We were shopping for a new truck, we did some online research and decided to make the 90 minute drive to Eau Claire Ford, we are so glad we Did! Alec was our salesman, absolutely fabulous! As was everyone we delt with that day. They didnt push us one way or another, just gave us options and listened to what we had to say and what we wanted. We have bought a few vehicles over the years and this was by far the best time we ever had. Will we go back, hell yes we will! Will we recommend them to friends and family, hell yes we will!

My overall experience buying a car at Bloomington Lincoln was pretty poor. Although this review does not reflect my salesman, Will. He was very helpful during the whole process. Will was very personable and went above and beyond to help me by taking my calls and texts when he wasn't at work, and delivering my vehicle to me.
When I went in to look at the vehicle I wanted, the driver's seat did not move. No big deal, they said they would fix it and I purchased the vehicle. Two days later I'm told the seat is fixed and I can pick up my new car. I get to the dealership, hop in my new car and the seat still doesn't move. I then had to wait two more days for it to be fixed. When my car was finally fixed it was delivered to me. The detail work was awful, dirt and dust all over the inside of the car. It also smelled like someone's after shave. The arch support in the driver's seat didn't work. Then after having it for no more then an hour, the seat stopped working for the third time. I called Lincoln and was told it couldn't get fixed for another week. I'm completely dissatisfied with Bloomington Lincoln. As great as my salesman, Will, was. My car buying experience was inherently frustrating and aggravating. If I could do it over I would have never bought a car there. There's no telling what else could be wrong with my new car. So Bloomington Lincoln gets a 1/5. My salesman Will, gets a 5/5.

In 2016 I needed a new transmission for my Ford Focus. The transmission was slipping and car was shuttering. While my car was under warranty. Brought it to Apple Valley Ford twice while under warranty, both times I was told I needed a software update. I bring my car back with 105,000 miles on it. Was told I needed a new transmission, and they would be glad to do it for $3,000. I took it elsewhere and got a transmission installed for half the price. Apple Ford refused to admit any wrong doing.
2017 my car gets side swiped and I need a side view mirror. I call Apple Ford to see how much it would be. They said it would be about $500 for after market, not including the matching paint which was another $500. I found a used mirror at a parts store with matching paint for $80 and installed it myself in less than five minutes.
Fast forward to present day. Looking at buying a new car. I contact Apple Ford online and text with Sean, asking a few questions. Sean ends up not replying for 3 hours and only replied then because I said I was no longer interested. A few days later my girlfriend and I go to look at the car I inquired about. We had Steve as our salesman. Steve said nothing to us about any details of the car. We had to ask him questions to get him to talk. The most he would say on the test drive was telling us where to turn. A couple days after that we came into the store again to attempt to buy the vehicle and trade in my vehicle. Mike comes and inspects my vehicle and says they'll offer my $500 for my vehicle. I was quoted trade in value $1,000 - $1,500 for other dealers. I can sell my car to a junk yard for more than $500. I walked out of the sale. This dealership has the worst customer service I've ever seen and I will never be going back.
I went to a different dealership where I got the vehicle I wanted for $4,000 less listing and $2400 for my trade in. Glad I went elsewhere.

You sold a car that had problems and didn't even offer to fix it and it was over priced the condition it was in. I can't believe you would sell someone such a crappy car that have to order parts for it with in 24 hours of it. Where it stopped working not even 24 hour after buy the car. I am Soo disappointed in the Ford dealership because the first time was so Pleasant and now it took hours just to buy the car and most of the time we were waiting for the guy to come talk to us. I would like a refund of most of the money because the car is Soo crappy and still sold a car to a family in need of a good working car with a new child

DISGUSTING! Taking advantage of an elderly man by bullying him into a car he clearly cannot afford is just sickening! Steve – your business manager – has no business being in your business! That man is as crooked as your business is. Telling my uncle he doesn’t need to pay for insurance on a financed car just to make him think he can afford it! Swearing and cursing at my relatives charged with my uncle’s care – where does Link Ford find their employees? Why does Link Ford employ people like their business manager Steve? You say you are dedicated to your customers and your community – that is laughable – you only care about the money you are making off every person that walks in your door. You couldn’t care less about your customers – it’s all about how much money you are going to put in your pocket. Your business manager Steve was well aware that my uncle cannot afford a car – he is elderly and doesn’t think straight much anymore, but Steve was right there needling the last dime out a senior citizen’s pocket and telling him what a “great deal” he was giving him. Tell me Steve, is your “great deal” going put food on his table or pay for his heat and electricity? Is your “great deal” going to pay for car insurance – oh wait – you said he doesn’t need insurance! I doubt Steve or Link Ford for that matter will lose any sleep over this but my uncle sure will - he will be sleeping in the “great deal” you bullied him into because he won’t be able to pay for his home. Anyone contemplating buying a car from this dealership should run…..run as fast as you can - their “Solution Experts” are nothing more than xxxxx in a suit. They don’t care about you or your community.

Worse customer service! They sell cars that are junk! They don't stand by there products at all. Within 12 hrs taking it off the lot 2200.00 worth of problems and 24 hrs only more to come. And the car was over 2,000. They sell straight lemons! We bought the car from them and they service it. They are greedy and don't care about anything but the dollar signs!!! They are rude as xxxx! Even to a 80 yr old woman. Never again!!!
