Had the pleasure of buying a car with the help of Floyd Chambers. He was extremely personable and helpful. He had a calm demeanor which helped make thebprocess as stress free as buying a car can be. Dealership was quick with offer and counter offers.

Outstanding - Nikkee
i have to say that Gulf Coast Nissan is the BEST dealership, I got in contact with RJ regarding a lease on a vehicle that I saw online. From the beginning to the end of the transaction (I ended up buying instead of leasing) He was super professional, very communicative and made sure that whatever decision I made he would be there to answer any and all questions. He is the type of guy that makes you feel like you have known him forever and talks to you like a friend and not a customer. There are not enough THANK YOU’S that I could give him for all he did for me. If you don’t ask for him then you are missing out!!!
The car rental dept - Car12345
The car rental department has been very accommodating to both my family and friends. The process has been wonderful. When we have had repairs on our cars it has been made a lot easier to hop into a vehicle and go to work, etc...

Let’s start off by saying that my experience here at Central Houston Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did Carlos Reyes go above and beyond to help me get the best deal on my 2007 BMW 3 Series, he also made sure my family and I felt as comfortable as we could during our visit. He made sure we took our time with looking for the car that best fit our lifestyle and our needs, making sure we didn’t rush any decision and even had some toy cars that my kids played with to keep them entertained while we did our shopping. Hands down the best dealership in the Houston area and will definitely be coming back for future purchases

Best salesman ever - L. Jones
My fifth wife and I went to Fred Haas Nissan in search of a new vehicular device after our adopted daughter crashed our car into our garage after a night of eventful partying. We were politely greeted by a gentlemen named Raj. He asked us about our needs for our new vehicular device and quickly led us into the right vehicle. After being outside in the hot, humid climate, we came inside and offered us bottles of Fiji water, at every other place we had visited prior no one even offered us any form of hydration which was a delightful gesture. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Nissan Versa from him, a fuel efficient and inexpensive car in which we can be confident in lasting us a long time and getting every penny out of it. Definitely reccomend Raj Lal and the crew at Fred Haas Nissan.

I give Kristin Ware a 5 star review. she is a professional and understands we are frustrated when we drive up service department but WOW ! she type up everything I had concerns about my ride . put me in a rental and called me once to twice a day for updates until my ride was ready. she is a amazing service advisor .beautiful too! thank you for all your help. I recommend anyone coming here to Sterling Nissan to their service department ...ask for Kristin Ware and she will do anything to make a customer happy and make you feel like we all family here. FYI...also when your there ..request Mr. Salazar their mechanic to work on your ride..he is honest and find all sort of things in your that other people cant find and inform you that there's other issues to be aware of...I like that...he's the best.

Finance people like to fast-talk you into pricey add-ons - KellyO
Dealers did a great job making me feel welcomed. Very well put together establishment. However, once the finance stuff began, it turned into a nightmare! Changed price on a used vehicle, I saw online a week prior but acted like the price I saw never existed. They pushed hard to make me add-on a lot of useless options that I said I didn't need. Made them fully aware I didn't want to anything down and they agreed until the final stages and forced me to pay a down payment or I would not be financed anymore!! The whole buying process took me 5 HOURS because no finance person was available to complete my deal because they were in meetings!!!
Once I actually left, it didn't get much better. My sticker price paper was shoved into my glove compartment, the car interior was wiped down with an extremely oily product and the knob on my radio was taken off. Completely lackadaisical effort to get my car cleaned and ready. To top it off, my oil was never changed. 3 weeks(1000 miles) later I'm already needing an oil change (No one showed me the car had an oil life display on the dash until the dashboard alerted me that my oil life was at 5%). Plus I need to drive 3 hours back to them because I work outside the state just to sign papers they forgot to give me on Day 1!!
Been a rough experience and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Felt like I was fast-talked through paperwork so I would end up spending more and that I was just another sale. But everyone has a job to do, and their job is to sell me a car. Just wasn't the best experience as my first time purchasing a car. Maybe it wasn't my day lol
Personable, Caring, and Listens to the Customer - Becky
Roger McAdoo was attentive to us from the moment we met him. He asked what our preferences were, then worked to find exactly what we wanted.
He stayed with us through the entire purchase and truly cared about what we wanted. He is what I'call a "customer's salesman". Very good with people. Very good for repeat business for the dealership. A good role model for other salesmen.
Complete xxxxxxxx! Will say anything to complete sale! - JandD132
They told my wife they would get her stare keys to car, and a reflector that was missing. It was a deal breaker for us that there was a hole in the car and the keys were missing. Tyler assured us “one way or another he would get us keys and part” well my wife lost her keys and as we speak I’m paying a locksmith. The hole is still in the car, no part coming! This is the worst kinda place!
Steve Rowland gave me the jacket off his back! - Titan2017
Streater Smith is above and beyond the best Nissan dealership in Texas.I have shopped for Trucks in every Nissan dealership from Fort Worth to Bourne To Beaumont Houston Austin etc. I have owned 3 Nissan Frontier and now a 2017 Titan purchased and maintained by Streater Smith. My service contact Meagan has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and beyond continuously for the last 2 years. Steven Rowland and Leo Arias went above and beyond in every avenue to make sure we were more than happy in a situation we were completely comfortable in. Baker Nissan ripped us off, damaged our windshield, lied countless times and ignored our phone calls from the original sales person up to the dealership manager and finance man. Baker Nissan is Scandalis and full of liars. The staff at Streater Smith exposed their lies and took every step in their power to ensure us a great deal on an excellent vehicle. Steven Rowland literally gave me the jacket off of his back. Leo Arias treated us like we were family. Jennifer has always be the most polite and accommodating service consult you could ever ask for. These people are true, kind and good hearted people who are truly there to help you find the right vehicle for you and your family. Mr. Traylor in financing is a true man of integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go anywhere other then Streater Smith.
Scammers - Dustysa4
I live out of town. It’s a 3 hour drive. I found a certified preowned (CPO) Nissan online and arranged a trip to drive, and hopefully buy the vehicle. We had already discussed the drive out price. I made the trip, then the price suddenly changed, and I had to haggle for 45 minutes just to get the originally agreed upon price again. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike one. Then there was a broken sunglass holder in the truck that was strategically placed so customers wouldn’t notice. I found it on the test drive and was told they’d have the service department repair it. Then later was told they wouldn’t because I wouldn’t pay one of the bogus fees they tried to tack on to our originally agreed upon price. It’s a $260+ part I’d have to fix. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike two. Now we’re over 3 hours in, they bring me the keys and there is no keyless entry fob. “Oh no sir, this truck doesn’t have that feature.” I pull up the ad on their own webpage, it’s actually a “highlighted feature!” It’s also a lie. !BAD BUSINESS! Strike three. I end up getting my down-payment back and walking on the deal. They tried to sell me another CPO truck, but the tires were almost bald and it wouldn’t start, dead battery. So much for that 167 point CPO inspection! Do not trust these scammers. Their word is no good. This business tarnishes the Nissan brand.
