I Had the pleasure of assisting a client of mine to purchase a new Audi Q5. My client is moving to LV so he went to Audi Henderson and made contact with Zach Waugaman. Found the model he liked and I went to work on getting a deal done. All this would be done with me in Florida via text and phone. Zach is a true professional and passionate about the product. Within a few hours of getting the perfect model to fit my clients needs we had a deal ready. My client went in last night and bought the car. He told me the purchase process was smooth and they helped him drop his rental at the airport too. I highly recommend this dealer and you must ask for Zach when you make the call.

The Audi car is nice to drive, as long as nothing goes wrong with it. I have taken my car in twice and both times wrong parts are delivered to the delearship prolonging the time I am without my car. Don’t ever loose your keys because it is very difficult to get a replacement they have to order them which takes about 3 days but before they will order them you have to have your car towed there. This happened to me and they sent the wrong keys now I have to wait longer to get my car back. The end result is if you loose your keys you don’t have a car to drive. It would be nice if they told there customers this before purchasing. The keys also cost over 600.00 per key to replace. You would think st that price they could afford to hire competent employees to send the correct ones the first time.
