THREE HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE - DJ
So, I brought my car for an oil change on a Saturday. Customer service was rude, and it took three hours for a simple service. I don’t know, but if you have extra time to waste, then by all means take your car to Kia Huntington Beach.

Your people need to be trained on how to provide customer service!!! I pulled up in the service driveway and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. The young girl behind the counter practically ignored me while we were talking and started talking to someone else!!! So I just walked away before I made a scene. I guess after I told her I didn’t have an appointment she wasn’t interested in anything else I had to say. I could have made an appointment or conversed about other options but her rude manners I didn’t appreciate. The day is 9/26/2018 the time spent was from 4:40 PM until 5:15 PM. Talking about herding people like cattle...they got that mess right!!!

David was extremely helpful in getting my new kia optima. He answered all my questions and went over all of the car features with me. His manager Mani was also very nice and helpful in getting a deal done. Within a few hours I was in and out with a brand new lease. Great customer service all around.

I live 30 miles away from this dealership and negotiate the terms down payment, monthly payment, out the door pricing. The sales manager agreed to the terms and said to come in. When I did everything got confused supposedly and the pricing went up $55 a month. I appealed to the general sales manager Hiro And explain I had a verbal contract in place but nothing changed. I wasted three hours of my time and 3 gallons of fuel for nothing. Not an apology! They have no shame and basically don’t care what they have promised once you get there. By the way the place is a small hole in the wall dealership with not much to offer. I guess you don’t have much to lose when you’re a small dealership that prey on customers.
Customer Service - Dishearten
My recent visit has left my quite disappointed. There is. no professionalism in manager. I will never go to that dealer. There are still unresolved concerns. I spoke with Shawn Svc Mgr no help! When asked for the GM, I spoke with Marci who I found out was not and again no help whatsoever! I tried to speak with Herbie was supposed to be the GM not available when I told the receptionist
It was a complaint. Again, I don’t know if he really is the GM. I’ve left several messages to no avail. He doesn’t have the common courtesy of returning a customer’s call. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
Advertised price not the real price - SAMF
Posted price on-line, verified verbally and then by email that the listed price was the entire price and any additional charges for options or warranties would only apply if approved by me. Then added over $1000 for "Dealer Installed Options" that they claimed had already been installed. When we argued we were told to read the fine print in the ad that those options are above the posted price. When we suggested they refer to the phone call in which they verified that the advertised price was our cost, and read the salesman's email to the same effect., a sales manager finally offered to "take off" the dealer options. By then we wouldn't have purchased from them at any price.

Went in to investigate a 2018 Kia Sedona SX. Buying deal for year end clearance was not enticing, but the counter offer for leasing was exceptional! Happy experience! Drove it home this afternoon!
Best price vs value - Sorento
Sales Department: Purchased a new Kia Sorento last week after doing my due diligence and visiting the Temecula and San Bernardino Kia Dealerships and obtaining quotes. The Perris Dealership was able to beat both Dealerships prices and add another 2K in savings. The initial sales staff availability was a little slow but once the process started, everything went smoothly and timely. This is the second Kia I have purchased in the last 5 years and I'm a happy customer.
Service Department: needs major improvement, I spent over 4 hours there for an oil change, ended up taking my car back home, rescheduled, only to be stuck there for another 3 hours the second time around. They did offer a 50% off on the bill that was overpriced for the service performed but I would definitively NOT take my car for service there again.

Worst experience ever - mistryvinit
First, I get an email with a quote of MSRP $22,052 for the 2018 Kia Optima EX with panoramic sunroof. So, I called them and confirmed its availability drove 65 miles to the dealership. When I finally get there, they told the car was sold. Which was okay with me. Then they didn't have and model with in the same trim and specification I was looking for so they tried selling me a full-loaded model which would have exceeded my budget by at least $10,000. The sale person was so rude and aggressive when I said no I won't be considering this trim. I said I wanted the EX or the S 2018's trim (which they didn't have) and he said I get you that for the price you are looking for if I buy it today. So I asked him show me where is the car.
He later pressed that he has control over Kia inventory all over US and can get me one if I agreed to work on the number. I told him how can I buy something that's worth so much amount of money without even looking at it. He still pressed aggressively saying no we have to do this first in order to give you numbers.
I just left the dealership at that point. With that attitude and approach, I don't think I will even buy a car even if they were to eventually give a deal.
To my point, when you buy something that's worth $25K you want to see it and then work on numbers if you like it. No point in wasting time.

Irving helped me to buy my car. He was very helpful and informative. He encouraged me to test drive my new car along with other cars. He helped us to go through various options for financing the car. He even let me go on the highway so that I could get a feel for how it drives on the highway. He’s going to deliver my car personally and help me to set up the car so that it is connected to my phone. He made sure to show me all of the safety features on the car and other cars. He also showed me how the safety features work by demonstrating them. He cared about our top priorities.

Wow...Just WOW! I would give -20 stars if that were possible. I am so shocked and angry at the extreme disrespect I just received from Frank at AllStar Kia Pomona when calling to trade my current lease for a new one.
I leased a vehicle there a couple years ago, I get a new vehicle every 2-3 years and it's about that time so I called Frank a few moments ago (against my better judgement due to several other issues with past purchase)
I said "Hi Frank my name is Candy. I leased a car from you a few years ago and am in the market for a new one. I've looked around and was wondering what you had to offer."
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but up till now this sounds like a normal customer/ salesman conversation ... right!?
Well here's where that changes... He replied by saying "if you've been looking around and I'm not the first person you called, why don't I just say have a nice day"
Seriously... what the...... Im thinking to myself, I heard that wrong or he may be kidding and just have a bad sense of humor so I say "I'm sorry, I didn't hear that" he says, "what do you mean what can I offer". I said "well what can you offer for a new lease". He said "well you said you were already looking at other things so what is it you want" I said "I wanted to talk about my options for leasing a new vehicle, I'm confused you do sell cars right!? He said "well maybe we can do something Monday" (TODAY IS WEDNESDAY) I say "well I'm looking to be in something new by the weekend" and this Jack Wagon replies with another "well then have a nice day" WHAT THE!!!!!???? I said "I don't understand what your problem is and to be honest at this point I don't care for your attitude and wouldn't buy a new car from you if my life depended on it" Then I hung up.
Here's where it gets good... HE CALLED ME BACK LIKE A LITTLE CHILD AND SAID " YOU HAVE A NICE DAY NOW" and hung up on me! That's right you read correctly, he called back to taunt and hang up on me! Stand up guy right!?
I immediately called the main number looking for a sales manager and after 3 attempts couldn't get through to anyone. I called Kia corporate to make a report and was given the sales managers email which I absolutely intend to use, but based on the unprofessional atmosphere and disrespect that is freely slung around this location I dont anticipate it going far.
You have many choices for car buying don't make the wrong choice by picking this dealer. They don't care about customer service in sales or service dept. FRANK IS A RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SALESMAN!
crankshaft pulley bolt - R&T
I am consistent about maintaining my car and when things come up. Had a weird vibration in the steering wheel that was diagnosed as nothing. This happened just prior to the 100,000 mile warranty expiration. I took it in again when it persisted, just slightly after the 100,000 mile warranty expired and the problem was diagnosed as a broken crankshaft pulley bolt. They also gave us the impression that they knew if was probably this problem when we brought it in originally. I was furious but what can you do. Now, years later, I receive a class action lawsuit notice about this very problem. Bad news is that I have sense tossed the receipt to prove that I had to pay the $1,000+ repair bill. Very, very frustrating.

Originally Alex Tsai was helping me with my purchase but he became very unprofessional and rude which is how I began dealing with the general manager to finish this deal. Now he won't even return my calls! I've left several "messages" for him with the receptionist and nothing. Plus his voicemail is full!
I'm starting to feel that this is all a scam being that it's been 2 weeks and nothing! I don't even have the car in my possession!

I bought about 15 new cars in my life from dealers and this has been the best car buying experience ever!
Went in, told them what I wanted for my trade in and what I need my monthly payments to be for a new car. Got what I asked for and a Hybrid on top of it (which I wasn't even going for) and drove the new car off the lot 1 hour later.
The three D's (I call them) David (Sales), David (General Manager )& David (Finance Manager) were all super nice and made the process smooth and painless. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and will never buy a car again anywhere else!
