It shouldn't take a dealership 2 weeks to process the funding on s pre-approved customer using their own financing..avoid the finance department at all costs..the sales manager was great..but closing the deal was a tragedy. Unwanted add on attempts, service contract overpriced... unprofessional.

I called the parts department to follow up an order I was placed on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes the guy named Keith answered the phone who is very rude and unprofessional to me. Very poor service standards
He is ill mannered., Bottom line I was that helped and was given a poor rude and professional service from parts department.
A recording and survey of every costumer Phone call is necessary.
