My husband and I recently tried to lease a new vehicle at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford. Due to a slight credit issue, it was not possible. These people worked their butt off to get us into a vehicle, and at the end of the day, we drove away in a 2016 Ford Focus that had only been driven a few thousand miles. It was a purchase rather than lease, was nearly brand new (heck, it still smelled new), was maxed out with all the best options, and was less expensive than the new lease option. We also got a pretty awesome interest rate to boot! Throughout the process, from the moment we entered the building, until the time we drove away in our almost new car, each and every person there was super pleasant, kind, helpful and enthusiastic. They kept telling us to be patient, and don't give up, that they would be able to help us. I will highly recommend Morrie's Minnetonka Ford to people from now on. This dealership is awesome!

I have bought numerous used vehicles over the years from a variety of dealers. I always look for a nice vehicle, that appears to have been cared for and clean. Mankato is 1 1/2 hour drive and I wanted them to be honest on the condition. They described a very clean vehicle that sounded like one I would like to own. I explain my vehicle which also was in extremely good condition but I was being forced to sell for a change in use. I met with them early in the morning. Their vehicle was just as they represented; an F-350 that was as close to new as a used truck gets. I test drove it and was very pleased. I explained how well maintained, clean and rare find my Avalanche was. They agreed and also thought it was inventory they would like to own. They test drove it and it performed as represented. I paid their price and they paid my price. Both parties were fair and the transaction was simple, fun and memorable. The very best vehicle purchasing experience I ever experienced. Absolutely earned my trust. They will definitely be my first option next time. A great experience that everyone should enjoy with such an important purchase. Ford should give loaner cars to their customers, especially when you are loyal to them, and it's a Ford issue, having to use your spouses vehicle should be out of the question, being loyal may end here after this one, business will go elsewhere, this is a major issue as hoping my spouse does not need her car as I will be using it because of some tight xxx decisions on Ford dealership, I would not take a day off of work for Fords issue, good by after this lease, I will go elsewhete

We have two Fords and have used this dealer for the last time. Their lack of responsiveness is systemic.
Their service is the worst I have seen in my life.
Our last experience was beyond the pale. We literally drove there twice to get updates as they wouldn't return phone calls. BOTH times they said our service representative was off and they didn't have paperwork. You cant make this up. While we were waiting, two other people came in with the complaints about lack of responsiveness. Not one person we talked to apologized. In fact they acted like we were the problem. Our representative went on vacation and left NO paperwork.
Had a similar experience with the most repair on our other Ford. NEVER use them for service.

DISGUSTING! Taking advantage of an elderly man by bullying him into a car he clearly cannot afford is just sickening! Steve – your business manager – has no business being in your business! That man is as crooked as your business is. Telling my uncle he doesn’t need to pay for insurance on a financed car just to make him think he can afford it! Swearing and cursing at my relatives charged with my uncle’s care – where does Link Ford find their employees? Why does Link Ford employ people like their business manager Steve? You say you are dedicated to your customers and your community – that is laughable – you only care about the money you are making off every person that walks in your door. You couldn’t care less about your customers – it’s all about how much money you are going to put in your pocket. Your business manager Steve was well aware that my uncle cannot afford a car – he is elderly and doesn’t think straight much anymore, but Steve was right there needling the last dime out a senior citizen’s pocket and telling him what a “great deal” he was giving him. Tell me Steve, is your “great deal” going put food on his table or pay for his heat and electricity? Is your “great deal” going to pay for car insurance – oh wait – you said he doesn’t need insurance! I doubt Steve or Link Ford for that matter will lose any sleep over this but my uncle sure will - he will be sleeping in the “great deal” you bullied him into because he won’t be able to pay for his home. Anyone contemplating buying a car from this dealership should run…..run as fast as you can - their “Solution Experts” are nothing more than xxxxx in a suit. They don’t care about you or your community.

I looked into buying a 3 year old pickup. They wouldn't budge on their price. I agreed to pay it. I needed it shipped, they wouldn't chip in on that either. I was going to put new tires on. Nope no deal their either. I told them I would seal the deal if they would just throw something in....and make me feel like I'm getting a deal! Nope, no call back. In my opinion Jeff the sales manager would be packing his bags. You shouldn't be passing up $44000. I think Jeff may be a bit arrogant. But thanks anyway, now I'm the proud owner of a 2017 Ford Lariat F350 6.7L crew cab with zero miles. Hope they can sell that used one to someone else.
