I went in because I had a warning light on my iMid display saying that something was wrong with my TPMS system! Kirsten got me signed in and told me to wait for my vehicle to be serviced! Found out that two of the TPMS sensors were bad and needed to be replaced! This was done quickly and efficiently! Kirsten informed me that since I had purchased the extended warranty that there would be no charge for this service! Thankyou Kirsten for informing me of this fact since I thought that the warranty was expired! Great experience and great service by great people!

I inquired online about a Honda Pilot and to my surprise Chad got back to me within an hour. We started texting about the vehicle model I wanted and the featured I wanted. I was shocked that within a matter of 3 hours going back and forth via text I had purchased a vehicle. I had been in talks with another dealership and they were dragging their feet on getting me the pricing information I needed to make a deal so that dealership lost out on my business. Chad was professional and courteous which I appreciated and he knew I was eager to make a deal. My experience with Chad and Luther Brookdale Honda was fantastic. I bought my Honda at Luther Honda in Hopkins. This is my third new Honda I have purchase but first from this dealership. Having researched the type Honda I wanted I made a cold call at the Honda dealership. Upon meeting Natasha I explained to her what I wanted. She listened to me and showed me the models of what I wanted. She suggested a particular color that I also liked. We did our negotiation and within 30 minutes of first meeting Natasha, deal done! Natasha was very knowledgeable and low keyed helping me get the car I wanted and not pushing me to something else. I rate my experience 5 star.

takes too long and costs too much - charlie1234
I made an appointment to get a nail in the tire replaced on my Honda pilot. The nail was in the tread of the tire. However I was told the tire was not repairable and I would have to need a new tire. I was not allowed to see the damaged tire and was left with only the option to purchase a tire which cost in the end 269.00. I'm not sure why it takes almost 2 hours to put the tire on but I guess as I watched the mechanic stop to text on his phone from time to time it makes a little more sense. Based on my experience with other Honda dealerships, it took way too long and cost too much.

I went here searching for a used Civic and had a nice customer experience with both Dan and Jason. The first time we went in Dan made sure to show us cars that fit our requests and answered any initial questions. On our next trip Jason was very personable and provided any additional information we needed for our decision. Although we did not end up buying from this dealer for price reasons, both guys were very genuine and I'd be happy to work with them again.

No Hassle , they are not pushy at all. My kind of place. Very professional , very knowledge about all of their vechiles. I would recommend this to all, especially my family and friends. A plus to our purchase was , a free lifetime car washes. Love it.
A 6 Hour Brake Job? - Pissed Off
Three and a half hours in the waiting room the first day and they closed job not finished. Then back for two and a half hours the second day so they could finish the job. I am not amused. Maybe you should consider building an adjoining motel so you could put customers up for the night. Rotors and Pads is all I needed, I had an appointment made a week earlier when it was determined I needed a brake job. Six hours to do a simple brake job. I have to wonder if they outsourced the job to a third world Nation to save money? Maybe they got 'break job' and 'brake job' mixed up? This was a pathetic excuse for 'Service'. The service desk people were courteous. The cleaning lady deserves a raise, gold star for her. The service manager needs to be fired or perhaps the Dealership needs to be closed for poor performance. Second worst brake job of my life.
