Treated like Royalty - King and Queen for a day
Went to the Service Dept of Win Hyundai in El Monte and felt like royalty. Raymond was our Service Advisor and he made my husband and I feel like a King and Queen.
Not only was Raymond professional and courteous when we met him at 8:00 am for our Saturday appointment, he also welcomed our Win Hyundai coupon without hesitation and took the time to speak with us about few observations and concerns we had on our 6-year old vehicle, answering our questions thoroughly and patiently.
Raymond even allowed us to speak with the Service Technician performing the service on our vehicle, so that we both could be confident that our observations and concerns were clearly addressed.
With that out the way, we were then treated to free coffee, donuts and popcorn with our HD movie while we waited for our service (which seemed like minutes - lost track of time enjoying the movie!). When the work was done, we received the car back washed and ready to go.
With workers like Raymond Zabala and his team on staff, it's easy to see why the Win Hyundai of El Monte remains in the running.

All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional.
The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Bought a certified pre-owned sonata from them. They didn't smog the car (its part of the certification process), trunk latch failed in three days, strange rattle started a few weeks after purchase, when I changed the oil the air filter looked like it hadn't been replaced once in the 40K mile life of the car (how do you certify a car and not check the air filter?). All this leads me to think they didn't even change the oil. This place is a total joke. Never again. I will be complaining to Hyundai directly.

After a very good experience on our previous car, we came back but wow, things have changed.
Our Sales guy Sean Morehouse was great. Young but did a good job for us.
Then we got to the credit department and things went down hill from there. Without going into detail I would just warn you to be careful. Get everything in writing on the spot because customer service is not there at all.
As for the service department we only delt with John Slater and he was terrific.
Unfortunately for Sean, we wll not be going back to Glendora Hyundai.

We had such a great experience with the Woodland Hills Keyes location. We had leased our Sonata Hybrid and now 3 years later decided to buy it out. All the staff at this location were amazing and a pleasure to work with. Of all their Hyundai locations, this one by far has the best staff and customer service.

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance:
1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable
2. Free oil change
3. Free car wash inside and out
And they had me driving home in a timely manner!

If i can give 0 or negative Stars, i would. I made a service appointment online for 8:30am in the morning for a 30K mile maintenance service. Since it was a Friday, i decided to arrive at 8:10am. I was promptly assisted in the Service line and ushered into the Service Rep area where i stood in line to await an available service rep for processing of the paperwork. The 2 people ahead of me were assisted. Then, i had the unfortunately luck to encounter Sean K. He asked who was next in line. I spoke up and he motioned to a couple behind me to go to his workspace. When i asked if he was a Service Rep, he replied to me in the most rude and discourteous fashion imaginable. As i begun to understandably become upset. Javer E. informed me that a rep will assist me next. After Sean K. had finished with the couple, he proceeded to process everyone behind me in line. By 9am, i was the only customer waiting and Sean K. decided to purposefully leave the Service area and not return. Fortunately, i was finally assisted by Alex L. He was very courteous and helpful. However, i already was experiencing the worst customer service by Sean. Nevertheless, Alex L. was able to get me processed and onto the shuttle for work by 9:25am. Javer E. just sat at his workspace ignoring me as i stood in front of him never once offering his assistance. Puente Hills Hyundai has "Certified" Service Professionals?? I highly doubt it.
If you ever need to service your vehicle, it would be wise to try another dealership. At the very least, if you go someplace else, you can avoid a stressful morning of disrespect and will most likely be on time to work.

I worked with Jesus and Cody , they were a young friendly team that worked together and communicated well with each other , their supervisor, and me the customer to get me the best possible option for my specific needs. I was quite satisfied with my purchase when i drove off their lot in my new car. Carlos in fincance, total disgrace. Very rude individual who changes interpretation of written documents to his advantage. Tries to fool customers into things when the written material is stating it a certain way. Doesn’t care for what the customer has to say or what the customer needs, only cares for his numbers (after all that’s what the finance department’s main goal is, numbers).

He showed my personal profile to another customer just because they said they were related to me without my consent and without me being present. Doesn’t matter if the person says they’re my sibling or if they say they are me, before showing any personal information he needs to ask for identification or ask for my consent. Michaelson is a rude individual to speak to and i definitely will not do business again with Riverside Hyundai when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. As far as service goes, My service writer’s customer service is great and that’s the only one thing that brings me back here for service.

I had bought a used car and let me first start by saying, this was the easiest, pain free, car buying experience ive ever been through. And ive bought A LOT of cars in my day. No games or gimics. Straight forward, and we couldnt work the deal the same day. They called tye next day and told me if I could put a larger down, they can make it work. So i did that. And my monthly payments are right where i want them. Also, the car had sone minor defects, and Victorville Hyundai took care of them at no charge to me. I want to thank Dawn, Shawn, and Megan for the best customer service I have EVER had. You can guarantee we will be back when we trade in our car to get something else. Service in July that was not done properly. Found out because car almost died last Saturday and was able to barely drive to Downey Hyundai. Downey Hyundai had car for four days when they called that car needed Coolant Flush. I authorized service and later that evening check my paperwork from work done by Sage Hyundai in July. I had a coolant flush! I called Downey Hyundai to not have service preformed because i had coolant flush done in July, but Downey Hyundai informed me that that was impossible because it was half full and dirty. I contacted Sage Hyundai and left message for the Service Director, Ara, who never called me back. I called again and left message, but not call back. I called four times today (Saturday) to speak to the service director and i just got transferred from person to person. Called again and left on hold for over 17 minutes. I called again with call transferred which rang for 45 times. If I would have been given at least a free oil change, I would have been happy, but all I got was being ignored by everyone that worked at Sage. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. I have had other problems with them taking hours just for oil changes. I miss the old management which got you in and out.
