This week I bought my 3rd car from Rick Case Hyundai. There's a reason why I keep coming back!! Let me share a few... Ernest Bynes has been my Service Adviser since I bought my first car there in 2007. He is honest, kind and very knowledgeable and tells you exactly what you need and when! I've grown to consider him a friend over the years! Our most recent visit this past week ended in a purchase of a new Elantra! My youngest daughter needs a new car so we gave her our Sonata that we bought from Rick Case 2 years ago. Our Sales Rep was Jahnyi Mussington. We weren't intending to buy a car so soon but he helped us to find the perfect match for our needs. I was there with my 91 y/o mom and my two energetic grandkids so I was a bit distracted. Jahnyi recognized this and arranged for us to take the car we were considering home to try it out without the distractions. We left our car at the dealership and drove the new Elantra home and we loved it! Jahnyi came to our home the next day to do the paperwork so my mom wouldn't have to go to the dealership. He also drove my Sonata home so that I could get the new car detailed and not have to worry about getting the other car home. The financing as well as the rest of the process was the fastest and most efficient I've ever experienced! Jahnyi is a kind and genuine young man and, although I already knew I would buy my next car from this dealership, having him as our Sales Rep made the whole experience even better!! Thank you all for another great experience!!

We actually test drove some Tucson's at another dealership. They did not have a model that met our needs. Found one that did on Braman's website inventory. We have had our mini serviced at Braman and were comfortable with the establishment. We were not disappointed.

I really didn't want to return to King Hyundai because of my last experience with my service assistant,Larry.. Cole was great!..explained everything to be done,what I would pay and if there would be any other issues,he would see me to explain. Everything was done quickly and I am very satisfied,. It all depends on your SERVICE! and how you react to doing business with a company..I will return to Cole again

Lehman Hyundai really surprised me with how they treated me when I took my Genesis in for service.
My service advisor was Alan Valdez. He was very professional. When I arrived to the dealership it was almost closing time and I didn't have an appointment, but Alan was able to take my car and get me in a loaner. The entire time my car was in the shop he communicated with me by phone and email. He broke down everything I was charged for and even saved the defective parts because he wanted to educate me on why the repairs needed to be made. I didn't get the feeling I was being oversold on anything. Alan was awesome!
When I picked up my car an "employee" held the door for me and assisted me in picking up my car. He then had the porter bring my car up for me. My car was way cleaner than when I dropped it off for service, but the "employee" said my car was washed the night prior and was dusty when I got there to pick it up the following day so he asked me if I had time for his guys to wash the outside again. Even though it was not dirty to me I said SURE! I asked the "employee" for his name because I wanted to let Alan know how well I was treated. The "employee" introduced himself as Arnold Solis... the service manager!
Alan Valdez and Arnold Solis both made my experience at Lehman Hyundai GREAT! I felt like I was a Bentley or Rolls Royce owner by the way they treated me!

The salesman was very pushy and insistent that I buy a car I told him I couldn't afford, then the finance guy ran my credit so many times that they brought it down 16 points in one day. I regret ever walking in there, what a horrible mistake.
