We looked at different cars and he went over the options but never pushing us to make an immediate decision. We came back two more times before signing a deal but he was still as helpful and genuinely friendly throughout as the first time we met him! Had the BEST new car buying experience. I live out of state and was working with Melissa Cervantes. Not only did she find the car of my wife's dream, she was able to get it at a better price than any of my local dealers in my state. She was an expert in her knowledge of the vehicle, and quick with her documents. Time was not wasted. I flew out to get it, and the paperwork took less than 2 hours. I was on the road and back home in less than 10 hours total time. Listen, I have bought at least 10 vehicles in 25 years, and by far, this was the best service ever. I gave this 5-Star rating to Bishop Ford dealer for the courteousness of the Service Department employees I have dealt with. They have all been professional, as they should be, and because they have been extremely helpful to myself and my wife during the three visits of the past several months. Eight or nine months ago we needed a regular oil change. We were informed of the Ford The Works program, which involved oil change, tire rotations, fluid level checks and various safety check. This was less than fifty dollars. A while after this service, we were notified by Ford that the passenger air bag was involved in the Takata recall. The notice said not to have anyone ride in the passenger seat, as they would be subject to injury if the air bag was deployed. My wife and I are in our seventies and this concerned us. I called the Bishop Ford service department every month to see when new air bags were available. The service department people all were very polite when called and assured us we would be notified when they came in. They did call as soon as the air bags were available and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The latest service was for our seventy five thousand mile oil change and check up. They set an appointment up on our schedule, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Ford still had the 'The Works' program in effect. I hope they continue this program as I cannot maintain the vehicle like I used to. Everyone we spoke to on these visits were courteous and pleasant. There was no pressure of any kind during our visits. I can't say enough for these employees.

Sharing a great experience. Mr. James Starr the service writer and Sam the technician were top notch helpful this morning when I brought in my 2017 FORD F150 for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Mr. Starr was right there to greet me and was able to get my vehicle serviced amazingly fast! The professional technician Sam installed the courtesy interior protection before the service was performed and I just cannot say enough good about my experience with Jim Charlon FORD or Ridgecrest. THANK YOU to everyone there that has always been so helpful. We will of course purchase our next FORD at your dealership, of course! Purchased a PHEV and regret I bought it from Camacho Mitsubishi. They will use every possible trick to get you to the dealership with false promises. Did not get the rebate. Failed to accurately describe the financing options. DO NOT GET A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL. You will LOOSE. Save a headache and buy elsewhere.

So, I got a call from Ryan Bowen from Hemet Gosch Ford where I had previously gotten my car, and he tells me that they are looking at my current car status and that they could help me get into a new car and possibly lower my payment which to me sounded awesome. Well, let me say this: it was awesome. Ryan called in his manager, who by the way is also named Ryan, except his last name is Smith :), anyway, they looked at my car and it's current value and answered all my concerns because I was hesitant. They were able to work out a deal that was satisfying to me and my husband and were more than accommodating of my concerns. Both Ryans have a wonderful attitude and made us feel comfortable while providing us with all the information necessary and available for our new purchase. Honestly, I have to say, I was happy 3 years ago as a repeat customer and I am happy now and will continue being a repeat customer of Hemet Gosch Ford because associates like Ryan make the process that much easier and that much smoother.

I ask friendly for a discount about this more miles. Answer: I give you a full tank…It is enough. Car is cheap enough…

I called in to make a Sales appointment and spoke with Diana Aguilar. I explained my situation and was I was interés in and she understood fully and booked me an appointment to come into the dealership and see my options. She explained the process and told me honestly "just come in and see what we can offer and there's no need to decide right away!" I went in for the appointment test drove the Explorer and fell In love!
I left and advise I would be back and when I did go back that week I was able to thank Diana and leave in my new SUV! thanks To everyone who assisted me!

The only reason we chose to have our work truck serviced here is convenience as it is very close to our Business location. We have had our service truck in and out of this dealership for more than a month because the truck would not start and the gear shifter would lock in Park position. They have removed and replaced the entire dashboard to replace the ("GAGES???), replaced the safety neutral switch and we took the truck back after paying the bill, then it happened again. We take it back and they have the truck for more than a week, no calls nothing. We come back to the dealership and the service department shows no progress and really do not seem to care that without this truck in our fleet we lose money and we have to send employees home . We will be returning to Cerritos Ford for future service.

I was looking for a used car about 4 months ago, looked online at the used car prices and found a few in my price range, called the dealership for a quote on how much it would cost me monthly after a down payment. I quoted $385/month at this dealership for a similar car that another dealership quoted me $175/month for. After I was given the quote I told them that it was outrageously high and that I was not interested in making any further inquiries about the car. A week later I started getting phone calls from the sales department asking when I was coming in to test drive the car after I had already told them I was not interested as well as phone calls from the service department (who I never spoke with) after receiving about 8 unwanted phone calls I called asking to speak with a manager and told this manager (Mr. Block) to have them stop calling me. Mr. Block told me I would be removed from the data base. Two weeks later I began receiving emails as well as paper mail from this dealership after the manager (Mr. Block) told me he would remove my information. Some how they got a hold of my email as well as my home address (I never gave them this information) I called Ford corporate who then told me I had to go to the dealership in person to be fully removed from the list. I would NEVER make any purchases with this dealership after what happened after one phone call inquiry to check a price.
