Villa Ford is always a great place to do some research on a Ford car or truck you’re interested in, but it’s definitely the place to have your car serviced. Sheldon on the service team makes sure you are “in the loop” but contacting you with frequent updates on what’s happening to your car, and I had a rental thanks to the outstanding warranty on my leased CMax. There is also a bunch of other terrific staff, and a machine that makes a HUGE variety of hot drinks (these little touches can make a big difference!). Also the lounge is open and inviting, and the dealership is freeway close and easy to find.

Everyone at Colley Fords was wonderful. No one likes to spend a lot of time buying a car. When I talked with Ismael Gonzales, the internet Salesmen I worked with he understood that clearly. I went to the dealer on Saturday to check out the vehicle, I knew exactly what I wanted and was there for about an hour and a half. We texted several times Saturday and the sale was approved late Saturday afternoon. I arrived at the Colley Ford at 9:45 Sunday morning papers were ready and I left with my new Explorer Platinum edition after some system training at 11:00 am. SWEET!!!!!

Need to hire Transmission techs more than one - Jcrhbs
Been trying for two weeks to get into this dealership for an important trans diagnose and service truck that keeps displaying the yellow wrench 🔧 sign on my dash board when truck down shifts. Trans or torque converter issues on 2016 FX4 Ecco Boost. Also drivetrain noise on front hubs.
Monday 1-8-18 I received a call from my service writer Raydell that the One and only transmission tech that Chino Hills Ford has in in school or training all week. Now I’m pushed out until next Monday, 1–15-18 almost three weeks now to get into my local dealership for an important trans Service. Service writer claims they only have one tech because it’s the slow season. Really, what about if he’s out sick or on vacation. May have to check out Colley Ford or Hemborge Ford.
Come on guys your a busy dealership please hire and employ more than just one Trans tech for your customers. I rate at zero until they step up and bring in the staff and techs to do the job.
This is not acceptable Ford Customer Service at all!
Cant recommend this service center until they have the service personnel to do the job.
South Bay Ford Review - 'Mustangs Today'
“Five Stars” says it all! From the first time I visited South Bay Ford to the day I drove off in a new 2017 Mustang, my experiences at this dealership have been fantastic. Looking at the inventory online and then visiting the dealership to actually see the cars, allowed me to compare the different trim levels and to meet the very nice and knowledgeable staff who work there. Mr. Patrick Purcell, a Fleet Manager, was the one who assisted and guided me with the search for my Mustang. He is simply the best when it comes to making sure that the customer finds the right car with the proper equipment. Naturally, South Bay's inventory and sales prices fit nicely into my car search, so I was able to choose a car directly from the lot. After a test drive, it was 'Game Over' - I was Sold! The car was everything my old Mustang was, but only newer & better. The 2017 is not my first Mustang and, for sure, it will not be my last... I can say this because, I got a great lease on a great car (and you should too!). The people at a dealership really do make a difference, and I trust that you will find South Bay Ford to be one satisfying experience.

I totaled my car, and really wanted a C Max Energi. I went to Simi Valley Ford not knowing what to expect a, but I knew what kind of car I wanted. They not only help make it into a brand new Energi, but they helped me with financing and were able to keep my payments low even though my credit is really bad. They really went the extra mile to help me and work with me. Everyone there was very nice and professional, I have no delusions I know that they wanted to sell me a car, but I also went in because I wanted to buy a car. They were all very helpful and they were all very easy to work with.

I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP. I brought in my 2014 Ford Focus for service this past week on a transmission issue and was greeted by the nicest service advisor named Pete Ferra. He listened to what I thought the problem was, showed his humble knowledge, and reassured me that they would fix the vehicle so that it would be safe to drive. Bob, the shuttle driver, drove me to work so I didn't have any huge disruption in my day (and he also was an absolute joy- kind, personable, and a safe driver). Pete called me a few hours later and told me they would fix the problem, not to worry, and that they would have it back to me the next day. They had it back and done when I needed it, did a multi-point inspection to ensure nothing else was wrong, and washed it so it was PERFECT when I got it back.
As a young female, whenever I walk into a dealership/auto shop by myself I am nervous that I might be upsold on things that I don't need or be taken advantage of. That was NOT the case at Theodore Robins Ford. I left happy and reassured that I got the best service and care possible. Take your Ford to Theodore Robins Ford! You'll be SO happy that you did.

Mr. James Starr the service writer and Sam the technician were top notch helpful this morning when I brought in my 2017 FORD F150 for an oil change and multi-point inspection. The professional technician Sam installed the courtesy interior protection before the service was performed and I just cannot say enough good about my experience with Jim Charlon FORD or Ridgecrest. They are very nice; however, don't expect a large discount from their market pricing. They don't use KBB pricing and are at least a couple of thousand over the high private party price. I drove 2 hours from out of town expecting to negotiate high KBB price, but they were only willing to drop their price $150, and claimed to be making only $50 on a car that was on their lot for 10 days. You would not be able to stay in business if you were only making $200 on each car.
Other than that, the car seemed to be in very good condition and the salesperson Thomas was helpful.

I made an appointment to have this recall issue taken care of. Made an appt with Ryan Cubidez during my arriving. Ryan was at his desk and did not have to be paged. He wrote up my request and gave me an estimate to completel. The work was done as expected. I received a call from Ray that the work was done. He noted after I checked out with the Cashier that the car was not brought to the front in a timely manner. He followed up and got immediate results.

The one star is for service rep Emmanuel Glock and not a reflection of other reps or mechanics, or the new car sales department from whom I purchased 3 Ford cars in just last year and gave them all 5 stars.
I took in a 2017 Explorer on an official recall on CO leak, he said it's not a recall, but a recommendation, finally he backed down after I said I had a CO alarm and it went off. Then he ask if I had brought the car from them, as if he's trying to find some reason not to honor the warranty, (we all know we can go to any Ford dealer for warranty services). All these time displaying a very rude, indifferent, and unwilling attitude. Very bad manner. Very bad experience for me.
Ever since Mandy left, whom has been my trusted service rep for last 10 years or so, I have not had one good experience at the service department. I think I'll try other places and buy my next Fords somewhere else, as the repair experience is more important than the purchase to me.
