I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They kept on asking if I knew how many miles it had on it.
My husband and I are now a two-Subaru family - he drives a 1998 Forester and, of course, I get the 2011 in beautiful Paprika Red Pearl.
The vehicle turned out to be in beautiful condition and I was thrilled. Their pricing was excellent. All the salesmen were great including the manager.
I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or a used car.

I gave this 5-Star rating to Bishop Ford dealer for the courteousness of the Service Department employees I have dealt with. They have all been professional, as they should be, and because they have been extremely helpful to myself and my wife during the three visits of the past several months. Eight or nine months ago we needed a regular oil change. We were informed of the Ford The Works program, which involved oil change, tire rotations, fluid level checks and various safety check. This was less than fifty dollars. A while after this service, we were notified by Ford that the passenger air bag was involved in the Takata recall. The notice said not to have anyone ride in the passenger seat, as they would be subject to injury if the air bag was deployed. My wife and I are in our seventies and this concerned us. I called the Bishop Ford service department every month to see when new air bags were available. The service department people all were very polite when called and assured us we would be notified when they came in. They did call as soon as the air bags were available and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The latest service was for our seventy five thousand mile oil change and check up. They set an appointment up on our schedule, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Ford still had the 'The Works' program in effect. I hope they continue this program as I cannot maintain the vehicle like I used to. Everyone we spoke to on these visits were courteous and pleasant. There was no pressure of any kind during our visits. I can't say enough for these employees.

Sharing a great experience. Mr. James Starr the service writer and Sam the technician were top notch helpful this morning when I brought in my 2017 FORD F150 for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Mr. Starr was right there to greet me and was able to get my vehicle serviced amazingly fast! The professional technician Sam installed the courtesy interior protection before the service was performed and I just cannot say enough good about my experience with Jim Charlon FORD or Ridgecrest. This was my first time going to the service department. Chris took care of me: great personality and very helpful in every way. There was a small body work damage in front of the car and was told to go to their recommended collision center. When I picked up the car it had been fixed free of charge!

Purchased a PHEV and regret I bought it from Camacho Mitsubishi. They will use every possible trick to get you to the dealership with false promises. Did not get the rebate. Failed to accurately describe the financing options. DO NOT GET A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL. You will LOOSE. Save a headache and buy elsewhere.

i was unable to make my 1st appointment due to personal reasons. I called the dealer and was promptly setup for a 2nd appointment. upon arriving I spoke to the rep, at the check in location.
his name was Larry, I explained that the recall said it would take approx. 1/2 a day for repair.
Larry worked his magic and I was back on the road within 2 hours. Thank you Larry.

We had to take our 2014 Escape into the dealership for a transmission repair. Our service advisor was Nicol Hudnall. She went above and beyond what was required of her. She not only does a great job she is caring and thoughtful. My husband and I are both disabled and she took such good care of us. Our transmission service was great. Because we had a used car our warrenty only paid for a used transmission. Nicole was awesome during the whole experience. I was stressed out and she calmed me down. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and wonderful. We are now friends with Rich the shuttle driver. I would definitely recommend Lake Elsinore Ford for all your needs!
Not happy with service to solve fuel use excess. - John1
At 55,000 miles on my 2013 F150, which I purchased new, my turbo went out. Ford motor company came through and replaced it at no cost. After Redlands Ford finished the work and I picked it up it ran fine, but the fuel economy went from daily averaging 17 to 19 miles per gal to 13 to 15. I then developed a series of problems which required several visits and a couple of years of paying for repairs and no help with the gas mileage, I decided to just have the fuel economy checked. On 10/24/18 it cost me $124.95 for the tech to gave me a run around talking about two trip meters I have never cleared, He said I was averaging 20 miles per gallon. I told him the daily average meter has never indicated that average since the turbo was replaced at 55,000 miles. But, before the turbo was replaced I averaged 17-19 miles per gallon on the daily average meter. I asked if they could reprogram the operation between the trans and the turbo, since the turbo has obviously not been in sink. He could not help me. I have waited patiently almost 2.5 years trying to get this fixed. Not happy with this dealership and I will not be going back. I gave them one star out of sympathy.
