This car has a limited production and there had been stories of price gouging, changing agreement terms, etc.

They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a CERTIFIED pre-owned 2015 model 3 weeks ago, and when I test drove it I noticed the AC was not working at all. They claimed to have "fixed" it, so I buy it, drive it for 3 weeks, and notice the AC is already kicking out weakly. I brought it in and they noticed the refrigerant was low. I also asked them to check the brake pads, because I noticed the rental car's brakes were much better. Then, they inspected and found excessive glaze on the front brake rotors and the front brake pads were worn. The AC issue was not fixed AGAIN, they added dye and told me to come back in 3 weeks to check for a leak (this should have been done the first time!!!!). They even tried to charge me for this. I argued paying for the brake pads as well since I hadn't even driven it 500 miles and it's a CPO and thus had to pass an inspection and has a warranty, and Taylor told me the CPO inspection passed by a "sliver," and because it's "maintenance" I had to pay $280. It is absolutely unacceptable, a huge inconvenience, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend ever going here.

This was the first time that I had used Edmunds.com to find a good price on a new car. The experience worked very well and RB Honda was very good to negotiate a deal with. I would definitely look at RB Honda when we replace this Accord in 2-3 years.
