i have to say that Gulf Coast Nissan is the BEST dealership, I got in contact with RJ regarding a lease on a vehicle that I saw online. From the beginning to the end of the transaction (I ended up buying instead of leasing) He was super professional, very communicative and made sure that whatever decision I made he would be there to answer any and all questions. He is the type of guy that makes you feel like you have known him forever and talks to you like a friend and not a customer. There are not enough THANK YOU’S that I could give him for all he did for me. If you don’t ask for him then you are missing out!!!

i bought Nissan Rogue 2017 from sterling Mc Call they cheating a lot they give me a price and then they said we have extra in this car they cheating me about $3000 and i discover later that all this extra was in all rogue car and after sign papers i discover that this car was used for 500 miles and no jack in it and the financial man was so rude he try to sell us insurance many times and when we didn't agree he became so impolite i wish that night to cut all the papers and cancel this purchase , and no free service so so bad i don't advice anybody to buy from them

Dealers did a great job making me feel welcomed. Very well put together establishment. However, once the finance stuff began, it turned into a nightmare! Changed price on a used vehicle, I saw online a week prior but acted like the price I saw never existed. They pushed hard to make me add-on a lot of useless options that I said I didn't need. Made them fully aware I didn't want to anything down and they agreed until the final stages and forced me to pay a down payment or I would not be financed anymore!! The whole buying process took me 5 HOURS because no finance person was available to complete my deal because they were in meetings!!!
Once I actually left, it didn't get much better. My sticker price paper was shoved into my glove compartment, the car interior was wiped down with an extremely oily product and the knob on my radio was taken off. Completely lackadaisical effort to get my car cleaned and ready. To top it off, my oil was never changed. 3 weeks(1000 miles) later I'm already needing an oil change (No one showed me the car had an oil life display on the dash until the dashboard alerted me that my oil life was at 5%). Plus I need to drive 3 hours back to them because I work outside the state just to sign papers they forgot to give me on Day 1!!
Been a rough experience and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Felt like I was fast-talked through paperwork so I would end up spending more and that I was just another sale. But everyone has a job to do, and their job is to sell me a car. Just wasn't the best experience as my first time purchasing a car. Maybe it wasn't my day lol
Liars, scammers - These guys are horrible
I called and confirmed the vehicle I wanted was there before I drove from Austin only to have a confirmation
15 minutes before I’m there that they still had the vehicle, I showed up and they said they sold it the day before.
6 hour drive for a lie. I don’t back bad behavior and I’d never give them my business or even a chance at it.

Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off,damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. These people are true, kind and good hearted people who are truly there to help you find the right vehicle for you and your family. Mr. Traylor in financing is a true man of integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go anywhere other then Streater Smith.

I live out of town. It’s a 3 hour drive. I found a certified preowned (CPO) Nissan online and arranged a trip to drive, and hopefully buy the vehicle. We had already discussed the drive out price. I made the trip, then the price suddenly changed, and I had to haggle for 45 minutes just to get the originally agreed upon price again. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike one. Then there was a broken sunglass holder in the truck that was strategically placed so customers wouldn’t notice. I found it on the test drive and was told they’d have the service department repair it. Then later was told they wouldn’t because I wouldn’t pay one of the bogus fees they tried to tack on to our originally agreed upon price. It’s a $260+ part I’d have to fix. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike two. Now we’re over 3 hours in, they bring me the keys and there is no keyless entry fob. “Oh no sir, this truck doesn’t have that feature.” I pull up the ad on their own webpage, it’s actually a “highlighted feature!” It’s also a lie. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike three. I end up getting my down-payment back and walking on the deal. They tried to sell me another CPO truck, but the tires were almost bald and it wouldn’t start, dead battery. So much for that 167 point CPO inspection! Do not trust these scammers. Their word is no good. This business tarnishes the Nissan brand.
