Repeated awful service - Michael23
My experience with the service department at this dealership has been atrocious. On at least 3 occasions the time it took to get something done has been well over double the time they said it would take. On all 3 occasions I was discouraged from getting a loaner as they were all supposed to be an hour or less appointments. At no time has anyone contacted me when it goes beyond that time. I’ve had to ask repeatedly as to what is going on. Today, after waiting 90 minutes and being told my tire change was still not finished, I asked to speak to a service manager. I stood around in the service department for literally 30+ minutes as my service rep wandered around looking for a manager and STILL wasn’t able to find one. They then offered to slap on my tires and let me drive off without balancing them. So after 2 hours of this, I talked to my sales rep that sold me the car 2 years prior. It took another 15 minutes of him wandering around looking for someone before I was finally able to speak with a manager. When I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for such poor service and mentioned that I would write reviews such as this, he accused me of threatening behavior. Long story short, they did the service charge away, but I will never go back to this place again not could I in any good conscious recommend it to anyone if they value their time and money.
