I think we all generally dislike when the times comes to change vehicles, I must say that my experience at Brickell Honda with Eduardo Fernandez for the past 12 years has been outstanding. Eduardo makes the entire process seem seamless, very little effort on my part, pretty much picking the vehicle and letting him and his team come up with the numbers that fit my budget. Seriously I'm in and out in 2 hours, tops. I will continue to do business here where I am treated like family, with respect and with a smile - ALWAYS!

This was my first experience going into a dealership for a new car and I have to say it was a great one. Amy greeted us right when we walked in and was very helpful along the way. It didn't take her long to show me exactly what I wanted. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and she made it happen. Car buying is always a long process but she made sure we were comfortable and even suggested we go across the street to the cute Cuban restaurant while they worked the finance part. We brought it back and ate in the service waiting area which was super clean and had free wifi :) All in all it was a great day and I would definitely suggest to a friend in the future. I love my new car!

Beware when you go into Aventura of Honda's finance office! Unfortunately, I did not. Do not sign the Total Loss Protection and the Environmental Paint & Interior forms before carefully reviewing the details as these contracts will be pre-checked in the Finance Office for a long term without your knowledge. The longer the term, the higher your finance costs, and the more commission the sales person makes. VERY dishonest!!

Very dishonest managers on the buying business - Badd50
They offered me a quote of about $2600 on email, when I got there after 1 hr driving, i was offered $1700 by R. CANO And once I had signed ALL PAPER WORK and had cancelled my insurance on my sold vehicle, Eric Torres the mgr came and said with a total lack of sympathy he could only give me 1k. These men have a total lack of decency and disregard to the feelings and the time of people. NO apologies no sympathy. I felt soo humiliated. I would never in my life do any kind of business with these ppl. extremely unprofessional and RUDE.

Bad service - Odyssey
Dealer want to charge me $250 to fix my transmission when Odyssey have only 29th miles and still on warranty. Went to South motor honda and they fix it and warranty cover everything.
