Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Service dept is great - Dirtdiver
I’d recommend the service department at Crown Dodge, but I’ll never buy a car there again. I was getting spam phone calls to buy my car at least once a week sometimes more after I paid it off early, couple of times the caller was speaking spanish for some reason, no habla espanol . This went on for almost 2 years, now not so frequently. If you do buy a car give them the wrong number or they’ll keep calling.
The staff over here are such awesome people! - Happy Customer
Thank you to Mikey, Robert and the rest of the team over at John Elway's. You guys Rock, your caring, very helpful and patient with your customers. I have been to many dealerships, but haven't had the friendly atmosphere like here. You feel right at home as soon as you drive up, we need more dealerships like this! They made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and worked out my numbers to the best of their ability! Keep up the great work guys:)

Purchase of new dodge ram truck - Bryan_suzette
Went into dealership looking for new car or truck. Was greeted by Chris and helped us out. Was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and trucks. Ended up buying a new 2018 dodge ram truck. Would recommend this dealer and would recommend Chris as well. Drove one hour to this dealership on the 4th of July and was well worth the drive with the experience we had at the dealership.

Compliments to this Dealership - Corinne
This is without question, thee best service I've ever experienced at a car dealer the entire 64 years of my life upon this planet! No, I'm not a relative of anyone that works there! Just a completely satisfied customer! May I say "kudos" to Mr. Larry Green with my hat off to Mr. Ed Reynolds, Fleet Manager/Sales. "God Bless and thank you!"
Years later, they still take care of me. - yepthisisstillme
The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

Always good care - Suziecruisie
We bought my Chrysler Pacifica from Tuttle Click. Got a great deal, better than other Chrysler showrooms, and they found me the exact car I wanted, as they didn’t have it on their lot. Soon after I got the car there was an issue with air leaking in one of the small triangle windows by the front passenger seat. An unusual problem, the first of that sort they had seen on this new model of car (this was 2016). Issy in service worked hard on getting the problem solved and succeeded. Since then when I have had recalls on the car they work on it immediately and in a timely manner. The bonus of having a loaner available adds to the ease of repairs. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Issy, as well as his kind and thoughtful manner.
Jim Brooks is awesome!! - Auners
My husband was searching for a new truck and this was the only dealership that had what he wanted in stock. It was a bit of a drive to get out to Glendora from Lakewood but totally worth it. Our dealer, Jim Brooks, was so knowledgeable about the Ram we purchased. He worked to get us the best possible price on it, and even rolled up his sleeves to do the glass coat on it himself while the friendly and non-pushy finance folks handled their part of the deal. Jack of all trades! He was so laid back and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our experience with him. He really knows his stuff and he's super personable. He wasn't pushy at all - like a lot of salesmen are - which we really appreciated. We had a great experience at this dealership and will totally recommend it, and especially Jim, to others.
Best buying experience in 25 years!! - Blondie
In the past 25 years, I have purchased at least 15 brand new cars and Glen, KC and the entire Moss Riverside Team made the daunting task of purchasing fun!!!
They are dedicated to finding you exactly what you want and will go any distance to get it for you.
The service department even went out of their way to help me prepare for a road trip and getting my towing features installed.
These guys will not let you down!!
Typical Sleazy Dealership tactics - cricutchick
We wanted to purchase a used car for our son. We went through our credit union recommended site and saw the car he wanted and a good price, but when we got there they upped it by over 1K for things that were not listed on the website and wouldn't remove them or discount them off the car. So it was take the car my son fell in love & pay for crap we didn't want or disappoint our son and keep looking. If it was for me I would have walked away. but it wasn't. Then we got the car with a quarter of tank after being told it would be filled up. We we called to check if the sent the paperwork to my finance like the said they would, I asked about the gas and told that their policy for used cars only get $35.00, not a full tank.. But I spoke to another person later, they said they don't have a policy with putting gas in a used cars. if that wasn't bad enough, it took all next day for them to send over the contract/PO to my credit union. They didn't receive it until the end of business, too late for them to work on my loan. I very disappointed with this dealer and will not be returning to them with any future business. BTW no manual for the car just recommended us to go online,"you tube it," only gave us one key and told us to go to a Ford Dealer to get another,
Very efficient - Johnroz87
Been in the market to buy a new Dodge an ur salesman Andres was very helpful in finding the perfect truck an helped worked out an awesome deal on a new 1500 ram.
As bad and underhanded as a generic mechanic - Dmitry B.
For a service department of a Jeep dealership, they show remarkably low understanding of the work required, and seem to be geared towards maximizing profit at the expense of the customer. There's no confidence that the service department is knowledgeable enough, or even honest enough to work on problems slightly more complex than an oil change.
If you are willing to give them any work, even under warranty, make sure you check all paperwork and double-check if the repairs are necessary and carried out in full. I know, this is asking a bit too much from an average person, so my suggestion is to avoid dealing with them altogether.
I own a JKU 2011 with manual transmission. At approximately 39000 miles, while the vehicle was still under warranty, I brought it in with a concern about a noise pertaining to the clutch. The service department has "diagnosed" the problem and suggested to replace the clutch. Thinking "this is a Jeep service department, so they must know what they are talking about" I have agreed to the replacement. Alas, clutch components are not covered by the warranty, so the expense came out of pocket.
One and a half years later, the hydraulic system of the new clutch has failed. It turns out the service department has replaced the slave cylinder, but kept the original master cylinder. Sigh...
Another two years go by, and now at approximately 78000 miles there's noise coming from the clutch again. This time I took it upon myself to look up the symptoms, and found a specific TSB describing the exact problem. The gist of it is that NSG370 transmissions have a design flaw that doesn't put correct pre-load on the throw-out bearing; the correct pre-load is achieved by adding some washers and whatnot.
Albeit the vehicle no longer under warranty, I brought it in for diagnosis. While describing the problem, I've shown a printout of the TSB to the service advisor, and was told that when the technician will be performing diagnostics, any and all relevant TSBs will come up, so there was no need for my input at the time.
Alas, the final diagnosis has disappointed. The found problem was generic (i.e. "throw-out bearing is bad"), no mention of any TSB. The suggestion was to replace the clutch. Again... Except this time it is almost 1.5x times more expensive.
1. Notwithstanding the need for the original clutch replacement, the job was not done professionally.
1.1. When hydraulic clutch components are replaced, it is advisable that both master and slave cylinders are replaced at the same time; because one of the cylinders was not replaced, the hydraulic system has failed.
1.2. The TSB in question should have been implemented with the original clutch replacement, as this is a known design flaw of all NSG370 transmissions.
2. The most recent diagnosis is failing to take into account specifics of the problem, opting for a generic description, and excessive suggested repairs.

Understaffed Service Department & Poor Quality Control - 1Herron1
Poor management of dealership, highly understaffed service department and poor quality control.
Appointment made for a Saturday, and only "1" service department writer and waited over 45 minutes. This attributes to being a management scheduling issue, lack of customer service.
No return phone calls by voice mail nor even to others within the service department. Attributed to poor training by management.
Workmanship by service department lousy, and poor quality control.
Picked up vehicle, taking to another dealership.
Worst service - Julian
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours.

scam!!!!!!! - dscdsc
I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!
The BEST experience - JulieJustin1414
The thought of going to a dealership and buying a car is right up there with going to the dentist for me.
I totaled my car and my wife and I have been looking for 6 weeks for the one that we wanted. I found it online at this dealership. I called and spoke to Art Kupelian. I asked if the car was still available. He asked for my info and told me that he would call me back. I was skeptical because I thought he just wanted my info. What followed was about 30 minutes of text messaging back and forth. He asked me ONE time if I wanted to come see it. No high pressure or games. The one thing that struck me about him as unique was that he was extremely articulate in text and seemed extremely professional.
I then told him that I lived 80 miles away. I explained to him firmly but politely that I was willing to come see it HOWEVER if the price or availability of the car changed before I got there I would be forced to cause a major scene and retaliate on social media. He was kind and understood. We negotiated a price online so it was in writing. My wife has been under the weather and a 90 minute car ride one way was not something she wanted to do but I convinced her it might be worth it.
WAS IT EVER!
We bumped into Art as we came out of the restroom there. He was very professional and made us feel at ease. We went for a test drive and could not believe how clean and lightly used the car was. We purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited.
We went back inside and they were nice enough to let us bring our puppy with us. We filled out a credit application and I presented my pre approved docs with Capital One financing.
The longest part of this process was the financial paperwork which seems like the norm. There was no haggling and although I could have tried to deal on the car we felt like we got a ridiculously fair price.
The finance guy, Sean Green was great as well. Sean wanted to ask us to buy a warranty but we declined. He tried hard, which is his job but was super polite about accepting our wish not to purchase it.
As we went outside to leave we met Ted Barnes who is Art's manager. We spent 10 minutes explaining that after viewing literally hundreds of cars online, we really wanted this one. The whole process was a leisurely 90 minutes and one that I would repeat again with Art and Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
Art is THE most professional car salesman that we have ever encountered and we HIGHLY recommend him and this dealership.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Jesse
THE WORST experience I've ever had with a car service ever in my life. Bought a $60,000 Hellcat here. Had to come back 3 times with the same check engine light problem which they were unable to fix. First time, one of the girls, Liz, accused me of installing "after market parts" into the car, which was absolute BS and tried to charge me $300 to re-install the firmware. When I refused to accept that, they just cleared the check engine light code and sent me home. (not to mention that Liz was very eager to ask me to give her 10 stars when I get a satisfaction survey email)
Of course a week later the light came back. This time I was talking to Stephanie, I explained to her that the code is associated with the fuel pumps, which likely need to be replaced (after doing a simple google search for the code). The car was sitting there, outside (got it back looking like it was sh*t on) for 3 weeks. This is not a $5000 used car. it's a $60K premium car. Would it hurt to hose it down before returning to customer? I should get it back in at least the same condition I brought it in. Again, it's a $60,000 vehicle and they just toss it back to me with a layer of thick dried up dirt on it even though there's a bunch of guys washing cars for new customers in the same garage.
When I lost my nerve and started inquiring, it turns out that nobody touched the car for 2 weeks until I started complaining, and then they proceeded to replace the wrong part, apparently cleared the code, and sent me home. Of course, the code came back again. This time I took it to Glendale instead, where they fixed the problem within 24 hours (and for those curious, yes, of course it was the fuel pumps, which they replaced)
At the same time, I had a plastic cover on the bottom of the car that needed to be replaced. Although I went to great lengths to explain to Stephanie exactly which part was broken, and I even had a printout of the part name AND AN IMAGE OF IT, I found out a month later that they returned the car to me without fixing anything, with a hole under my engine.
Everybody in the shop has a crappy attitude and acts as if the customer isn't even there. After I complained, I turned around to see Freddie (I made sure to take their names this time) laughing behind my back. I guess I was just another inconvenience for them to laugh off.
During this entire nightmare, I was told several times by several different people that they would call me back. BUT NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. The service girls run around with their iPads but when they tell you they will give you an update on your car before the end of day, don't expect to hear back. They never do. I always had to call and ask. After I complained to the owner of the dealership, I was told someone would call me the following Monday, of course nobody called. I had to demand their attention once more to get anyone on the phone.
I filed a complaint with Dodge and am in talks with a lawyer, since my car spent a total of over a FULL MONTH at this place and they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. I went through so much trouble asking for favors, taking time off work and not being able to get around without a car. A month of sitting outside in the dirt and the car was returned to me untouched. I will never return here again (which sucks because Glendale is a much longer drive, but it's worth it a million times to avoid this place at all costs).
