The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. We required a lot of patience...I couldn't make up my mind. Richard, our salesperson was awesome and stuck with us during the decision process for quite some time. Amazing. We ended up with the perfect car that had everything we wanted - and he didn't push new on us that didn't have what we wanted -although I am sure the outcome isn't as good for him. Not many people would do that.
In addition, there are a few small things that the car needs, and service has us scheduled and ready to go next week for that. I have purchased a ton of cars and my own family is in the business. Best experience ever!

I brought my Jeep to the service department to get a full service. I was helped by Caesar who just made things very easy for me. Also, I didn’t feel like he was offering me services on my vehicle that I just didn’t need. He stayed in communication with me thruout the process and made sure that that my vehicle was ready when I needed it to be. I also want to give praise to the cashier. I forgot what her name was but she was a good looking Latina woman with really nice fingernails (respectfully). She had mentioned to me that she feels like the dealership is her home because she is there so much. Lol!!! She had all of my paperwork ready for me when I came to pick up my Jeep. She was very nice and courteous. I am definitely referring your service department to my friends for sure.

I bought a 2016 JGC SRT from this place. I LOVE my car and cannot stand the people that work at West Valley Chrysler Jeep.
First off, I'm not here to bash this business. I'm here to leave a fair and thorough review so my credibility is not lost. To get right into it, I had my financing already done with my bank. Price on the JGC is already agreed upon. I've done this SEVERAL times.
I'm texting a salesman named Nelson. I let him know my bank is sending the check out for the car overnight mail so instead of coming on the night we agreed, I said I'll come the next day so they have the check in hand and no issues. Plus, no big deal right? What's another day to wait and make sure things aren't rushed. Well, common sense ain't so common for Nelson.
Nelson says "it's ok, just bring the pre approval from your bank and you can take the car home tonight. We work with X bank all the time so we won't have any issues".
I take a $60 Uber ride to the dealer to then be greeted by another sleazebag saying he just needs my info to "verify my identity" and brings out a credit application. I promise you I could have gone ape shxt at that point, but I kept my composure. This guy literally lied to my face saying "I wouldn't lie to you.." (the irony right?) so I cautiously omit some info if this really is needed to 'verify my identity' (because normal people don't use I.D.'s anymore) and the xxxxxxx comes back after 10 mins saying he needs to run my credit to take the car home tonight.
Now remember, the deal has been done, my bank has already sent the check and I can easily sign DMV papers and pick up the car the next day but Mario and Luigi can't use their little brains to think hey maybe we shouldn't have told him he can pick up the truck tonight since we're gonna ask him to run his credit anyways, but nah, they rather waste my time and money and almost lost a sale. They probably wanted to try to get more money by seeing if I would finance with them, but I'd never do business with them again.
They gave me a loaner car which was fair, but had a quarter tank of gas. I went on my way and came back the next day, they got my check and signed papers just as I've normally done.
The guy in finance was cool, but even then they sent him the wrong file so he tried to expedite my process but the other goofballs had to mes sup just one more time.
Oh and on my way home my dash displayed a "service active suspension" light and i thought to myself of course and then thought should I take it back to them for service? HELLLLL NO!!
If you're still reading this, thank you and make an informed decision if you plan on buying a car from here. I know a majority of dealerships have a bad rep and I know salespeople have a tough job to survive and feed their familes, but a little integrity and customer service goes a LONG way. I'll never refer a family or friend to this dealer and ask that you do your research to see if you should do business with them as well.

Do you enjoy being lied to and having people wast your time? If so Bravo Chrysler is the place for you. I negotiated a price for a used 2016 Expedition, and asked twice about dealer add-ons (nitrogen filled tires, door guards, alarm system, etc), and was told twice there were no add-ons. Well, after spending nearly 4 hours, and having them do a hard credit pull, the lies became apparent. Lupita (or Lupe), informed me that there was a pre-installed car alarm that cost $1,495, and that it was humanly impossible to remove the alarm.
I did not end up buying the car, and management (Cesar) was indifferent to the switch and bait that took place. It would be best to avoid Bravo Chrysler, and Lupita. If you do go there don't let them pull credit until you get a written cost for the car you want. Don't believe the lies that come out of their mouths. Also, if Lupita tries to interact with you, ask for someone else, someone with honesty and ethics.

Worst service in every single level possible... forever to check in... terrible system... call to say ready when it’s not... rack up charges... and then the coup de gras... tried to charge thousands to diagnose an issue that “may or may not be covered by warranty... if not... on you... but need to do to diagnose and submit for approval”...

I leased a brand new grand jeep Cherokee in feb 2018. 6 months later the Jeep has been to the service department, four times, for the same problem. That in and of itself is frustrating enough add in the horrible customer service and you have a super unhappy customer. Twice I've been called to come get my car; both times I drove off the lot only to turn around and bring the car right back because it wasn't actually fixed. The sales manager was too busy to help me because he was helping new customers who were actually buying cars. His actual comment. He told me to take a look around the lobby and see how many customers were waiting. He actually agreed that once you buy a car he washes his hands of you. NO JOKE- you can't make this stuff up. Once he continued texting while I was talking. 3 times he said he'd call me back and 3 times I had to drive over there to find out what was going on, It's really been an awful experience. They take not keeping commitments to a whole new level. The brand new car that doesn't work is one thing being treated like your time, the money you spent with them and your concerns are irrelevant is flat out offensive and gross. If you have to use this dealership good luck to you. You'll be fine if you don't need them for anything. Should you need help with your car after the fact they'll be too busy selling cars to help an existing customer. @chrysler @getdodge @chryslercare

I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!

After 2 and a half hours test driving a vehicle and waiting to see if their financing would match my banks APR pre approved loan, we made a deal. The salesman said their financing dept would beat my bank by 0.4% APR. We shook on it and the vehicle was sent out to get washed and detailed. A few minuets later he came back and no deal on their financing and if I wanted to use my bank, I would have to sign a contract with them at 1.92% higher APR. He said wait to get my first statement/payment and then take the loan to my bank to have them cut a check to pay off the loan and have my bank take over the loan. Of course I refused and promptly left. It's too bad because the vehicle was perfect for us and the price was right.
