Started off good, but ended with terrible customer service - HHHANSON
The sale of our Buick Casada was a very easy one, because we had our minds made up prior to showing up. Our Sales person Melissa Holland was very helpful and Jacob in finance did a wonderful job. Overall we were very pleased UNTIL. . . .Miller had a promotion after Thanksgiving you received $500 in gift cards. We were only given 4 and realized it when we got home. I contacted Melissa the next day and she was going to take care of it and get an additional one sent out. We have received nothing and have since emailed twice with no response. This has us feel as if we trying to take advantage of Miller for some reason when we are not. It's not about the $100 gift card anymore for us, it's about the fact that this is an example of terrible customer service and someone needs to hear about it. I see that Melissa is not listed as a Sales person any long for me to select as working with her, so maybe that has something to do with it?

We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.

Disappointing Repair Service - MikeG
A check engine light along with a dramatic drop in power (code P0299 low boost and code P0016 cam timing) led me to bring my F150 to the Service Department. After a week to get an appointment and two days diagnosing the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. The check engine light? I was told there wasn’t one. (There was when I parked it in their bay). The power reduction? Their tech couldn’t duplicate the problem. (I had been limping on it all week). I was told to bring it in next time the check engine light came on, and oh by the way, that’ll be $150 please. When I asked what I was paying for she asked if I was trying to get out of paying! CThe engine light came on the next day and had a hard time getting to highway speed. Again. Bring it back? No thanks.

I purchased a used 2015 F-150 from Owatonna Motor Company in July of 2018. The day I purchased it I noticed the fuel gauge wasn't working properly so before I took ownership they swapped the part out for a new one. My factory warrant expired about a week after purchase and less then a week after it expired my check engine light kicked on. I took the truck in and found out it was another fuel system problem and would cost over $900 to fix. I have attempted on numerous occasions to contact my salesman, the sales manager, and the GM to see if they could help me out with this problem. I figure since the truck already had a fuel system issue and the factory warranty had just expired it shouldn't be to much to ask for the dealer to stand behind their product. Out of all of the messages I have left not once have I got a phone call back. The only time I can get a hold of Dave (salesman) is when I call and ask to talk to him about a car sale. So far the excuses I have got are the sales manager is always on a test drive and the GM is moving the entire inventory to Minneapolis but Dave always promises they'll be sure to call me in the next day or two. This has been going on for two months. It's one thing not to want to fix the truck it's an entire other level of poor service when you give a customer the run around or just ignore them. I will never buy another car from this dealership and I would recommend you look somewhere else for your next purchase if you value good customer service after your purchase. I guess I should have caught on to their approach to customer service when they didn't even give me a full tank of gas after I bought the truck!

I purchased tires at Inver Grove Ford over a year ago. I recently went in for a flat tire and they took care of it at no charge and said how much they appreciated that I came in. We also have had our oil changed on our cars and it is always fast, polite and HONEST. They never try to oversell and have actually recommended that items we thought we needed were not necessary. Very professional!

DISGUSTING! Taking advantage of an elderly man by bullying him into a car he clearly cannot afford is just sickening! Steve – your business manager – has no business being in your business! That man is as crooked as your business is. Telling my uncle he doesn’t need to pay for insurance on a financed car just to make him think he can afford it! Swearing and cursing at my relatives charged with my uncle’s care – where does Link Ford find their employees? Why does Link Ford employ people like their business manager Steve? You say you are dedicated to your customers and your community – that is laughable – you only care about the money you are making off every person that walks in your door. You couldn’t care less about your customers – it’s all about how much money you are going to put in your pocket. Your business manager Steve was well aware that my uncle cannot afford a car – he is elderly and doesn’t think straight much anymore, but Steve was right there needling the last dime out a senior citizen’s pocket and telling him what a “great deal” he was giving him. Tell me Steve, is your “great deal” going put food on his table or pay for his heat and electricity? Is your “great deal” going to pay for car insurance – oh wait – you said he doesn’t need insurance! I doubt Steve or Link Ford for that matter will lose any sleep over this but my uncle sure will - he will be sleeping in the “great deal” you bullied him into because he won’t be able to pay for his home. Anyone contemplating buying a car from this dealership should run…..run as fast as you can - their “Solution Experts” are nothing more than xxxxx in a suit. They don’t care about you or your community.

Worse customer service! They sell cars that are junk! They don't stand by there products at all. Within 12 hrs taking it off the lot 2200.00 worth of problems and 24 hrs only more to come. And the car was over 2,000. They sell straight lemons! We bought the car from them and they service it. They are greedy and don't care about anything but the dollar signs!!! They are rude as xxxx! Even to a 80 yr old woman. Never again!!!
