Unfortunate that I left my son’s vehicle at this location for Warrenty service and the mechanics never checked the radiator fluid. Two days following service my son needed to recess h fluids and ask an associate to drive him to an auto parts store to purchase the appropriate antifreeze to add. Shame on the apathy of the service department for ignoring something so essential and simple to check.

This dealership sold us a car that had broken struts, control arm and panel damage that must have come from an accident that they did not declare! They knew the car was not safe to drive but they still sold it to us. they are no different from those small dealership scammers! so disappointed. we tried to give them a chance a make it right but their rude used car manager named bobak ignored all our emails and calls! dont buy from this dealership but if you do, make sure you test drive and have a machanic test the car!

I was rather disappointed with my overall experience.
1. My credit was run without my permission even though I arrived with a pre-approval & explicitly said not to do so.
2. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and the wheels were bent & brakes were bad.
I had to take the car to a 3rd party auto shop to diagnose the problem that arose shortly after having purchased the vehicle (shaking).
The sales reps and service managers were not very much help. I was in fact hung up on multiple times by the sales reps. (Sunil & Others)
Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the Pre-Owned Director told me that "Mercedes are expensive cars" (as though I was unaware) and that "if I have a far commute, that this wear is normal." Which is ridiculous.
According to that, I need new brakes and rotors every 3 weeks. smh
The one redeeming factor is that they did fix the rims/wheels.
I would give a big thanks to the Customer Relations Manager who went above and beyond with all my concerns. Danielle is great!

Used Cars - Non - Mercedes-Benz Vehicles - Rich 1331
If in the market for a non-Mercedes Benz vehicle, steer clear of this dealership. Misinformation regarding the features associated with the vehicle in question led to false expectations. This resulted in a waisted 100 mile round trip drive and 5 hours of a Saturday afternoon for the whole family. This resulted in a disappointing test drive when the vehicle in question had none of the features that were specifically inquired about, when confirmation had been received from the dealership’s salesman the day prior. None of the promisesmade by the salesman were met. We were to contact the salesman when we srarted our drive so the salesman would be available and the car would be prepared and waiting for the test drive. The salesman was never available nd the car was parked in the back of the lot. We were handed off to another representative. When confirmation was received the features in question were not on this vehicle, we met with the sales manager. That resulted in little more than an unheartfelt apology.
If you are buying a Non-Mercedes Benz vehicle, you are proceeding at your own risk. You have been forewarned.

Bought an SL from David Cardoza last month and can't say enough about the experience. He knows his vehicles, and there was no high pressure. A rare positive experience at a dealership. Would recommend the dealership and David to anyone. There are some bad reviews out there but the dealership did change ownership recently, apparently a very positive thing. I also my E-350 serviced there as well and see Bill Parks. Great guy as well.

My husband and i have been buying our cars from HOI for years, and we always take our cars back to them for services or if we run into any issues. I've never once had any issues with them, the quality of service they provide from the sales department to the service department are both great and very consistent.

I am writing this review while the vehicle had its second service done (Sevice B) not even 10 Days ago . Now while im driving the car to meet a client a Notification came “ check brake pad wear” so consequently the meeting got canceled!
Going to the dealer ship the serivce “consultant” gilbert tells me that he can not help me at the moment and the car has to stay for a Day! No loaner either ... basically go do whatever u want !
I called Tarry (Terry) the service department director while im at the dealership while she was at the office with another coworker! (just to see if she would pick up!!) She didn’t.

Today 9/8/18, I went to West Covina service dept to check the tires. As lights came on. Service rep William Magana tended to my request. I asked for a car wash afterwards. William refused saying that it only comes with service. I believe if one visits the service dept for any reasons customers should be provided with service. This is my third unsatisfactory visit with this dealer's service dept. I will visit other service dept from now on. I'm very disappointed with this dealer's service dept.
They should live up to their name. Service is worse than other non luxury car dealers.

The team at Mercedes Benz Encino is the WORST. From classic bait and switch techniques to hundreds of dollars in hidden fees after the fact, Matthew Dangerfield and the team couldn’t care less about their customers or their needs.
Hours have been wasted dealing with the aftermath of the charges and fraud. They pocketed the Drive Off and Registration fees for the car, sending me home with bogus plates on the car. I received a bill for hundreds of dollars after the fact.
This dealership has MULTIPLE terrible reviews for fraud and unscrupulous practices as well as other horror stories. Mercedes Benz Encino is currently under investigation for fraud by American Express, the California DMV and Mercedes Benz Corporate.
