After much frustration with other mini dealers, I went to Alexander Mini and met with Mikey who helped me look for exactly what I wanted, a 2015 Mini Countryman. They had so many options! I was overwhelmed in the best way possible. I waited a bit afted first meeting with them and Mikey would send me photos of the used cars coming in and luckily, one checked all the boxes for me! He showed it to me and I got to test drive it and I fell in love. I left, thought about it and decided to get it. The process of purchasing and doing all the paperwork went so smooth. They made it so easy for me! I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase and that is thanks to Mikey. He was nice, caring, and thoughtful. Go see Mikey at Alexander Mini!!!
Dead Battery - MLG
Out of the blue my battery died. No warning, just dead. Lucky for me it was in my garage. Called Mini roadside assistance and they scheduled me to get a jump the following morning. Drove to the mini dealer, they took it in and by that afternoon they determined it was covered under warranty and replaced the battery.

I am a fanatic Mini owner. I own number of Mini's from various dealerships almost 17 years ago.
I moved to Irvine several years ago. I can not thank enough for all the service Aldo and Irvine Mini Service Team provided for me and my wife. They are courteous and freindly. They communicate promptly and accurately. They always promise out and deliver early. Sometimes repair and maintenance can be pricy with Mini, but they always made up with extra service and companion.
I am definitely buying my next Mini or BMW from these guys.

Traveled about 300 miles to get service on noisy cam chain and intermittent bulb warnings. The service manager didn't bother to tell me until I was there that there was nothing they could do about a extremely noisy engine ( it was still under warrantee). The bulb fix lasted less than 50 miles, went back the next days and was told I would have to wait 3 hours for service even though I had more than 300 miles to travel. I told them just replace both suspect bulbs and I would take it from there but they said that Mini wouldn't allow them to replace a bulb even under warrantee. So instead they want to spend 3 man-hours to determine which of the two bulbs was bad. I guess they get paid for the time they spend and the customer inconvenience doesn't matter.

I have purchased 3 minis from this dealership and have fairly decent experiences so far. There are other dealerships in the area, but they were previously thought to be worse than this. I am now going to other dealerships in the area.
I worked with the manager, Megan, on this last purchase.
When they sold me the car, they sold me a warranty that they promised covered the engine and transmission in the vehicle. When they sold me a car that broke down 55 days off the lot (6 month old car,) they wouldn't stand behind their word. Supposedly a certified vehicle as well, Crevier wouldn't honor the warranty I bought, nor the certification with the vehicle.
Its important to note, that I have not bought a warranty with any of the other vehicles.
DO NOT go to this dealership. The area of town its in is also scary and ghetto. Makes me afraid to get out of my car. My last experience has been the worst experience with any dealer, EVER. It will be my last with this dealer. Another local dealer is working with me and the warranty company to get it covered and they didn't even sell me the warranty!

I brought my Mini if for the first time to this dealership (because it was closer to my house) for a recall replacement of the passenger seat belt sensor. The SERVICE ENGINE SOON was on, so I decided to have them investigate that too. Picking it up the next day, the service agent said they found nothing wrong, even after test driving it 10 miles, and the service light is now off. They could have legitimately charged me the $130 I signed to, but instead, charged me zero. Yes, I am pleased!
