Hyundai Tucson 2017 - jresch2
Had a great experience with Hyundai Tucson. We're a younger couple and I don't think appeared as someone serious about borrowing a brand new car, so some of the dealerships we went seemed to just be 'going through the motions', probably thinking we were just test-driving. Not the case at Hyundai Greenfield. Our salesman was super inviting from the time we opened the door, and most importantly to us, not at all pushy throughout the initial line of questions, the test drive, or sitting down for business talks. Made it much more enjoyable to buy a car. Regardless of whether you're looking to buy a Hyundai product, would surely recommend hanging out over there to establish what should be the norm from other dealerships.

The customer service is an absolute joke and they lie their way to get sales closed.
I went to buy a car here and found one I liked. However, there was some serious interior damage. I tried to get them to come down on price due to this, however they countered by saying they would fix all these issues instead, if I paid the asking price.
Unfortunately, stupid me, believed them. They presented a signed "We owe" document to fix these issues. I had to take the car back to the dealership to get them fixed.
One of the issues was that they would replace the door weather strips that seal the door because of all the rips on the top of them. However, upon picking the car back up, all they did was slap some shoddy glue work all over and called it done. Upon complaints to management, they explained they never agreed to replace, just "repair". Apparently, throwing a band aid on something makes it all better in their eyes.
It's definitely very upsetting that they completely lied during the purchase agreement and can't deliver what they promised in contingency to the sale.
I can only imagine how they fix bigger issues here...
cracked radiator = wrap some duct tape around it and good as new
punctured tire = throw some bubblegum on it
Overall, just disappointed in the dealership and myself for falling for their lies and scams.

Just completed purchase of new Hyundai Santa Fe and it was a positive experience with Trevor and all other employees very nice and helpful. They explained the car very thoroughly in the showroom and during 2 test drives. I visited other brands and believe the car and dealership are heads above the competition.
