This is only my second car lease experience and they were "night and day" differences.
Negotiating my first lease (from a different company) was pretty horrible and this time, it was actually a pleasant experience. James Kraft was helpful and thorough with every step of the process. I was looking for an all electric car, and Hyundai wasn't really on my radar. I called the dealer to find out some initial information/quote, and then when I came in, James was there with more information about the Ionic.
The dealership has an small, personal "feel". Everyone was respectful and fair. I have already told many of my friends about what a lovely experience it was. The car has also been great so far!

All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional.
The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Dealing with Hyundai of Moreno Valley was a refreshing experience compared to many I have had. Jay Saeed, Michael Jacobs, and the entire Hyundai of Moreno Valley staff were helpful, honest, and upfront through all steps of the car-buying process. We were not pressured, confused, or blindsided in any way; the entire staff are professionals and acted like it. I got a good deal as well. We had to wait a little longer on the day of the sale, but everything was completed in one day (unlike some sleazy dealers who will make you pay more after the deal is done). I highly recommend this dealership. I will certainly be back when I look for another car.

Bought a certified pre-owned sonata from them. They didn't smog the car (its part of the certification process), trunk latch failed in three days, strange rattle started a few weeks after purchase, when I changed the oil the air filter looked like it hadn't been replaced once in the 40K mile life of the car (how do you certify a car and not check the air filter?). All this leads me to think they didn't even change the oil. This place is a total joke. Never again. I will be complaining to Hyundai directly.

The sales process was good and Jimmy did his job but the Finance and DMV department hires a bunch of horrible people. Came in with my own financing and they decided to sign me up for some 3rd rate credit union and then they screwed up my paperwork and submitted the documents to the DMV for tags but did not provide license plates. They charge you lots of money in fees and don’t do their jobs. Also the day after I purchased the car the check engine light turned on and when I took the car to the Service department and all they did was reset the code and now it’s showing as Permanent when you hook up the OBD reader. Stay away from this place.

I went to Gosch Hyundai last week with my daughter to purchase a new car, she had originally went down there a few days prior and came back and told me of the service she received. She praised how friendly and helpful the representative Rebecca had treated her. After returning to the car lot with her, she indeed was all that my daughter said. I also want to say that the finance manager Theo was just as friendly and helpful as Rebecca. I would recommend many of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a new car to go there.

They explained the difference between the original batteries warranty and a new battery warranty. Being a loyal customer they wanted to make sure I was happy. I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance:
1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable
2. Free oil change
3. Free car wash inside and out
And they had me driving home in a timely manner!

Deceptive Sales Tactic and Unethical Manager - Individual
I originally wanted to wait and buy a Hyundai Sonata close to the end of the year. Puente Hills Hyundai dealer lured me in by promising an out-of-door price in writing. Then one hour prior to my appointment, which is supposed to finalize the deal, they texted me and said they could not honor the price. When I arrived the dealership, they told me how unattainable the price that they promised in the email was, and tried to sell me at a higher price. It is the classic bait and switch technique. When I tried to tell the finance manager that I did not like the sales tactic that they used. He said "Who promised this? I am going to fire him." I was speechless. He then went on, "You just got him fired." I said that I was going to file complaints about this practice. He was enraged. He said "This is my shop, and no one threatens me. Not you, not Trump." I was clueless as to why he brought up this name. In short, this individual has no ethics, and shameless. In my email with Robert Jefferson, he
mentioned that he got approval of the name of the director, so it is highly likely that he was merely under the direction of his superior.

BUYER BEWARE!! This is one of the worst Hyundai/Genesis dealers in So. Cal. I purchased an almost new 2018 Genesis G80 a few months ago and took it to this dealer for service. Unfortunately, the service rep who took my call provided information that completely contradicted what second service rep said when we actually took the car in the next day - they essentially wanted me to pay more now that I was in front of them. But it got even worse when the GM, Scott Jackson, jumped in to handle the situation. He essentially said there was nothing he could do, especially since I didn't buy the car from him. In other words, screw the brand, we only provide the best service to our own customers. Scott was basically saying that CardinaleWay Hyundai Genesis does't really care about the brands it sells, or its customers. WOW!! This came directly from the GM! I must say in all my years of owing used Lexus' and using their dealer network for service, I was never treated this. Any Lexus dealer I went to treated me as if I was their best customer. I must say, if this is how CardinaleWay Hyundai/Genesis treats customers on the service side, I can only imagine how bad things are on the sales side. Based on my experience, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND CARDINALEWAY HYUNDAI GENESIS!!! THESE GUYS HAVE NO HONOR OR LOYALTY TO THE BRANDS THEY CLAIM TO REPRESENT
