Aldo is a wonderfully professional and a friendly young man to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and has such a gentle manner I feel very secure with anything he tell me that I need on my car. He is very understanding and explains thing to me in a way I know what he is talking about. He makes sure my car is in top notch shape which makes me feel very safe driving any distance when I travel. He looks out for me as a person driving on the crazy traffic roads of today. I couldn't ask for more than he is. You can't improve perfection, and in my opinion Aldo fits the word perfectly as a service representative.

I was very please with the service I received even though I stated to my wife we wasn't going back due to the first time there 3 months ago but definitely a change in customer service by Mr auturo service rep really change my mind frame of staying here at Keith dealership the service the honesty, estimated time car will be done technician and service rep auturo test drove vehicle with me to make sure everything was ok trust me nice service no long long wait best service in a while thanks auturo your the best..

Three weeks Ago I bought a new car. I did not like that before I drove off (but after the sale was made) The salesman left me waiting and went on to search for other customers ( potential sales ). I was not able to find him as I needed him to get my family member a water bottle, while we were already singing papers. When I saw him again he was sitting down with other customers. I just don't think this looks good. It shows that the main concern is high volume sales, not having customers return. I do not think I will be going again to this dealership. I referred a coworker because of the good prices. He ended up buying another car. He shared with me that the salesman did the same thing to him. Once the sale was made, the sales person went to take care of other customers. How about incentives for referral (which end up in a sale!, An oil change?) I inquired about those, and my questions were ignored. I wont be servicing my car at Bomnin. Lastly, do not pressure customers into writing a review on dealer rater while the customer is sitting next to the sales person as this will not be an honest review.
1) Do not leave one customer for another once a car is sold (wait until he drives away) Please make sure the original customer does not feel like a number.
2) Provide some kind of incentive for referrals, or at least acknowledge it.
I hate not giving positive reviews but I feel strongly about this experience.

BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! When I decided to buy a car no one would answer the phone or call me back to figure out financing. Then the did an “inspection and detail”, the truck was dirty when I got it and multiple things were broken. When I came to get it fixed they ordered parts but no one was going to fix it. Once I figured out a time to have it fixed and all was okay I showed up bc no one would answer the phone they informed me that they still don’t know who will fix it or pay for it. This place is a complete scam and shouldn’t be in business. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent, wonderful, great, all describe my first expericence at Grieco. When I had the problem with my car, I had no idea the extent of what I was up against. Thanks to Jasmine's calm demeanor, she set up my appointment and luckily for me my Service advisor was Jonatan Cardoza.
Jonatan didn't keep me waiting regarding my situation. He called me as soon as the problem was determined and provided me my options and reasonable quotes on crucial items my car needed. I never got the feeling, like some dealerships, that I was being over-priced and items were being added just to increase my bill. Mr. Cardoza was professional, courteous, personable and relatable. I would recommend him anytime.
Lastly, I just want to say thanks for making my first experience at Grieco as stree-free as possible.

I don't measure the trustworthiness of a person or compnay when they sell me something or give me their word. Lip service is the easy part. I am old school, a handshake is all I need. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 Sonic Premier. David M was a terrific salesman and friend. My wife is a home visit hospice nurse and transportation is vital for her patients and her. Three days after purchase we had some non warranty issues. I phoned Ira G and he wanted to make sure everything was 100%. We brought the car in and true to his word he went beyond his promise and corrected the issues. Thanks to David M Ira G David C and Ricky. You have earned a loyal customer.

Every time I come here it’s something else!! Absolute WORST customer service (mainly the service managers who didn’t seem to care about the burden they put on people) and I will NEVER buy a vehicle or service plan here again.
This is my third time coming WITH an appointment and told they didn’t have a loaner for me. The warranty I purchased from Autonation is supposed to cover a rental car for me and I told them that.
Then I was dropped off to Budget for the rental. Budget was honest and told me they don’t know why Autonation dropped me off there because they have told them not to because they no longer work with them because they have had too many problems and they don’t ever pay them. The Budget rep took me back to Autonation and they told me there is nothing they could do to help me.
They are short staffed upfront and the girls that were here seemed so stressed out because every customer had issues and complaints on the crappy service they have received.
I can’t even take my own car back because it is not working. My kids start school tomorrow and Autonation keeps telling me there is nothing they can do.
WORST EXEPREINCE AND MY LAST TIME EVER with this company.

My family and I have been loyal customers to this dealership for several years. However, after my experience today I will never return to this dealership. I will also never purchase another Chevy. I own a 2011 Chevy Cruze with under 50,000 miles. I came in last month with a coolant leak. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Jorge Garcia. He told me Chevys are terrible buys as they frequently suffer from coolant leaks. He checked the car and told me the leak was caused by a leaking hose. He fixed the hose and I was charged $191.85. Within 24 hrs, the check engine light came on again and advised that the car was overheating due to the coolant leak. I returned the car to the dealership. Jorge Garcia was again assigned to work on the car. Jorge check the car and told me it was a different issue causing the leak and I would not be charged for service because this issue was actually covered under the policy. I was pleasant and understanding. I returned today to pick up the vehicle. I requested my money back for the last visit to the dealership (given the coolant leak was clearly not a fixed). The cashier called Jorge Garcia, but when he answered the phone he told her he was too busy and to just tell me that I wasn't going to be returned the money. The cashier then spoke with her manager, Raul Morales. Raul came out and advised that the Chevrolet dealership would not refund the money because Chevys are known to have coolant leaks and it is normal to have another coolant leak within 24 hrs after a repair by the Chevrolet dealership. He then implied that I was lying about having a coolant leak within 24 hrs as I had not come back to the dealership the very next day. I was shocked. (Note, I still have receipts for the coolant that I had to purchase the very next day.) I had to explain to him that I work and the dealership is far away from my job. He told me he would speak to his manager Henry Pinillos. Within 5 minutes he came back and told me that Henry said the Chevrolet dealership would not return my money. Henry hid in his office and never came out to speak with me. I've never been more shocked by poor customer service. Congratulations AutoNation Chevrolet Coral Gables you made $191.85 and have lost several loyal customers today. I will continue to tell friends and family about this experience.
Deceitful Service - Phil m
I had a leveling kit installed on my 2018 Silverado. Not an issue, even Chevy dealerships sell lifted trucks. My leveling kit raised the front about 3 inches. This caused the headlights to aim to high into the faces of oncoming traffic. Went to Coconut Creek Chevy to have the headlights adjusted. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours and charge me for 1.5 hours of labor. After about one hour and forty five minutes they told me my truck was ready. The GM mechanic told me that he adjusted the lights down as far as they would go and I should be alright. “I should be alright” is not what anyone wants to hear. They charged me $217 !! For this adjustment. Later that night I drove my truck. The mechanic was correct, he adjusted the lights all the way down. My lights pointed at the ground right in front of my truck. Aggravated, I googled headlights adjustment. So it turns out that this $217 one and a half hours of work consists of this. Open the hood of the truck and turn two Phillips head screws. No exaggeration, it took me five minutes to correctly adjust my lights. this is an example of why dealerships have a reputation of being crooks and ripping off customers. This was a perfect opportunity for the dealership to be honest and say it will take us a couple minutes to do this, not a big deal. This would make me a return customer. Instead they lie to me, charge me $217 and don’t even fix the problem. They lost a customer and I hope others use caution before being serviced at this Chevy dealership.
