible.
I had an issue with one of the batteries in my car that controlled the start/stop function and the automatic start.
A day later Steven called me and told me my car was ready for pickup! I was so happy that it was fixed so fast!
If you ever need service please please PLEASE go and see Steven Hernandez, he will take very good care of you!!

If I could give more stars I would. The experience was great. We were referred by a family member that had worked with Ginger before. And she did not disappoint!! She found us the exact car we wanted and worked hard to get the financing where we wanted it! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I'm in love with my new Durango!!

Lexi was extremely helpful. - Panadero0722
Lexi was extremely helpful and explained how long the recall updates would take and offered me a ride home if I didn't want to stay. She made sure my questions were answered and I was taken care of.
No pressure.No hassel. - Westbrazos
Pulled up to dealership.Walked inside and told them what car I had scoped out in their lot from Carfax.com.
A salesman,Dan,got the keys and off we went on a test drive.I really liked the vehicle. It was nicer than expected.
I thanked Dan and off I went to my bank.Dan did not push me or pressure me in any way.I liked that.
Back from the bank.I was given a run down on the gadgets, bells, and whistles.
Did not budge from MSRP pricing. - jimpierce
The only sales incentives offered were those offered by the manufacturer. Folks are friendly, but they rely on their local presence for sales. Experience has shown that better deals are offered by large city dealerships.
New car purchases - Travis3897
Love that it’s a small dealership, they really go the distance in helping you get exactly what you want. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great deal.
Crooked!! - MofTSC
Bought a used vehicle here. Has been in the shop 3 times in the 3 weeks that we have had it. The guy above all the salesman is so rude and made every experience feel like it was our fault and talked down to us. He got called out on his crooked lies at the end of it. We will NEVER do business with them again. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the guy. One guy ruined it all. Oh and the rental they set us up for? Closes before we can even get there.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
Service Department - Service
Trey Wilmore is one of the service advisors and I was very dissatisfied with my care and service at Texan Dodge, Humble. I had warranty work completed which require them to open the dash. They did do the warranty work fine but putting the dash back together left me with the air conditioning flow not correct. The initial service helper said they would have to talk to the service manager. told me they did not do this. I spoke to the service manager and he claimed they did not work on it and I would have to schedule a service to correct it. Not sure why I would have to pay for a service when it was working fine before the recall maintenance.
I had also purchased a three package for car wash, oil change and tire rotation package. The first change the came and informed me of the vehicle requiring a hundred thousand tune up and cost me over $1,000.00. The second time I went for the oil change, tire rotation and wash, I was informed of service required near $860.00. My last stop for oil change, tire rotation and wash resulted in a recommendation for my engine tune up again, along with fluids changed for $1059.98; cabin filter change, wipers, and tire balance for $164.90; tune rec. 100k, fuel injection, and engine decarb for $450.00; ending total $1804.80. I personally changed the cabin filter earlier fall, I had two new tires and a alignment and they told me it was required again.
This sale pressure is like when I was working retail and the manager told me to work at getting a $100.00 dollar additional basket. Worse thing is Texan Dodge just completed my engine tune up.
No pressure sales! - Shamro
Awesome experience! Highly recommend Andres. So happy with my vehicle and the whole buying experience. Couldn’t have been better. The no pressure sales was a pleasant surprise too.
Great service! - RRice
My sales rep., Roger Guerra, was very patient and friendly, throughout the whole process. He showed me their inventory and gave options for my budget range.
My experience buying a new 2019 Ram “Big Horn” edition truck - rocnjazlvr
1) Ben Rosenthal, my sales rep, was always helpful and never pushy. He listened to me politely and really got what I was looking for. The truck he brought out for me to test drive during my second visit pretty much had me sold @ first sight.
2) Steven Carrizales, the sales manager on duty who helped us get to a final price, struck me as a straightforward guy from the first. Negotiations proved to be relatively friendly, and felt fair.
3) Delivery and support after the sale were immaculate, so any possible buyer’s remorse I might have been feeling just plain dissipated.
4) The only real “salesy” moment came when I was in the finance office and the subject of an extended warranty came up. I was too tired to make a good decision by then, so instead of continuing to push, they agreed to hold the paperwork until the next morning, so I could sleep on it (and I still got to drive off in my fully gassed up, gleaming new truck).
Every day I drive this new Ram truck (previously I owned a solid, but not exciting Toyota Tundra), I fall in love with it a little more. It is roomy, the interior and exterior have a very polished look and feel, the safety features are super cool (and already proving helpful), and the quality of the engineering on the 2019 model reinforces in my mind why this truck is winning Detroit motor show and customer loyalty awards.
500 miles down the road, my initial evaluation is, “So far, so great!”

30 Days for Repairs - dbrumone
Worst Service department in the state of Texas 2nd time this dealer has done this to me it will never happen again they took 30 Business days for repairs
Worst service department ever! - JenJones225
After choosing this dealership to have my large insurance claim done, I received the worst possible treatment from my service person, Danny and the service manager,Robert Jackson. After taking so long to do the repairs, my insurance would no longer pay for a rental car. They agreed to let me use a loaner car. The first loaner car had a brake issue that was very apparent. After reporting this to Robert, I was told nothing was wrong with it and I was exaggerating. Finally Robert brought me a new loaner. When he arrived at my work, he didn't say a word and jumped into the other vehicle and sped off trying to hear the brake noise. He came back and claimed he didn't hear anything and it was all in my head. He slammed down the loaner papers, told me to sign and slammed the door when he left. That afternoon I got into the loaner for the first time and saw a chip in the top right of the windshield. I immediately called and reported it to Danny and he told me not to worry that they knew about it. My car was finally repaired after 35 days. Today, I get a letter in the mail from my insurance company that they filed a glass claim on me. I called to speak with Robert and see why he would lie and he continuously argued. They wouldn't let me speak to managment and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times to speak with management and they would hang up on me. Plus my brand new engine is now making a rattling noise.
Great experience! Great purchases! - Lmh056
Romel helped my husband and I find the exact van I loved and the next few days we found a great truck for my husband as well. The process was quick and easy. We love our new Chrysler Pacifica and Ford truck. Thanks to Romel we are driving safe and protected with a lifetime warranty in vehicles we love!
Bad experience - Lashonda
I am so sad and depressed about my experience with this dealership. I am left feeling so played and defeated because I am a women and now the service manager is being so rude. My car ran hot on my on Nov 6 I decided to bring my car to my local Dodge to make sure the repairs would be do properly especially because I have a 5.7L. I soo regret this decision now. Brandi the service advisor keep me up to date with information and I wrote down everything she told me every time she called. First I was told I needed a new radiator which I expected and that was going to cost my about 1200 dollars and I agreed to it. Then the next day she called me and said that coolant was leaking into my 3rd cylinder and it would be 600 dollars to diagnosis because of the labor. I agreed to that as well. Then she called me and said that I need a right and left head gasket, new value covers, and spark plug seals. I wrote all this down.I still have the paper!! She said it would be 2625 dollars. Anyways I reluctantly agreed to the repair because I still have a loan on this car and I would be upside down on a trade in. I should have known something was suspicious when my car was ready the same day after a head gasket repair. I am a nurse by trade so I don't know any thing about cars but when I google a head gasket repair it usually take 3 or more days. But I still picked my car up only to find out that its still broke. The coolant is boiling in the radiator reservoir. I took it right back. They said that it was a thermostat problem and they fixed the thermostat for free. 2 days later the same thing, coolant boiling but now my check engine light is on with code P0303 which is a misfire in cylinder 3. The same cylinder that was leaking coolant into it! So I go back to the dealership and the service manager is saying that not only did they never change my head gaskets they also never said that I had coolant leaking into my 3rd cylinder. I'm no looking over my receipts and I don't know what to make of all this. I had to take out loans to get this repair done and now I don't have money to do anything else. I am a single mother of 3 kids and its the holidays. This just sucks. Don't bring you car here. Don't buy Dodge period.
Poor Customer Service and Car Issues - DAJordan
1. On 06/12/2018 I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
2. On 07/26/2018, the Pacifica stopped running while we were driving it down the road. It had to be towed to River Oaks Chrysler. I spoke with Sales Representative: Gregory Washington, Service Consultant: William Hernandez, Service Manager: David Rhodes and Owner: Mr. Alan Helfman. I was told that the 2018 Pacifica had a battery problem and they did not have battery in Houston--the battery had to come from Dallas. It was returned to me on ?08/03/2018 with the impression that it had been fixed.
3. ?On 11/01/2018 the Pacifica stop running again while driving down the freeway. I was not able to contact anyone at River Oaks Chrysler to have it towed. ?We called William Hernandez several times and could not get hold of him. ?It was towed to ?River Oaks Chrysler by Fast Tow at my expense of $175.
4. As of 11/05/2018, they have not looked at our car for 4 days. No one has taken the time to look at the Pacifica. I was instructed that they were backed up and did not have the time and would "try to get to it". Once again, we did not receive an update.
5. I think I have been sold a "Lemon", this car needs to be fixed correctly or Chrysler should replace my car if they cannot solve the issue.
Car was brought into River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Thursday November 1, 2018. It was finally escalated and put in the shop to see what was wrong late on Monday November 5th, They ordered the parts and said once they arrive they will work on on the car. multiple called thru we week were made and messages were left. I called William Hernandez again on Monday November 12th, and was informed that the are installing the new computer that morning and will program it. They wanted to let it sit and run the car later that day to make sure everything is running properly and would call us to pick it up by the end of the day. I then called again around 4pm and no one answered. On Tuesday, November 13, called again left a couple messages to check the status of the car. at 9:15 I was able to finally talk to William Hernandez and was informed that they wanted the car to sit over night and try it one more time to make sure all was in proper working order and it was now ready for release.
It took 12 days for my car to get fixed. That's too long.
Service Department is Disappointing!! - Vickey Johnson
Be prepared to wait. Please call Chrysler Care at 800 247-9753 to let them know of your concerns. This has to get better and this is a start. I have a 2017 Chrysler and I have brought my vehicle in three times for the same problem. I have waited over 3 hours one time and today was 5 hours. Unless we start complaining to Corporate we will continue to wait for long periods of time for each visit. Again please call the above number to let Corporate know.
No upfront notice of diagnostic charges/overpriced estimate - Undisclosed Upfront Diagnostic Hostage Fees
Had our car towed to dealership for estimated repairs on a throttle body replacement. Service person did not identify any upfront diagnostic charges at estimate request. Upon receiving estimate for parts and service, respectfully informed service person I would like to check with secondary repair shop. Found expert shop to do same repair for 2 hours less quoted labor time, a free loaner car, and an overall savings of over $200 on a $600 repair. Upon contacting the delaership and politely requesting when the vehicle would be available for pick up by a towing company, the service person stated she would release the car when a $110 diagnostic fee was paid. Paid the hostage fee and moved the repair to the better source. Shady and shallow business practice. Don't blame the service person, appearantly - it's the dealership policy and business model.
Long time but worth it - txstringking
the process wasn't ideal, but in the end the wife is happy. Omar Coreas came out to help me and i wasn't sure about him at first. He didn't know everything about the car i was looking at but he didn't fake like he did. i posed a question about a trim detail and upon returning for a test drive, He knew the answer about the trim. I liked that about him. he'll go the extra mile for you too. Call/Text him (832) 769-7033
Worst experience ever - Alorenzo
Purchased new ram 3500 2 days before Harvey hit in August 2017. I brought truck in April 2018 due to it having smoke coming out from under the hood resulting from an issue with the water pump at 30,000 miles. Service advisor Tim was very unhelpful and had not commmunicated any information pertaining to the issue, again I researched the problem that I was having and found that there were issues with water pump on these rams. So I ended up trading my vehicle in for a 2018 1500 and added leather upholstery, bedliner, and fender flares. Two weeks later I am still without my truck after being told that my vehicle would only be in shop for about 5 days being picked up last Wednesday and still a week later I am without a truck and no communication from my sales person Shane nor a friendly follow up call from Sales manager Mr. Moore whom promised me he would reach back out to me after I addressed my concerns and promised me that he would have me in something for the meanwhile if my vehicle was not ready on yesterday. I finally decided to stop by and see what is really going on and speak to another Sales manager after I requested the General Manager’s contact info. I again addressed my issue and for whatever reason they did not hand over the General Manager’s contact information but told me they would relay the message to him. I find it disturbing that autonation allows this type of customer service with so much competition out in the auto industry. Never again will I bring my business nor will I steer anyone to this dealership.
THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!! - lefty1962
My daughter traded in her Buick Verano for a Dodge Charger in November. The car WAS suppose to be financed by Chrysler Corp was what she was told. Traded the Buick in, gave a down payment, had a co-signer which was her dad. They had someone drive down to where we live so that my husband could sign the paperwork, got all his info, bank statements, DL, SS. She starts getting calls from the company that financed the Verano that she was behind 3 months on her car payment. My daughter explains that she traded the car in and got a new car. The finance company tells her they never paid it off. My daughter starts calling Port Lavaca Dodge and gets the run around nobody knew what was going on! She speaks to the GM still nothing. Then 2 weeks later they call and tell her she needs to take the car back because it wasn't financed. Other people in our community had already said not to buy a car there, we should have listened!
