Our family was seeking to purchase a used replacement vehicle and and found one with outstanding mileage and service history (Carfax provided) through Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos On-Line Sales department. Melissa Cervantes was the sales representative who responded to our inquiry and provided us outstanding "Blue Ribbon" service from start to finish and then some. Her prompt and personal initial communications on-line encouraged an in person appointment whereby her same personalized service and forthright answers to our questions were addressed. The vehicle itself captured our attention but it came down to trusting Melissa that sealed the deal. After test driving, shaking hands and signing the purchasing agreement papers, a request was made to pick up the vehicle the next day as it was around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Melissa said, "No problem, I can deliver the vehicle to your home later on in the evening after filling up the tank with gas." Wow!, home delivery (within a reasonable distance radius) and a full tank of gas and great service all around?...Now that is "Blue Ribbon" service.
Note: As an added bonus, The manager for on-line sales, Mr. Blake, came out personally (twice!) to greet us and express appreciation for shopping at Norm Reeves Ford and to make sure the overall service experience met our satisfaction. Also, the finance manager, Mr. Mendez, stayed well beyond his ending work hours on a Friday evening to expedite the paperwork as we needed this replacement vehicle for our family.

They not only help make it into a brand new Energi, but they helped me with financing and were able to keep my payments low even though my credit is really bad. They really went the extra mile to help me and work with me. Purchased a PHEV and regret I bought it from Camacho Mitsubishi. They will use every possible trick to get you to the dealership with false promises. Did not get the rebate. Failed to accurately describe the financing options. DO NOT GET A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL. You will LOOSE. Save a headache and buy elsewhere.

This is one of the rare dealerships that would give you their best price immediately. I value my time so for me it was a huge benefit. After visiting several dealerships where they would start from trying to sell you mid-range car for the price of the luxury one, we found this honest open and professional dealership and we looked no further. We leased the car from them, we bought the car from them. Pity Ford is dropping producing cars in America so I would have to switch to something else but I recommend this dealership highly.

I have purchased a vehicle back February 2016 and traded in the vehicle back in January 2018. I asked for my gap insurance money to be refunded back in February 2018. They are refusing to give me my gap refund and their management is giving me the runaround! They have horrible customer service. It’s currently June 2018 and I still have not received my check. Stay away from this dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PUENTE HILLS FORD!!!

The work was performed promptly and quickly. The problem with the steering wheel attachment was corrected. Since it was a Ford recall, there was no charge.

They really do not care about Business Consumers - HBS-INC
The only reason we chose to have our work truck serviced here is convenience as it is very close to our Business location. We have had our service truck in and out of this dealership for more than a month because the truck would not start and the gear shifter would lock in Park position. They have removed and replaced the entire dashboard to replace the ("GAGES???), replaced the safety neutral switch and we took the truck back after paying the bill, then it happened again. We take it back and they have the truck for more than a week, no calls nothing. We come back to the dealership and the service department shows no progress and really do not seem to care that without this truck in our fleet we lose money and we have to send employees home . We will be returning to Cerritos Ford for future service.
