I went into Miller with great anxiety about looking for an automobile. I had two cars to trade in that still had money owed on them. I am also in the beginning stages of a divorce, don’t have a lot of extra money, and feeling very vulnerable. Ben was referred to me by a neighbor as being super to work with. I have to say from beginning to end Ben was right there! Ben was so clear in explaining everything to me, extremely patient and understanding. The finance manager named Mike worked so hard to get me into the best possible situation, as well as Al that worked out a fair trade on my two cars. Because I was treated so well and so fair I will never go any place else in the future to purchase an automobile. Also, a thank you to Tim the Nissan guy for going through car information with me. Super nice man! Thank you to ALL of you!!!!! I Will definitely share my Miller Auto experience with others!

I have now purchased 5 cars from this dealership in about 7 years. Since Matt Saxe has taken over the dealership is a must go to. The sales staff is top notch. Greg the sales manager will make sure that the deal is done right. Justin is also amazing at making sure things are done right. They always seem to be training the staff and making sure you are taken care of.
This is one of the only dealerships I have ever dealt with where the owner is actually out on the floor helping customers. Not like your typical Car Dealership. You will not be disappointed with the service you will get from the sales staff. If they do not have the vehicle your looking for. They will find it. This dealership does a fantastic job supporting the local community, espeically the school systems can not go unmentioned. Thank you for all you guys do and keep up the great work.

I needed to have the oil changed in the vehicle and with Kruse's Free Oil for Life on vehicle sales, there is no reason not to use them. I was also having a minor issue with the alignment of the headlights and they quickly checked and adjusted them for me.

Improperly installed skid plate after oil change. - wcook16
I brought my car in today for an oil change and on my way home I noticed a thumping under my car. I pulled over, looked underneath and saw my plastic skid plate dangling by a couple fasteners. I called and spoke to the manager and he offered to fix it. This is after I brought my car in earlier to have my wheels balanced, as I was having a bad vibration on my steering wheel. Only to be told I had a bad wheel bearing, which was causing the vibration in my steering wheel. Funny that I would fee a rear wheel bearing through my steering wheel, plus they didn't do the balancing that I asked them to do. i had another place balance my wheels and low and behold all vibration is gone. As for letting them fix my skid plate, why would I trust their work? Highly recommend you go some where else to get service.

I attempted to purchase a low miles Dodge pickup today. I contacted Harry Brown's dealership online last night and followed up with a phone call this morning. I talked with Halie and then was handed off to Sean. I offered to put down a deposit. I was told that was not necessary. He would have the car washed and the paperwork ready for me at 7 pm when my son and I would be arriving after a 4-hour drive from northern Minnesota.
Just before 3 pm when we would be leaving our house, I get a call from the dealership informing me that someone would be arriving in 30 minutes to test drive the truck. I asked how that could be as I had already agreed to buy the truck and we were just leaving to come and get it. I was told that I would have to wait until after the 3 scheduled test drives scheduled for today. There was nothing scheduled when I called in earlier that morning.
I spoke with two different managers who said there was nothing they could do. They said that they don't hold vehicles and it's first-come-first-served. I told him I wasn't coming to test drive the vehicle. I was coming to purchase the vehicle. He said I should have put down a deposit and a purchase agreement. I told him the sales guy said I was good. If I needed to fill out the paperwork, then send it over and I would fill it out right away and we would then hit the road. The manager declined.
We went around a couple of more times with him claiming that I was coming to test drive and he wouldn't hold it. I corrected him each time saying that I was purchasing the vehicle and to get me the paperwork as necessary and I would be happy to prepay for the vehicle over the phone with a credit card or money transfer. He declined and said it would be whoever came there first and made the purchase.
He asked if I wanted him to call me back if the folks test driving decided not to purchase. I told him not to bother as I didn't want to do business with someone that conducted his business in this way. He offered no solutions to a mistake made by the sales staff. I would not recommend this dealership.

Not only did they get us into a brand new vehicle but they also were able to locate a bank that may be able to help us refinance and lower my payments on a different vehicle. I will recommend them and we will return in the future.

I recently totaled my Buick Rainier and found a very similar one at this dealership. I drove 100 miles (one way) to purchase. Eric was very friendly and guided me through the process. Transaction performed by New Car sales Manger, Kevin. Long story short...Car was slightly damaged at the dealership while we went to lunch in another car.I did not notice until I drove home. Engine light check went on during the trip home as well.. I questioned both of these incidents to the Used Car Mgr and he assured me he would check TV monitors to ascertain the slight damage, He also said the Auto Check system used to check the history of the car was good.
I immediately purchased CARFAX to substantiate the quality and found CARFAX reported EXTENSIVE damage to the car. That would have altered my opinion of the car and probably not purchased. He said I should have checked before and stood behind the Auto Check system. Would you?
What was insulting and disrespectful is that the Used Car manager never answered any of my questions as he had verbally promised and must have decided I was not worth his time. Pretty disappointing in what I thought would be a pleasant experience with a reputable Dealership
They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky
Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.
