With owning a luxury Cadillac you expect luxury service. Allan Cadillac exemplify white glove customer service approach. From the time I called to set appointment, they offered me a loaner vehicle to not inconvenience my daily schedule. Upon dropping off my car I was quickly welcomed who reminded me that I got everything out of the vehicle I needed, and offered me a water or coffee if I wanted one. On this occasion I was helped by Steve Blacker, who quickly gather all my info and made sure everything was correctly logged into the system and was then on may way. Once there was an update Steve communicated that my car was ready to be picked up and asked if I wanted a free car wash. Once I arrived my car was quickly pull up and I was on my way. This experience was consistent with previous service visits working with Tony and Tim.
Lots of people try avoid servicing their vehicles at dealerships because of the fear of cost or negative experience. Knowing that I am bringing my car to experts who know and understand what they are doing and to have such a positive customer experience is the main reason I will continue to bring my vehicle for service at Allen Cadillac.

I just purchased a Cadillac xt5 from Suburban Cadillac in Costa Mesa. They definitely deserve a 5-star review in all areas. My salesman, Aaron Buchholz went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of my dreams because they did not have it in stock. The negotiation went smooth and I received an excellent deal! Aaron is definitely an asset to the company. During my visit, I also met with Ken. He is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Extremely helpful, and made sure I was educated on all the Advanced Equipment in the vehicle before I left. He is known as magic Ken, and is truly a magical human being. The financing procedure went fantastic through Larry. Larry was all so wonderful. I've never liked dealing with the financial end of it, because they're usually real pushy. Larry was not! He was extremely helpful and I got exactly what I needed. I recommend that anybody interested in purchasing a vehicle,

My husband and I have had been loyal Yukon Denali's owners since 2000. It was time to shop for a new 2017 Denali, however we always wanted to have a Cadillac Escalade which we thought the monthly lease payment would be too high for us until we met RAY MCINNIS (Sales Consultant) and GEORGE KERIAKES (the finance manager) at Tustin Cadillacs.
Our experience with these two gentlemen was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, Ray and George welcomed us with open arms. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient and NOT PUSHY AT ALL!
CHRIS MONTEJANO (Certified Technology Expert), who spent close to 90 minutes teaching us all the technology bell and whistles of this gorgeous car, also has been very patient, kind and helpful.

I had a bolt fall out of my RF brake caliper. They fixed it in about a half hour. Cost of the bolt was $10.84. My bill: $297. You do the math. Avoid this place!
Sold car to someone else while trying to purchase - jeffatallpreferred
My parents came to buy a Cadillac and went to lunch while the salesman worked on numbers. They got a message that the manager Travis sold the car out from under him. No call to respect that they were there first and to let them continue the process, no courtesy and blatant disrespect. I gave Travis the chance to make this right, to earn my parents business back and he promised me he would first thing this morning. I explained to him that I would share the honest experience of what they went through as Dutton cares clearly not for all customers equally as the car went to a customer who was doing a lease return. Instead of keeping 2 clients, the lease return and my parents, they only kept 1. They lied to my parents, they lied to me about making it right and truthfully I am glad that they did not because they don't deserve our business in the first place paying half cash for the vehicle. It is wrong, Travis admitted it was wrong but you have done nothing to make it right.
Lack of customer service all around! - Bad experience 2017
From the onset of my lease turn in, to my new vehicle lease pricing, this dealership denied the national ad price from television with a screen shot from my phone, then the business office did not pay GM Financial the correct price for my 2015 Encore turned in, causing me to be harassed by GMF for 2 months resulting in a negative hit on my credit report and embarrassing calls to my employer. I will not do business with them again!

Horrible parts department service. Had my vehicle break down on the hwy on my way to AZ. Trusted the parts department to get the engine within 7-10 days as promised via the parts counter. Vehicle took over 2 1/2 weeks to make it to the shop after it was ordered. Do not trust what they say and would not cover rental costs but where happy to say sorry we will take 100 off for your troubles. WARNING!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOUR TOLD FROM HERE! Bad service and gave several chances to make it right. I've been around shops all my life and can believe they would treat a customer who spends thousands on a part so horrible... You have been warned.....

Very shady dealer! Found a good price on a 2016 Honda Civic here. Sent in over $15,000 in cash by wire transfer to the dealer to purchase the car. Rick, the sales person, was initially pretty good to work with, and was a nice enough guy. After sending them the money, they sent a purchase agreement written up on a financing form suggesting we were financing the car. Wrong! They even tried to force me to let them run my credit when I was paying cash for the car. But most troubling, the agreement included a mandatory arbitration provision. For those of you not familiar with them, these provisions effectively mean that you are waiving any right to sue the dealer if they screw up. They require binding arbitration with an arbitrator that the dealer gets to select. In other words, they get to pick their own judge. That is why many consumer protection groups have been trying to get them outlawed. When my daughter went to pick up the car, Rick told her she had to sign the arbitration provision. I talked to Rick who told me that California requires all dealers to have mandatory binding arbitration. A complete lie! I am an attorney, so not really a smart thing to say to me. I told him that was 100% incorrect, as these are tools of the dealerships, not state law. So he took it up to his sales manager,Harry . The guy was a complete jerk, refused to sell the car without an agreement to binding arbitration, and claimed he had no supervisor who could be consulted with to check his decision. I told my daughter to walk away. Cash in the bank, and they won't sell you a car unless you give up all of your consumer rights. Very disturbing! Do not use this dealer or any other dealer who follows this shady and deceptive practice!

I have a 2014 terrain which I've only serviced at casa de Cadillac. Alex is the service advisor and Eric is the service gentleman i was working with. On Christmas Eve I started my vehicle in the target parking lot and proceeded to drive, it made a puttering sound and refused to drive in the drive position. I turned the vehicle off and on only to have the same thing happen again. My car ended up dieing. My brother came with his car reader to see what the issue was. He detected a few issues with the camshaft cylinoide. We end up taking it to the service yard where it would be inspected on Tuesday the 26th at 8:30am. I received information on the vehicle around 3 in the afternoon stating that the mass air flow sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. $297 this would cost. I spoke to Eric several times regarding the camshaft cylinoide and my conserns that the problem wasn't being fixed properly. He gave me his word and said my brother was "putting stuff in my head." I again said i was concerned but I trusted his word because, isn't this why we take it to a dealership??? For piece of mind??? They released my car to me around 5pm. Today is December 28th, at my sons preschool my car did the exact same thing!!!! I reversed from my parking spot, and when I went to drive it wouldn't go. same exact thing it did the first time! So my brother comes back with his reader and again same freaking issue!!!!! So we get it to casa de Cadillac and I'm furious!! I have to be at work and they have no loaner car for me. Surprise!! So my awesome brother drove me!! Thank god! So I wait for a call, i missed it by 2 minutes, I called right back thinking they didn't leave a message. Of course he was now with a customer and couldn't take my call. When i got off i received a message from Eric stating the part was under warranty and they were test driving it now. He then says "oh and you also have a slow acid leak on your battery, you might want to have your brother change that." I thought are you freaking kidding me!! You had my car all day on the 26th and not once did anyone mention a battery???? You let me leave the shop in a dangerous situation!!! HORRIBLE!! I drove off with your guarantee I was safe! You didn't even consent with me prior to changing any repairs the second time, not even and explanation!! So when I got to the shop there was a lot of explaining to do on your end! WHAT DID YOU FIX that was now under warranty?? WHY WASN'T I told about the battery on Tuesday? WHY WASN'T I given the option to fix it? Oh wait because you guys know your ripping people off!!! You had taken me for $297 dollars for a $40 part!!! They were definety nervous and I didn't pay a dime. They admitted to there bad by not telling me about the battery, but now the trust is gone. I will not be bringing my car to this dealership and I suggest whom ever reads this take this as a warning! I will be reporting this, , so hopefully they take better care of your car. These greedy corporations take advantage of us because they think we don't know what's going on. It has to stop!!

the Service manager John Chappell and his crew are all top notch, knowledgeable,and a experienced crew. they have been keeping our family, 91 Eldorado, on the road for as many years now. always straight up and honest about what are car needs and how much it will cost, once the problem is diagnosed. sometimes fixing simple stuff on the spot, if time permits. with older cars, like are families Eldorado, the experienced staff can recall the problems that come up with the old cars. they also seem to be up to date and well informed on the newest technologies. great group of guys, I always enjoy talking with them.I don't think your going to find a better dealership, around, with this kind of quality service department.

I came, I saw, and SHE conquered ME... I was on the 10 freeway and saw the Crestview Cadillac sign. So I decided to have a look. I was welcomed by Julie, and told
her what I wanted. A 2012 Cadillac CTS with certain conditions. How much I was willing to pay for a down payment, and the monthly rate.
The conquest? Julie said YES!! can do. I came home with a fantastic car with all the option goodies I liked. The best part, Julie listened (very important)to my request.
