I was looking to trade in my 2016 BMW 435i Convertible and my friend Fred over at 800RoseBig.com the largest wholesale wedding florist and flower retail store front open to the public 7 days a week in the United States, located in Newport Beach, CA recommended me to go over Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach.
He connected me with Joey Gulo, and James Sullivan to help me find my dream Mercedes. I went over, and test drove some new vehicles and decided on a new 2018 Mercedes E300. I must say the new 2018 Mercedes E300 has got to be the most impressive E series Mercedes has ever come up with, and this All new Mercedes E300 is by far the most luxurious car I have ever owned. I just purchased a new 2018 Audi A6 for my wife that is Beautiful but 2018 Mercedes E300 is at a new level of luxury.
We sat down to go over the numbers and the Mercedes I choose was a bit over my target budget, we went back and forth but in the end, they came up with a monthly payment that I was more than happy with. Joey went out if way to make me happy and got me into the that I would be happy with for Years to come.

I never been treated like this trying to lease a car as I was with this dealership.
I tried ordering a car from this dealer in January, on the phone, I was informed that I would need to go into the dealership. When I went to the dealership I waited for an hour and ended up leaving without being helped. I finally ordered my car on the phone after calling several times, and was told I woud get the car in 4 to 5 months, maybe sooner.
I have been following up periodically since January until yesterday. I was informed that I won't get my car until year 2019, via text message only after I insisted on an estimated arrival time. Keep in mind that they never called me, I kept calling them. I am getting my 2018 car in 2019, how ridiculous is that, I don't know if they got more money than they charged me and sold my car!!!
I called the manager and have not heard back from him either, I am not sure if I ever will.

DO NOT Buy a car from Keyes Mercedes this is a dishonest dealership.
BAIT AND SWITCH!!! What old world car dealer thinks they can still conduct business like this? The Keyes European, (Mercedes-Benz)? The staff at Keyes sure do. They are duplicitous and blatantly dishonest and they lie with such ease I’m stunned. I ordered a new vehicle, a vehicle I had built, it was my dream car. I waited excitedly and with great anticipation for three months (I had waited a long time to buy this car). Finally last week when my car arrived, I showed up in Van Nuys to pick it up and the Sales Manager informed that Keyes would charge me would not give me the $1000 discount I was promised in email but that an extra $10,000 charge was being added to my vehicle. I was exasperated, furious and at a total loss.
I was told my agreement with them invalid and I misunderstood their terms. This is absolutely unethical and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. I am truly horrified by my experience at Keyes and I will never purchase a Mercedes-Benz product again.

5 STARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I have been fortunate to have the Mercedes Benz Of Long Beach experience twice this year! Approximately 8 months ago, I purchased my first Mercedes from Mr Toshi Sato and his lovely wife, Lisa. We were so impressed with the quality of business and care Mr Sato gave me, that, we came back to lease my wife a GLE 350. We have always been Tahoe customers, but since meeting Toshi and Mercedes of Long Beach, I will NEVER be without an automobile from Mercedes of Long Beach. With the impecable service that Toshi provided us and the incredible deal and prices, I have never been more satisfied with buying a car! Once I got to the financial department, Erin Say insured that I got a great interest rate and made sure that we got the perfect extended warranty, to insure no hidden costs in the future. The service department is 2nd to none! They take care of the automobile that your Mercedes deserves and Taidy only did the necessary service without tacking on unnecessary costs and repairs. Oh, and they included a loaner car as they serviced mine!

Bought an SL from David Cardoza last month and can't say enough about the experience. He knows his vehicles, and there was no high pressure. A rare positive experience at a dealership. Would recommend the dealership and David to anyone. There are some bad reviews out there but the dealership did change ownership recently, apparently a very positive thing. I also my E-350 serviced there as well and see Bill Parks. Great guy as well.
NO LONGER A GOOD SERVICE CENTER!!!!! - lotusbbw
My husband called to set up a service appointment. The service was for minor service. When he got there at 8 AM the service man told him he would have to leave the car until late afternoon. My husband said he had no way to get home and that he called in advance for an appointment so his car should be ready in a couple of hours. The service man told him that he would call Uber for him. My husband left with his own car and came home.
A few days later my husband called again for another appointment. This time the lady making the second appointment told my husband that the service should only take two (2) hours at the most.
My husband drove again to the service center and told the service man he had an appointment. Please read above for the out come of this visit (same as first visit).
A year ago my husband took his car to this same dealer service center and he was in and out in two (2) hours. The service people were very nice. NOT ANY MORE! I understand that this dealership has new ownership. My husband asked to talk to the General Manager or his assistance and he was told that both of them were unavailable. My husband left.
In addition to this, my husband called Mercedes "head quarters' and explained his problem with South bay Mercedes. The gentleman from the head quarters told him to next time "call Uber and that he would call South Bay Mercedes and see if this issue can be corrected for the future and that he would call my husband right back". The service man has not returned the call yet! (three days ago). Maybe they were busy!

INITIALLY FAILED TO RETURN REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I put a deposit down on a car in November. The dealership did not follow up with me regarding the car so I ended up purchasing it elsewhere. Despite calling, emailing and re-calling and re-emailing Andrew over a 4 233k period to get my deposit back, it never was received, so I had to escalate it. Thus, this dealership has bad business practices. Buyers beware!

I don't trust many people with my vehicle but Miles is someone who I can trust and understands the quirks and attention to detail of auto enthusiasts like my self and others who have recommended him to me. I used to take my previous vehicle to him and continuing with my recently purchased vehicle.
I have always had a great experience taking my vehicle for routine maintenance but my most recent visit was for another reason. I purchased a CPO vehicle from an out-of-town MB dealership in Oct 2017 and found out that the vehicle had irregular inner shoulder wear on the 2 front tires after only driving about 2,000 miles. Clearly the tires were irregularly worn at the time of purchase or the vehicle was sold with bad alignment as the ply cords were showing on one of the tires. I had a hard time getting the attention of the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and once I did make contact, they were slow to help resolve the matter, which was a dangerous situation. After some frustration, I called upon Miles to explain the situation and he quickly went into action to resolve this issue. The selling dealer eventually agreed and followed through on paying for a pair of new tires and a realignment (work was completed at Penske) but Miles already had approval to resolve the matter at no cost to me even when they didn't sell the vehicle. Thank you Miles and Penske for continuing to treat me as a valued customer.

*This is the worse MB store I have ever Deal with! they lie on to me and take your money of $1000.00 down payment. after waiting for a one week no car show up. After keep calling Sale Person( Sarkis Karapetyan ) & Management Didn't call back at all. Later I found out they sold the car & make for money for my Car was contract and not delivery. After talking to the GSM (Joey Yerkanyan) he saywill refund the money back and cancel the deal! WOW!!!!!!!
They make you feel you just sign all the paper work in Finance Dept for 1 hours & Lease a new car and waiting for them to deliver to you just need to get the car after Pre-Delivery Inspection! Vehicle was sold to me and then Calstar MB sold to someone else.
