This is my second Walters Mercedes Benz purchase in the last year. I bought my wife one for Christmas. Now I needed one for my new consulting business. After the great service I received fro RENE ORELLANA the first time, I sought him out again. RENE was very helpful and eager to offer options I had not even considered.
RENE helped me find the best vehicle to suit my needs. He is very personable and goes out of his way to ensure that ultimately, the customer is happy. From start to finish, I have always been treated with the service one comes to expect from Mercedes Benz. Much of that has to do with the guidance from General Manager, Ray Burke. Ray is doing an awesome job with that shop and has the crew dialed in. Congratulations Ray, on the success of your crew and the entire shop!

Wonderful customer service. Quick, efficient and kind. I had not had a good experience at a previous dealership with a prior service. In a nut shell they never called me to tell me my car was complete, I was the one constantly trying to reach someone to know the status of my vehicle. Looking online I found that though Rusnak was not in close proximity, it has ratings of good customer service. Look, I just wanted someone to call me when I needed to pick up my car and keep me updated if they need my approval for anything (nothing out of the ordinary).
I was NOT disappointed. I had scheduled the service on my birthday (first available appointment).
Upon arriving, Micheal introduced himself and I was quickly ushered to my service rep. Forms took about 5 minutes, when it was discovered it was my birthday. News spread and it was nice that everyone was wishing my a happy day. I made my way to the desk to get a courtesy vehicle, only to be surprised that I got to drive a gorgeous convertible for the day.
Mike and Mike went out of their way to ensure that though my service is schedule to take 4-5 hours, they would have it earlier so I would miss traffic on my way home. WOW!!!
No later than 3 hours later I was updated with a pick-up time and made my way back. Upon checking out I was gifted with a gorgeous Bouquet of flowers for my birthday. I felt SPOILED. I joked that I was going to expect this for every oil change.
Never going anywhere else for service, and probably not going anywhere else when I need a new car. Thanks EVERYONE!

I have been a loyal customer with Mercedes Benz and I actually live in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas teams have not been able to get the job done right and able to get me into a Car I love. I am pleased to say Alex Aftahi from Temecula location was able to help me exceptionally and found me the right car. He had it shipped from their facility and really took care of me. Unfortunate that I left my son’s vehicle at this location for Warrenty service and the mechanics never checked the radiator fluid. Two days following service my son needed to recess h fluids and ask an associate to drive him to an auto parts store to purchase the appropriate antifreeze to add. Shame on the apathy of the service department for ignoring something so essential and simple to check.

Gave them an order for a new factory e400 82K cabriolet after 2 hours of them trying to switch me into a floor model. A month before expected delivery I called to inquire on status only to find out 'the order was rejected by the factor, buy the one on the floor."
Love the no pressure environment - Bought E class 350 - S Class 350
Overall experience was good. Why only 3 stars?
1. The salesman did not demo me all the features. It was 8:00 PM when the deal was consummated.
2. I thought that the car had push button start. The salesman said that the term was keyless and I need to insert the key to start the car. That was total mis-information as found out next day, that there is a part to plug in to the keyhole and I really have the push button feature. the salesman was not aware of this.
3. Next day, I went back to the dealership as one of my remote was not working. Apparently needed to change the battery in this remote. The product specialist showed me all the features, spent the time to answer my questions and ensures that I have the understanding of all the features and setting it up in the car. Mercedes set up is not straight forward and I appreciate the hand holding by the product specialist. The salesman also learned along the way.
4. After 3 days, the second remote stopped working and I bought the battery at Amazon and replaced it myself. Did not want to go back to the dealer.
5. The key is - the CPO car is in excellent shape despite lot of miles. I am pleased with the purchase.
MISERABLE EXPERIENCE & WALKED AWAY - keith
On our first visit they did not have the key to the vehicle we had made an appointment to see so we could not drive it but since it was unlocked we could only see that the back panel of the driver seat was detached but on the lot as a CPO inspected vehicle.
On our second visit we discovered it did not have the backup camera the salesman had declared it had since we were able to drive it.
The salesman called and essentially promised if they put a camera as well as may discount the price modestly for our troubles and experience. Nothing was in writing but he said he had 'clout' to get a deal done.
On our 3rd visit, we wanted to buy and after giving the 'deal' to his manager, said he couldn't do it but could give us a 24 month 'free' warranty'. We spoke with the manager and she was adamant that was her best deal.
We walked and discovered that the 'free warranty' was already a MB promotion so it wasn't like they were doing anything for us...felt seriously misled and the 2 emails we respectfully wrote to the General Manager Gary Pilikyan were never acknowledged or answered.
We had a great experience at another deal which i rated 5 stars so we were not 'window shoppers' and actually super happy we didn't put a camera in a car which was not OEM

Bought an SL from David Cardoza last month and can't say enough about the experience. He knows his vehicles, and there was no high pressure. A rare positive experience at a dealership. Would recommend the dealership and David to anyone. There are some bad reviews out there but the dealership did change ownership recently, apparently a very positive thing. I also my E-350 serviced there as well and see Bill Parks. Great guy as well.

I don't trust many people with my vehicle but Miles is someone who I can trust and understands the quirks and attention to detail of auto enthusiasts like my self and others who have recommended him to me. I used to take my previous vehicle to him and continuing with my recently purchased vehicle.
I have always had a great experience taking my vehicle for routine maintenance but my most recent visit was for another reason. I purchased a CPO vehicle from an out-of-town MB dealership in Oct 2017 and found out that the vehicle had irregular inner shoulder wear on the 2 front tires after only driving about 2,000 miles. Clearly the tires were irregularly worn at the time of purchase or the vehicle was sold with bad alignment as the ply cords were showing on one of the tires. I had a hard time getting the attention of the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and once I did make contact, they were slow to help resolve the matter, which was a dangerous situation. After some frustration, I called upon Miles to explain the situation and he quickly went into action to resolve this issue. The selling dealer eventually agreed and followed through on paying for a pair of new tires and a realignment (work was completed at Penske) but Miles already had approval to resolve the matter at no cost to me even when they didn't sell the vehicle. Thank you Miles and Penske for continuing to treat me as a valued customer.

*This is the worse MB store I have ever Deal with! they lie on to me and take your money of $1000.00 down payment. after waiting for a one week no car show up. After keep calling Sale Person( Sarkis Karapetyan ) & Management Didn't call back at all. Later I found out they sold the car & make for money for my Car was contract and not delivery. After talking to the GSM (Joey Yerkanyan) he saywill refund the money back and cancel the deal! WOW!!!!!!!
They make you feel you just sign all the paper work in Finance Dept for 1 hours & Lease a new car and waiting for them to deliver to you just need to get the car after Pre-Delivery Inspection! Vehicle was sold to me and then Calstar MB sold to someone else.
This is a wrong place to buy or lease your car!
